Old airplane with not really comfy seats. No outlets for charging devices. Very old entertainment screen.

Flight crew was pleasant and attentive. Seats were comfortable for economy as well. We were allowed to check in extra baggage for free at check in which really helped since we would be catching a connecting flight in Amsterdam

I believe food on flight must be for all passengers as a result food cost should be added to ticket.l didn't like the sight of people eating and others hungry.

Nice, clean plane.
1. Flight attendants except for a couple, were not interested in helping passengers or answering questions 2. For the basic fare (which I didn’t realise I was even purchasing), you had to pay extra for a seat and for luggage, on long haul transatlantic! 3. I wasn’t offered food or beverage once on the 8 hour trip 4. You had to purchase a blanket if you wanted one. Everyone was wearing their coats onboard. It almost felt like they were intentionally keeping the temperature cold to induce passengers to purchase blankets. When I requested they raise the temperature, I was told that this was the warmest they could make it and this is the warmest on any plane. (Obviously not true. I fly every month and have mostly found plane temperatures to be manageable.) Oh, and did I mention how you had to pay to check luggage on a transatlantic flight!!
There were no headphones available for purchase.
It was late both going to Prague and coming back. Then on this flight the stewardess tried to tell me that I could not put my bag on the bin on top of my head - she was reserving it for other passengers! Then she realized that her comment might sound racist (so she apologized), then she told me that I could not put my small bag under the chair. Finally I told her that she is certainly looking for a way to get me off the flight to which she answered "I can certainly find something!!!" Cultural sensitivity is needed with these stewardesses who are racist like I don't understand and I was certainly polite!

Movie selection was weak.
Food was fair, and the boarding process involved multiple checks by the same people, of the same documents. Seems redundant, and there are probably more productive ways to check. Seats very uncomfortable for such a new plane. Ugh, can’t wait to get off. Movie selection mediocre.

At security London Heathrow, it took 30 minutes for them to check 1 bag of ours! Almost didn't make the flight.
Late BA flight made sure I had to wait 7 hours to catch and EVA air flight. I want my money back. I paid 1000 to flight British Airways not to be crammed on a flight as a show away. Super uncomfortable seat on EVA and a terrible experience. I fell on the plane.
Crew didn't reach middle of plane with Food & Beverage. Lots of fussy/serving of premium passengers but economy not really looked after. Was bashed into 3 times by same member of crew walking up aisle and not once apologised.
Behavior of board personnel
due to 11 kg total weight I had to check in a soft carry on bag resulting in :1/2 hour extra wait time and some crushed items. Vegetarian food was pretty tasteless.
Cabin crew were reluctant offering passengers liquids on board we had to go and find them to ask for either water or juice as it was a long Flight which took 15 Hours on Air

They missed me for breakfast despite my being awake and trying to get their attention. Then they ran out of one of the choices for both dinner and breakfast. This despite the plane being less than capacity. Also there were so many empty seats in the back but I noticed that some people were still being packed in like the flight was full. Emirates should do a better job of assigning seats to make as many people comfortable as possible.
Quick boarding, on time, nice amenities near the gate.
The menu had a vegetarian and a chicken option, but when the trolley came around, they only had vegetarian options. We were in the fourth or fifth row from the front (in Economy), so it's surprising if they ran out of the chicken option that early.
