2+hrs delay without any reason provided and a cramped flight
We waited an hour on the runway to get a gate in Orlando
Flight was delayed by 3-hours and their fix was… complimentary pretzels.
The staff on board and gate was nice - a welcome change from the usual. We also arrived early, which was a great benefit, given that it takes 30 minutes plus to get bags at SRQ.
Flight was delayed and no reasons provided. After the passengers were boarded, the crew made announcement that the captain has jot arrived and he would take another 15 mins. All passengers patiently sat until the captain came and started. Terrible experience!
They took all carry-on luggage from Groups 6 -9 - I was group 5 and waiting in line to board - they made me check my luggage too. That then went to baggage claim and delayed departure from the airport. There was overhead room in my seating area - Delta over reacted. Also, had a gentleman next to me that took up 1/2 my seat.
Flight delay was frustrating, also you cannot checkin online without delta app, web browser check-in throw errors

boarded at 5:30 pm, pushed away from gate at 6pm ... takeoff was not until ~6:45pm; disappointing
Paid for wifi that didn't work. No plug in seat to work. No entertainment.
Staff were good. My seat was in need of repair, but for a short flight was not problematic. Usual basic snack and drink setup that you'll find on any US carrier. Over, a decent, basic flight.
Complimentary light meal would be appreciated. But great flight crew service on all legs

We got delayed three hours and nobody thought to have the bathroom fixed while we were sitting waiting to board? took a full hour to have maintenance come and check it off. Had to shut the bathroom down twice so that the pilots could go to the bathroom. Everyone missed their connections.
Flight left on time and we arrived 25 minutes early! There was a gate available when we arrived so early on a busy Sunday afternoon! Flight attendants came around twice with the drinks cart.
Wonderful. Quick boarding. Early departure and we arrived 30 minutes early at our destination. Unfortunately, when you arrive early, there is still a departing aircraft at our gate. We had to park for 30 minutes until the gate was clear. So our early arrival was not really early at the gate. Otherwise it was a quick and smooth flight. Appreciated the efficiency.
I couldn’t make my first flight due to weather delays trapping us in the town we were in. Then I had to buy a new ticket
Everything was great except for the boarding process. Everyone is lining up all at the same time and it’s hard to tell between the groups as they are way too large.
Women boarding passengers at the gate was absolutely rude and disrespectful of passengers. The flight attendant was absolutely delightful! Smiling and connected with the passengers. So happy. The seats are cramped and uncomfortable but I guess that’s just the way it is Communication regarding flight was excellent
Overall we had a good experience during our flight from San Francisco to Houston.

Flight to Tampa was delayed taking off due to plane arriving late but no other issues
We missed our flight and got stranded in Miami where we had to rent a hotel we could not afford. they would not work with us because they said it was weather related even though the gate attendant said it was not. I could go on but trying to get satisfaction has wore me down, which I believe is the intent. My only solution is to never fly AA again.

Didn't get a seat assignment until the last minute even though i picked a seat.
I was on a small regional flight from Detroit to Philadelphia. When we landed the outside cruise needed to turn something off with the engine, which took quite a long time. Then, when they allowed us to get off the plane it was outside. They took their time, unloading all the luggage and waited till they unloaded all the luggage before they brought it over to us. It was 9 o’clock at night freezing cold out, and there was no proactive hustle to try to get people their luggage. It was really one of the worst experiences I think I’ve ever had with American until a manager came over. I don’t think they were going to even consider pulling the luggage over to the people that had been waiting outside for at least 10 minutes in the freezing cold.
Flight was on time and the meal and service were good.
Old equipment, needs upgrade and seat comfort. Internet didn't work 75% or the time.
No gates avail at DFW so our incoming had to wait 30 mins for a plane to push back because they Had mechanical. We boarded 90 mins delayed and then we had a mechanical. Come on American…do better. Also at my seat the tray table had not been cleaned. Floor had not been cleaned. But captain and flight Att were very picture and apologetic.
It was a little concerning to hear the ground crew arguing with the flight crew over baggage space. Instead of taking them and checking them, they started checking for space in the first class cabin moving items around like the flight crew didn't know what they were doing. I was embarrassed for them.
4 hour delay, 2 hours in the airport and then 2 hours on the tarmac. With a flight full of kids it would have been better to leave us in the airport for the delay, it was crying kids chaos on the flight. Miserable. And no apology or airline credit for the significant delay.

I needed a cheaper option than Southwest who are almost as bad as Spirit...did the check in the morning of the flight and assigned the last row, middle seat. Paid 20.00 at the airport for an exit row window in 19 and all 8 rows behind me which sold occupied on their seat map were empty....so they force to you to pay for a better seat....I was alone in row 19 and shortly after take off two huge fat people came and grabbed the other seats, I rang the call button for the attendant and said I paid 20.00 for this seat and they just moved in here...I either want to be reseated, or have them take their original seats or a refund of what I paid, the attendant made them move back to their original seats. Worst, worst worst airline in the air....never again, never again, never again.
It was cancelled a few hours before take off. Spirit has yet to confirm I will be refunded for the trip
gate agents with the different rules at the different airports. made me pay for my bag as a carry on instead of a personal item, yet it fit under the seat on the way from Indy to Ft Laud
charging $3 for really bad and cold coffee on airplane flight is ridiculous.
Checking in and getting to gate fast and leasy at Laguardia airport. There is no entertainment on the plane and food was for purchase. Great experience flying with spirit

Flight was delayed due to waiting for crew! Flight attendants did not offer us food or drinks. Did not communicate with them at all other than at boarding and leaving the plane.
Got surprised by passing an additional fee when selecting seats. No snack or drink offered. Will never use spirit again.
