I've been loyal to Alaska Airlines for nearly 25 years and before the merger I had much better benefits. However, since the merger with Hawaiian Air, you've bumped me from group A to B or C and I now get poor selection of seats in the back of the plane.
Don’t fly with Alaska if you have a layover in Seattle. Guaranteed to screw you over. We waited at terminal S3 &were >2 hours delayed(mechanical issues)and told to change terminals to a different plane that required riding 3 shuttles to get to new terminal N14. Then they delayed the flight even further and changed gates again. when I went to the customer service in terminal N, the manager turned me away without apologizing & refused to assist me but mandated I leave her alone as her shift is nearly finished and insisted I totake another 2 shuttles to terminal C so I can just talk to another service rep while dragging my family of 4/ kids in tow.
Would not let us check in our luggage. Flight was 40 minutes late, so we really did have time to check in our luggage. Could not get on another flight even for the next day, calling the Alaska service numbers provided, it stated the average wait time to speak to anyone on the phone was 8 HOURS! Alaska would not refund our tix. Never again!!!!!
Morbidly obese dude took half my seat. Sore shoulders back from being squeezed. Shame on the airline for not making this guy purchase two seats
Everything was good. Please have a wheat free option for snacks in the future.
Not delay for a few passengers. That was uncalled for. If idiots can't make the flight on time thats their fault. Why should I be punished for them? No more holding the plane for one or two people
The flight was on time and got in early which allowed us to get to our next flight.
Flight attendants made this flight wonderful. They made sure everyone had what they needed and anticipated future needs. They made adjustments as needed. It was clear this was an experienced crew.
All went well, right on time, easy boarding. We ordered the evergreens grain bowl and were surprised and pleased how adequate it was for vegan lunch! Landing was smooth and gate exit was easy
Second flight in a row that I've been on where the auto bag counter stopped working and they had to manually count cargo before takeoff. Also second flight where my whole fruit and cheese plate looked pretty stale/old. The grapes were very strange tasting to the point where I didn't eat them. Apple slices were just sad/gross looking so also avoided those.
No service flight that took 5 hrs and a stop at an unscheduled airport. Crew and pilots did their jobs
Clean planes and not take my comfort class seat away.
Weather caused a long delay, but the efficiency and updates from the pilot were helpful. We were able to make our connection fortunately.
Planes were clean, no water or snacks on either flight.
Free & relatively fast Wi-Fi. Would've liked a wider drink selection.
I continue to be satisfied with Delta’s excellent service out of LGA. The digit id works well and gets me through security in no time. Whenever possible, I choose Delta.
Was revoked with Jet Blue due to delay from Kenya Air

For some reason, TSA Atlanta didn’t have my bag on the flight on time and they don’t have to provide Delta a reason for that.

Flight delays for communication overall not a good experience uncomfortable on the plane. Person in front of me reclined his seat, putting them inches from my lap.

This flight was delayed but it worked in my favor because my Atlanta to Dallas flight was delayed.
The staff was nice. I appreciated that I was able to take an earlier flight, even though it was last minute. The boarding process felt rather chaotic.
My flight got delayed a total of five times. And the boarding gate changed four times. most of the time the platform was not up-to-date with the changes taking place. The most discouraging part of the entire trip by far.
Returned home with a blood clot from flight homes and the uncomfortable aircraft I was on.
The crew was very kind, but no in-flight entertainment monitors and a 2 hour and 30 minute delay was extremely frustrating.
