Why don't airlines schedule a minimum 3hours between Int'l-domestic connections. half the plane was stressing and freaking out about missing their connection even though the plane landed on time. "AA is not responsible for customs/security delays". Well, your customer service agents would have a lot less work if you didn't have to reschedule 100 people per flight. The time the plane drives/parks at the gate, you get off the plane and make it through customs, get your bag, recheck it (if need be, we didn't this time though), get through security and get to your gate, you'll be the luckiest person in the world to do that in less than 90 minutes."

But they kept coming just pushing the cart aside and rubbing their butts on my arms and shoulders to squeeze by. I understand why they did it. Many times their was a long line and people bothering the guests in business class. I eventually complained and the cart was removed. The attendants really tried hard to minimize the traffic through that section. But to little success."

They were stressed I am sure with delays and working the gate that has like 5 flights leaving at once, but they could be a bit better at their job by being polite to us the customers! They were so frazzled bc of what was going on that they acted like it was our fault, which of course it isn't! Additionally, our flight was overbooked by 6 people! And had standby of 4 and the staff kept announcing they were going to kick 6 people off and we wouldn't know until we were boarding and it was going to be by whoever paid the lowest price per ticket which btw is not the policy. The United policy says that it goes by class of ticket, which probably goes hand in hand, but hey really need to get thier staff on board with the policies. It makes you feel pretty crappy sitting there waiting to see if just bc you bought your ticket on a Tuesday at a good rate that you are not going to make it home to see your family! And the people making the announcements could be a bit more chipper also, we the customers didn't overbook the flight and we surely do not want to miss said flight so don't announce over PA system in threatening way bc United is trying to make more money by overbooking flights! This might never be read, but I hope that kayak can pass along this information to the Dullus United team to try and make the flights more enjoyable in the future"

The flight crew found some water and cookies for us while we waited. For our inconvenience we were sent $50 vouchers for travel which needs to be booked in the next 6 weeks. I don’t imagine many of us will be using our little credits."

Cons: "The airline overbooked, gave my seat away, and left me stranded for a day without my luggage. Was not aware before buying the flight that you must pay for all baggage. Poorly run and not accommodating."
Pros: "What you think you'll save they'll charge you for with your luggage. $56 per luggage including your carry on luggage. Using that airlines to "save" a couple bucks was definitely not worth it. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone."

Cons: "I did not like the boarding process it was unorganized and when I asked the agent for information i was ignored and i did not like the lack of verbal communication in regards to the gate changes, yes the changes were sent to my email; however i was not always able to access my email. I also did not like the way passengers were addressed by certain flight attendanta in regards to changing seatsafter the plane departed and the seats were empty."
Cons: "The "low-cost" airline winds up being as expensive as other airline nes with the additional fees for baggage carry on and otherwise. The price is roughly the same yet the experience is far worse. Never fly this airline again. Also I mistakenly paid for both as carry on bag when I checked my bag. The airline said "it was the mposible" to issue a refund for the carry on.effectively they were ok keeping my $45 dollars for the carry on terrible. Again I would never fly this "low cost airline" again"

Cons: "Got screwed by booking too many checked bags (although I am sure I didn't make the mistake) but refund was less than I paid and was conditioned on booking a trip within 60 days. then I decided Id rather use the extra 2 bags but the "refund" was not enough to pay for them meaning I had to pay MORE money. That is dishonest and I feel screwed. I DONT like Spirit."
Pros: "I ask to talk to a supervisor and she acted like she did not care st all we had to sleep on the floor till next morning for the next connecting flight I told her it was not the passengers fault we landed late why couldn't our connecting flight to Orlando waited for us I won't flight again with spirit or recommend my Friends or family."

Cons: "I was lied to be the ticketing agent. Spirit delayed my flight for pilot rest issues which caused me to miss my connection. To add insult to injury they then lied to my face and told me I had over an hour to make my connection. Patently false as flight aware can attest. To make matters worse they said they could not get me to my destination for three more days. I asked for the closest available airport and ended up in Philly. Had to take a train to get home which was an additional 70$ not reimbursed by the airline. No hotel voucher, no food voucher, just a 40% off coupon and a sneering manager named Helen:-(. I have put out policy that all of my division (65 employees) and my business unit (117 additional employees) are not to conduct any business travel on Spirit due to unreliability and increased costs!"

Cons: "They charged me for every single bag, no such thing as a carry on with them... I thought they were going to charge me for my purse. Then NO type of curiosity snack,u pay for everything, then Spirit had about 5 international flights all land at about the same time, customs in ft Lauderdale was a mess, myself and about 250 other people missed our connecting flights n had no curiosity hotel, restaurant vouchers nothing, we had to sleep outside on the floor cause the next flight was at 8am n I was not missing that flight... So like I said NEVER AGAIN!"
