No real food
everything went well from check-in to the flight crew to getting a taxi.
It was very delayed and they gave very inaqurate information about it

The fly was good.
The experiente to arrive at Mexico City airport is always the worst one. The airplane takes much time to arrive at the finger, the lines are too big, the luggages takes much time to arrive...
The employees were very friendly and helpful. The seats were reasonably comfortable, but pretty short on leg room. They stayed pretty close to their schedule for takeoff and arrival. Not much for food options.
The website is the worst ever, don’t even bother.

No spacefor carry on bag
The cabin was very warm and uncomfortable for the entire flight and tarmac time. The overhead air wasn't working either so that didn't help. Other than that, the flight was great.

A very old B757. late departure. No explanation.
Flight was on time. Flight attendants were extremely pleasant. Food was pretty good and not too plentiful. Nice way to come back to USA after three weeks abroad.
On time flight.
Security was overzealous. I didn't know the standards changed for how many ounces you could carry over three days. The normal ounces of liquid was no more than 4.0 ounces. I had no problem going through security with that amount of spray deodorant flying from IAW, Dulles. DFW airport security says the limit is no more than 3.4 ounces. So they kept my harmless deodorant. I need TSA to get on the same sheet of music worldwide. People don't have time or money to waste having to deal with different TSA standards everywhere they go.
Flight was on time for departing and arriving into Munich.
Boarding is way too slow, and always seems to be so confusing. There were a couple of crying babies on the flight that make sleeping a lot harder. A German flight should have at least one German bier for their customers. Gate agents moved my wife and I into a row with another customer and gave our seats to single person-which makes no sense to me, so he had two open seats around him, and we were in a full row. B.S.
Everything seemed to go as normal. We were able to get 5 seats together.
Wasn't a dislike, but would have liked to board a little earlier with kids of age 5, 7, and 9. However, all was fine and staff were pleasant.
The Avianca flight was canceled a month ago, and kayak failed to notify me.
Same size and capacity flight, my instrument was not an issue.
For the love of god American Airlines you can’t have one person threaten to arrest you for trying to carry a guitar onboard and then someone else on a flight two hours later personally assist you in packing the same guitar into an overhead.

I have never been treated as poorly as I was by the old biddy that physically took the guitar out of my hands as I was trying to board the plane today. I travel as a professional musician at least once a week and I’ve never been threatened with arrest for having an instrument on my person.
We took off on time and landed about 45 minutes early. That was great
My bags were lost and didn't arrive in New York with. They were not delivered until 1am that night.
We chose seats. Those seats were not ours when we flew. My daughter and I were put in middle seats in seperate rows in the back. Obviously Kayaks program is very faulty. It was my first booking with them and my Last.
The onlt airline providing every pasanger with Free drinks and food. Live the beer and mix Tequila drinks.
I did not like paying $50 us for the second bag i thing $ 25 its ok 50 its to much... I need ir to Boeing chese and tequila so my carry on bag tas over waigt so i check ir in.
Flight delayed 7 hrs and the official website never updated to reflect the change. Called customer service twice and they had no clue. The last representative advised to be at the airport at the original departure time to make sure we spoke to someone there. That showed a lack of knowledge and trustworthiness. The airports official website also didn’t reflect the delay.
