It was alright other than the changes in the Alaska Lounge. That and the migraine I had were disappointing. Other then that everything went well.

My flight was canceled and rebooked about 3 times. Original flight had a 50 minute layover. Flight was canceled and rebooked with a five plus hour layover. I demanded refund

Not good. Didn’t get to our final destination. No reimburseme t for lost time

Couldn't access movies on the flight.not tech savvy Thought was free.

The flight was delayed almost an hour causing many passengers to be at jeopardy of missing their connecting flights. There was no help in providing passengers help with connections or allowing passengers with connecting flights to exit the plane in an expediated manner.

Flight delay was inconvenient and exhausting getting in at 1 am. However the crew and lounge was very comfortable.

Delayed 4 hours fir maintenance. Had to cancel and fly with a different airlines.
