Cons: "First the flight was delayed for 1.5 hours as it left the previous city late, no reason was given, however when the plane finally arrived we boarded a hot plane that was experiencing electrical problems. The plane was rebooted multiple times, making it even warmer as the air was shut off with the plane. We waited on board at the gate for over an hour to be told we would deplane and reboard a new plane. All in I experienced a 3.5 hour delay on a late night flight. The second plane was much more comfortable, but didn’t make up for the long delays"

Cons: "Everything was trerrible on this flight! We were delayed from our first connecting flight out to SF to LA and we're put on a different flight connecting to Houston to get us home sooner. We were told by the gentleman at the check in that our correct boarding passes with our seats sitting all together would be given to us at the boarding desk. That was the biggest mistake ever to take this flight because we were then delayed 3 more hrs! Not only that but when I approached the next gentleman at the boarding desk in Houston he was super rude! He was yelling at me when I told them that "they in Dallas,the worker at the check in" told me to get my boarding passes in Houston. He kept yelling saying "there was nothing he could do that he could do that he didn't know who THEY were but that I was talking to him now and that's why he is saying" I tried explaining to him that I just wanted to make sure I got in the right flight home because this is what I was told to do by the employee in Dallas. Not only that but our connecting flight to Houston was horrible! The flight attendant (the male) was very very rude!!! He also was yelling at my niece and nephew when we were trying to put the carry on bags in the compartment. And telling us we could have anything underneath the seat when clearly we could have our personal item underneath. Overall we had the worst experience with United and will never again fly with them! I understand delays may happen but there's no need for the employees to be so rude. so much for their customers service!"

Was it the missed flight out if Houston, or was it when they told me they could not get us out in Sunday, but that Tuesday morning was looking pretty good. This was a disaster flight."

Cons: "In purchasing the ticket from your website, the price does not reflect comparative like and kind price comparison. If a carrier charges for a carry-on, this should be displayed as part of their price and a buyer should not have to go through a drop down menu to find out. Further, when I arrived at the airport, there was no explanation of this charge other than the kiosk, where I was not required to purchase. After dropping off my bag with the front desk agent at the airport, I went through security with my personal item and carry on. When I get to the gate, I find out not only do they enforce this charge, but they actually raise 50% from the front desk to the gate and the agents had no absolutely no desire or power to give me the $40 price. When directed to their website to purchase, the site was unresponsive and I was unable to purchase at the $40 rate. I was forced, literally forced given the fact I wasn't going to be able to fly home otherwise, to pay the $60. This matter is going to the state attorney generals office in Texas and the Better Business Bureau. If that does not resolve, I will be working on a class action lawsuit so all victims of this price gouging can receive compensation."

Cons: "The reason why it's so cheap is that they charge for everything. For some reason the site combined my first and middle name. I noticed when checking in and was prompted to change it. I was then showing a $400 balance even though I had already paid for my ticket months ago. I called customer service and they luckily updated it for me. The person then proceeded to tell me if I check a bag, bring a carry one, or want to choose a seat, there will be a charge. $60 just to bring a checked bag (27 lbs by the way) round trip. I opted not to spend even more money on the carry on and seat. I've seen other airlines charge for seats, but they're typically upgrades and you can choose another available seat for free. Not Frontier. If you don't want to pay the site tells you it will choose a seat for you. I don't know what the point of checking in 24 hours in advance is juat to be put in the last group no matter what. Speaking of seats, these were plastic, tiny, and uncomfortable. Speaking of uncomfortable, the plane felt like it was going to fall apart with even a hint of turbulence. Overall not great and I may have to go elsewhere for plane trips in the future. But that's up to Frontier."

Cons: "I could not make it on my return flight in time, but you still charged me for my checked bag! Which you DID NOT transport. I won't fly frontier again. Everything they could possibly cut costs on, they did! They even made the little tray on the seat backs about 1/2 the size. I couldn't put my laptop or my book on it lol. Might as well not put a drink on it either, because it would just fall off -- there was not a cup indention for the cup to sit in. Very dissatisfied. Won't fly with yall again. Sorry."

Cons: "I was unaware Frontier had gone the ultra economy route like Spirit and started charging for Carry On and printing boarding passes. Should be disclosed up front, not after purchase."

Pros: "Okay price, but person next to me reserved after and was able to buy at half the price"
Cons: "Planes are old and not maintained well. Both flights were delayed due to airplane maintenance issues."

Pros: "The crew was fantastic. They were funny, polite, and very professional. The boarding process was very smooth and quick."
Cons: "The seats are awful as they no longer recline and have very little padding making the trip seem exponentially longer than it actually is. Carry on prices are absurdly expensive ($45) at the airport for one little duffle bag that was barely too big to fit under the seat. Food and entertainment are no longer provided on short routes so you better bring something to do!"

Pros: "The crew was great. No issues getting on board and we arrived on time. No issues with the flight."

Cons: "The whole process is a little deceptive. Thought I had booked an inexpensive flight, but by the time I paid to select our seats, ($35.00 each for a decent seat, even $1.00 for 2nd to the back), paid for luggage, paid for a coke, my total cost for two of us almost doubled."

Cons: "The added charges for my self contained firearms."

Cons: "60 dollars to check a bag 35 dollars for a hard plastic seat that didn't recline."

Pros: "Seats were super affordable. Plane was new and nice. Flight crew was very professional. Overall really good experience. I will definitely fly Frontier in the future."
Cons: "The seats are really jammed together, and I am not a large person. The plane was an Airbus A319. Nice plane, but the seats were not very comfortable. Any flight over two hours would be unbearable. I am just being picky. No complaints really."

Pros: "I liked the crew. And the flight was on scedule. Also, the flight had very little of turbulence."

Cons: "The worst experience in all my years of flying. Carry-on fees, unexplained carrier imposed fees, seat fees, bad service, no complimentary beverage service. Spent nearly the same amount in fees as I did on the ticket. Will never fly this airlines again or recommend. It's clear why frontier was on the worst airlines list next to spirit."

Cons: "Flight delayed 4.5 hours for mechanical problems so we didnt arrive in Dallas until 340am. I understand these things happen but g'dam how bout a contingency plan Frontier"

Pros: "They got us there alive. Boarding went smoothly. Everyone was more than happy to exit the plane as quickly as possible."
Cons: "Not having flown for 6 months, we were not prepared for the nickel-and-diming that Frontier has become. The astronomical baggage fees were a complete surprise- they were nearly as much as our tickets. And why charge us for the same bags there and back? They charged for picking your seat, they charged for a soft drink,though we think they likely waived the fee for breathing their stale air. The staff, historically great, were short and clearly frustrated with what their roles had become, with looks that shared our incredulous stares of bewilderment. We used Twitter to voice our frustration and though they replied quickly, they said we could negate a percentage of the fees if we joined a new but obscure program... which of course charged us more fees. So sad to see our favorite airline reduced to this impractical, impersonal money-grubbing caricature of corporate greed."

Pros: "Basic seating was ok, but not comfort based."
Cons: "Finding out at the gate and not at counter (where we paid to check bags $30) that we needed to pay $45 per carry on. No this flight became an unexpectedly $200 more expensive"

Pros: "I liked that I landed safely. That's about it."
Cons: "Where to begin? First of all I have extreme flight anxiety. So from the get go I'm on edge about getting on a flight. When we arrived at the airport to check our bag, which I had ALREADY paid for online when I booked my flight, the attendant told me it would be $40 for my bag. Why in the world would I pay $40 more for s bag I've already paid for? I explained to her many times it had already been paid for. Unfortunately she wasn't cooperative and I wanted to actually make my flight so I just paid the $40. So, for my departing trip I spent $70 total to check a bag which is what I am most unhappy about. The flight itself wasn't exactly enjoyable. No free water.. No peanuts or anything.. The staff was subpar. They looked like they hated their jobs. Neither of the attendants on the plane ever had a smile on their face. There was a 3rd but I probably saw him once. Idk where he was the whole time. The seats were extremely uncomfortable and I felt crowded. I know planes aren't suppose to be exactly comfortable, but let me just say that the only other airline I have flown with before was spirit and I would rather fly with them again than frontier. I was expecting a much better experience since spirit is supposed to be the bottom of the totem pole but this wasn't the case. I'm not looking forward to my flight home."

Cons: "The plane was very hot inside, on the ground and in the air. The cost was more than expected. We had to buy bags. We ourcgased seats so we could sit together."

Pros: "Outstanding customer service by Susie (from Barbados) in DFW. They went out of their way to accommodate us. She even sung happy bday for mom's birthday. I have a special needs brother and they let him board early to give him extra time. Above and beyond, we absolutely love this airline. They are the megabus of the sky. Sign up for their frequent flyer program. Tickets are insanely cheap and economical, you can fly for $15 if you do it right by joining the yearly program ($50 annual) and responding to the emails. We booked 5 adults CVG to DFW 6 days out for $123 a piece when Delta and other competitors wanted $500 to $600 dollars. Pilots have a great sense of humor, flight attendants were super attentive and helpful. Be careful on the bag restrictions, my advice is travel light with carryon. The rest is pay for play but you can jet-set for stupid cheap and still receive superb service. I can't say enough great things about this airline. We are booking at least 7 to 8 more flights with them for the next few months for the price of 2 tickets with any other airline. Rivals Jet Blue or Southwest level of experience for fun but absolutely crushes all other airlines in value. Best flight experience ever!!!!!!"
Cons: "Almost nothing disliked about this airline. Read the bag criteria rules closely. They do distinguish between personal item and a minor bag fee for carryon. Don't really have any complaints at all as this has been my best travel experience with an airline ever. Without a doubt my new go to airline for travel in CONUS"

Cons: "One of the other passengers took my window seat. Didn't want to get a hassle to make them get up, so I didn't say anything."

Pros: "I like the low prices. Usually Frontier is on the cheaper side."
Cons: "There are a lot of hidden fees and rules and regulations. BEWARE! Luckily someone cut me a break since I had nvr ridden on Frontier. Most of the staff seemed a lil rude. The plane was super late. Frontier requires you to get their app if you don't want to print off you're boarding pass. This is the age of technology, why am I printing a boarding pass? Worst security I've gone through."

Pros: "It was a smooth flight, on time arrival and departure"
Cons: "They are smaller planes so it is a little cramped, but for the price"

Pros: "Getting a pre-board was easy, since I need a wheelchair in the airport. Having my seat changed to a window from an aisle was done by my wheelchair assistant, and made my day."
Cons: "My "bargain" flight wasn't really a bargain. All the extra charges made the price much higher. (the upgrade to a window seat would have been $35 if not for my hearing disability). And the seats were hard and flat. Is this the trade off for "lower fares"- being uncomfortable, cramped and thirsty during a two hour flight?"

Pros: "The flight was very inexpensive, so that makes up for a lot of things I didn't enjoy. You have to realize you are flying a budget airline, something that is newish to the USA. Europe has had them for a while and they are just the same, point A to point B, super cheap."
Cons: "Tray tables are tiny tiny, could barely fit my drink and a snack on it. Seats are not that comfortable."

Cons: "I knew I was going to miss my flight so I called Frontier to get on another flight that same day, if possible. They said a ten o'clock flight was available and then said they needed to send me to billing. After 10 minutes of being on hold they disconnected me. This same routine happened a SECOND time. By the time I called back a third, the flight I was trying to get on was full. I had to pay $300 to fly with another airline to make my appointment. Frontier only offered to accommodate me by reducing the cost of changing my flight from $110 to $75 and get me there a day late. Their customer service is the worst. I will avoid flying with them again, if at all possible."

Pros: "I was looking for an affordable flight to go on a weekend visit and I found a great rate with Frontier. The flight was boarded and departed in time. The aircraft was large but the seats are small with little padding and little leg room. For a two hour flight and for the fare I got, this flight was what I needed; I wasn't looking for amenities or comfort so this met exactly my needs."
Cons: "It is necessary to check in 24 hrs before and if you forget there's an extra charge to check in at the airport."

Pros: "Leg room in the front was adequate ."
Cons: "Seats were a little uncomfortable ."

Pros: "The flight was speedy, crew did not disturb my sleeping."
Cons: "Luggage and seating upgrade fees. Seemed to nickle and dime you a bit."

Pros: "Great value! Even with a delay in the flight (weather), they kept us updated and informed."
Cons: "Baggage fees, but can understand if the airfare is so inexpensive!"
