I like the general things on the plane. Smiling services by the crew members, the taste of the foods, contents on the device, icecream....
I didn't like the terrible service in Sheremetyevo International Airport. Personnel were so bossy.. It makes me think that Russian Airline is good but the country inside....

The crew is wonderful and attentive. The food is very good for an airline.
My luggage did not make the flight because of my connecting flight's delay. This is the second time this has happened with aeroflot unfortunately.
Great and frequent meals, pleasant staff. The airplane is in a good condition. I really like how they give you a small paper menu before serving food which shows you what the food is going to be served and the choices you're gonna have.
Awful tablets which are supposed to show movies and other stuff. The touch screen is awful, but there is a mechanical control without which it would be impossible to use. The feedback of this mechanical control is so slow that it makes you feel like being punished for something. I don't know why it's so hard to make a responsive tablet but it's a problem on many-many airplanes. These tablets are so bad that sometimes I think it would be better without one at all.
Everything was perfect except the entertainment.
There should be a movie screen. There was more than enough time to watch a movie or two.
Equally friendly crew and experience. It was complimented by the time we got to spend in the fantastic KLM lounge while we waited for the flight.
From pre-boarding, to boarding, to the food, and the attentiveness, everything was top notch! The cleanliness of the plane was only topped by the friendliness of the crew.
The flight was marked at almost 11hrs but ended up being only 9...not a negative other than it meant not spending as much time on board!

KLM can't seem to figure out the order of boarding the plane. Should be business - priority - everyone else. Instead they do priority first, and that's usually two-thirds of the passengers. Also, really tired of the fake business class on these flights...
Pay for food on BA? They didn't even offer free water.

I was rerouted entirely to fly with Austrian Air, and only landed 2 hours later than scheduled, which was nice.
My Gulf Air flight from Bangkok to Paris was delayed 7 hours which would make me miss my connection to Paris in Bahrain...and they wanted to put me on a new flight that would have me layover in Bahrain for more than 18 hours, and landing in Paris 24 hours later than planned. I politely said no and asked them to find me something else, and they did--so that was good. But the suggested alternative for a 7 hour delay was absolutely ridiculous. Also, the 7 hour delay was never explained and no other flights were delayed, so I guess it was something wrong with the plane?

My seats on both flights did not work and I flew buisiness class and expected to be comfortable which I wasn't . On arrival to Kuwait we waited 45 minutes for our bags which were labeled priority.
Everyone was professional and helpful
Paying for the weight of each bag instead of the free 2 bag international allowance was absurd.
