Normally, getting on a plane in Colombia is an absolute nightmare. People pushing, standing right next to you, when you get on the plane all the old women who do not know how to read always walk to the back of the plane when they're supposed to be sitting in seat 7? Been there? Seen that? Yes ! Seen it a million times. What makes this particular flight so unbelievable, and maybe it was just a training day because there was a lot of airline personnel at the check in kiosk, but I have never processed on to a flight in Columbia, given up my baggage, and be walking to the gate so fast in my life! I truly hope this is something that will become standard, and I pray to God that the other airlines especially Viva will learn how to do!
Overall very good, good crew... minus point.. seats SO tiny, it makes Asian airline economy seats feel like 1st class!
the flight crew was so nice, and so collaborative. Im vegan and the ooption they had was vegetarian, but they figure out and got salad and fruit for me.
my luggage arrived broken. they break the zip in order to open the luggage, (for general checking Iguess) but the zip should never have been broken
Food and drink service not given. There was no turbulence to justify this failure, and flight was over an hour long, allowing sufficient time to provide it. Poor communication of departure delay.
My flight to Lima was delayed therefore I would miss the connecting flight to LAX. I learned of the delay by overhearing a conversation the employee was having with another passenger. No announcement was made, no options were presented to help the passengers with connection find a solution until we started demanding a solution. This ordeal started at 9pm and we did not make it out of the airport till 1:50am to a hotel for a 6am pickup back to the airport to start the process all over again.
They were unable to check my bag through my final destination thus I had to clear customs, secure my checked luggage, and recheck. If the agents had responded to my situation and taken charge, I would have made my connection.
The flight was on schedule
It was crowded and cramped.
Flight crew was good, we arrived early on flight out and back! Feel like seats are tinier than ever, maybe it was just me. Food (water & pretzels) were OK, but nothing special (then again it was a short flight, so I didn't expect anything). Plane was small so we needed to gate check bags and the gate attendant came around and tagged everyone's bag for us, well before boarding which was hugely efficient - kudos to her on that!
Gate attendant's mic was broken (or she didn't know how to use) so she had to yell into the boarding area.
On time; safe flight
Service from boarding to landing was impersonal. No headphones etc. Etc.
I got off the flight at out side,but i forgot to carried my small bag .and then the Crew returned me the bag very soon.they were very kind,thank you very much.
The gentleman at the gate was super helpful and helped us check our bags at the gate.
Zero leg room. Zero arm room. The entertainment system did not function. No food for such a long flight unless you pay more then the food is actually worth.
All 4 flights delayed by more than a half hour last leg 1.5 hours united sucks!
We flew for only 45 minutes on a flight that had been scheduled for 1.3 hours.
The long delay seemed strange, as the plane had arrived from Costa Rica. Why would an airline schedule the same plane for an international flight and then a short hop from Newark to DC without adequate time in between? The departure gate at Newark was absolute chaos! Announcements were overlapping and not understandable. There was inadequate seating.
Left on time and arrived on time Direct flight!
Food terrible! No options. $10 sandwich only choice.
For transatlantic flight, the quality and quantity of food could have been a bit more generous.
That the flight was a bit shorter than it was suppose to be.
