Like the friendliness of the crew, each flight had a very very drunk person next to me and the last flight had a very obese man pushing me into the aisle while the crew kept ending up hitting me in the shoulder with the beverage carts.

Ok. It was uneventful and drama free. Plane was clean and the crew polite.

They are a terrible company. They cancel flights for little to no reason.

It was alright other than the changes in the Alaska Lounge. That and the migraine I had were disappointing. Other then that everything went well.

My flight was canceled and rebooked about 3 times. Original flight had a 50 minute layover. Flight was canceled and rebooked with a five plus hour layover. I demanded refund

The flight was delayed almost an hour causing many passengers to be at jeopardy of missing their connecting flights. There was no help in providing passengers help with connections or allowing passengers with connecting flights to exit the plane in an expediated manner.

Flight delay was inconvenient and exhausting getting in at 1 am. However the crew and lounge was very comfortable.
