Pros: "JetBlue voluntarily offered a credit for a <5 hr delay (minimum time that it is required). It was 4 hours and they didn’t HAVE to offer a credit but they did. Also they kept us informed throughout the delay, and boarded the redirected plane quickly when it did arrive."
Cons: "Didn’t appreciate the delay of 4 hours particularly during the holidays, but did appreciate how JetBlue stepped up in this situation."
Pros: "The pilot came out and made an announcement. It was very nice to see a pilot out of the cockpit talking to us. We had a slightly delayed departure due to refueling issues, but all passengers seemed quite pleased that the captain was visible and communicating this information so clearly and directly,"
Cons: "Landed half hours early and had to sit on the plane until there was an open gate. Really?????! Punished for being early! Give me a break"

Cons: "I was quite shocked that the seat I had originally been put in the head phone jack and The Wholearea where the channel changes was falling apart. I was able to switch seats due to flight being not full but that would be annoying. I also was weirded out that they did not ha e touch screens. In general the plane just seemed old and dirty to me."
Pros: "Seats were pretty comfortable, very back of the plane but I had enough room. It was a pretty short (under two hour) flight so I slept, but overall good!"

Cons: "The bad thing was our flight got delayed 5 hours and we didn’t get into Tampa until 1145 pm. Waiting around the airport that long was very tiring."

Cons: "Flight apparently was cancelled 48 hours before but no one contacted me. I was able to check in with Frontier and get the gate and seat assignment even though the flight had been cancelled the day before. I found out when I arrived at the gate at the airport. Frontier did nothing to help me get to my destination. I was forced to buy a last minute ticket on another airline to get to my business meeting."

Cons: "Did not know up front about higher bag fees, seat selection fees, no access to customer service without pulling teeth and super long wait. Also a few to have them help you. An hour late leaving DTW, made up time in air only to sit on tarmac on MCO for a gate. Overhead announcement said reason we could not move was people were not in seats... not at all true after they announced to sit, everyone sat... no further explanation... here we still sit"
Pros: "uncrowded, non-stop flight to someplace warm for a low price... how can you go wrong?"
Cons: "just some bad weather out of MKE which delayed us, but that's not the airlines fault"

Pros: "It was a smooth and nice flight. Even though the plane was full, the attendants was able to make sure everyone had a cup of water. The flight was a little delayed for departure but made up the time for arrival it felt."

Cons: "It should be illegal to deny a person water when they are captive in a plane and have cash but no credit card . It’s hard to rate the crew because if you’re not buying extra things you basically don’t interact with them at all"

When I got to security check in I showed the TSA agent my boarding pass and asked him about shortcut security he told me he knew nothing about it and had never seen that on a boarding pass. I had to go thru complete check including a pat down. Way to go Spirit take advantage of a senior citizen, Also I am a Viet nam vet.
