The flight was very good, specially considering it was a daylight one. Staff was friendly and servicial. Tue food was above the industry's average.
Cabin Crew was awesome.
Entertainment System was not working and no Non-veg food option in flight.

Lavatory was icky and other passengers messy.
Once In London, we were told by British Airways that was flying us to Nice that Delta had “lost” our infant electronic ticket - It took 1.5h to get new ticket reissued! We missed our connection and had to wait 3 more hours for the next flight - We were somewhat lucky as multiple flights were delayed/cancelled that day - I will avoid using Virgin Atlantic in the future as they need Delta and British operate their flights and this makes it prone to issues like that

Old movies and few entertainment choices
The onboard crew were lovely.
Stood at check in for over 30 mins with no staff in sight. Boarding was a disaster. Staff was not prepared nor organized and the crowds were unbearable. Upgraded seats were laughable and not worth an extra $60. Food was mediocre. Entertainment would have been good but GE touchscreens are so old, they were difficult to work.
Free everything...food, wine, spirits, movies, etc. Nice crew!
Seats a little hard, main dinner dish was a little odd but okay.
