Travelers with documents issued by the US Department of Homeland Security, US Customs and Border Protection, or US Department of State indicating that the traveler is exempt from the restriction;
B1 crew crewmembers that are engaged in lightering, Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) activity, wind farm activity, private air/sea crew and other similar crewmember activities;
Students with an F-1 or M-1 visa and their F-2 and M-2 dependents, if they arrive from or have been in Ireland, the UK or Schengen Area in the past 14 days.
All travelers, 2 years of age or older (including US citizens and transit passenger) must present a negative COVID-19 viral or antigen test result issued 72 hours prior to departure or have a proof of recovery from the virus within the last 90 days prior to boarding the plane.
Travelers must complete a disclosure and attestation form before departure.
Exemptions or waiver to the testing requirements may be granted by the CDC on an extremely limited basis when emergency travel (like an emergency medical evacuation) must occur to preserve someone’s life, health against a serious danger, or physical safety and testing cannot be completed before travel.
US citizens and permanent residents arriving from the UK must present a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test result issued within 72 hours prior to departure.
Travelers arriving in New York State must complete the Traveler Health Form.
Travelers arriving in Massachusetts must complete the Massachusetts Health Form.
Travelers are advised to get tested 3-5 days after travel and stay home and self-quarantine for 7 days after travel. Even if they test negative, they must still stay home and self-quarantine for the full 7 days. If the test is positive, isolate to protect others from getting infected.

We had landed and were just sitting and waiting on a gate to open. My fellow travler happened to be on her period n was told No she could not use the bathroom. After the 3rd time of her being sent back I got up with her and a tampon in hand n told the staff they had no choice she was using that bathroom. Of course they had to phone the captain and ask for permission which he ok it, but seriously , what are we supposed to do just sit in our blood. That was not cool."

Pros: "I am a little disabled... Am in a electric wheelchair, can't speak very well, this was my first flight alone and my chair would not lock in upright position after unfolding it. (If I leaned back on the backrest it would collapse/fold up. I learned I had to lean forward to keep it up.) Everyone was very accommodating and very helpful! At the Provo Airport they gave me a regular wheelchair and I showed them how to remove the lithium battery, remove and stow the joystick and how to fold my chair. No drinks or snacks unless you pay for them. On arrival I waited for everyone else to exit but also took advantage of the lavatory to relieve my bladder ;-). They were waiting trying to unfold my chair. I gave them instructions to step there and lift on the arms and up it went! I showed them where the joystick was, they pulled it out and connected it to the arm, put the battery in the bag, plugged it in, zipped up the bag and I pressed the green button and Voila! it was done! Thank you to the Awesome Allegiant Crew!"

To my surprized I was able to purchase Show tickets at a great discount on board only, very cool! Flight was on time both ways! Seat Confront was tight but the website made it clear the seating would be on selected seats and since I didnt pay for the upgraded seating you get what you pay for."

Didnt like having all the extra fees. All in all there was still a big saving as to going directly to SW Airlines"

Pros: "If you love being late and delayed, fly frontier. All the flights from Minneapolis to San Diego coming and going with the layover in Denver or delayed. They charge for everything at the gate which brings the price up to the competitors price which were direct flights instead of a layover. Never again. They charge you for the carry-on at the gate. It's sneaky And deceptive. Read the comments, it's also their standard practice."

Pros: "Maybe it's my own fault for not doing the research, but I had the expectation that carry on luggage is free. That is not the case with Frontier airlines and when I brought it up with an employee was told that "you get what you pay for" I was pretty upset with their comment and had I known about the charge I would have booked with another airline since that $45 carry on fee made it a more expensive flight than was available at the competing airline."

Cons: "My husband is a active duty military personnel, his orders had changed last minute, we sent military orders and leave sheet, to Frontier Airline HQ. It all started with the papers sent wasn't enough information, the military orders were sent, and again, these were denied because it wasnt a pdf document. I personally sent the Military orders as a PDF document, and I never heard back from Frontier. I feel like we were fooled by this company, so we couldn't change the flight and waste our money and time on them."
Cons: "Long lines to check in. 1 hour wait at terminal while bags were being put on board. Uncomfortable seats that don't recline. Uncomfortable drop down table. No compensation for delay or wait at terminal in plane. Stewards attitudes. Just an overall unpleasant experience."

Cons: "If I had to complain about something I would say the seats were a bit uncomfortable and the tray tables were very small, but it is nothing short of what I would expect of a 3hr flight for under $200. ^_^"
