My experience was very good. Everything was excellent except for the food. The food was mediocre. Not alot of options and the flavor was okay.

My experience was very good. Everything was excellent except for the food. The food was mediocre. Not alot of options and the flavor was okay.

Had to deplane 2 x due to problems with plane. Delayed over 6 hours ans was given a $12 food credit which barely oaud for anything and limited to wear incoukd redeem.

After boarding the plane had to wait an hour at the for the copilot to show up before we could depart

No beverage/snack service without any explanation or reason. Late boarding and delayed flight.

more room in seats, larger snacks, more comms with delays

There was overbooking that delayed boarding. Then an airport emergency lockdown that caused further delays in boarding. However the time was made up during flight and there was a minimal delay in landing. Everything else was excellent.

Delta is the best. It was all very easy and on time.

The cabin and bathroom experience was poor as the cabin and bathroom were dirty and showed signs of an older plane that had not been updated for Customer’s, comfort and health. There was gum on my seat when I arrived and dirt spots around the fan and light controls. The flight was almost entirely full, so there was no way I could be moved from my seat. Th bathroom had the peeling paint.

I missed the flight because the Minneapolis flight was 49 minutes LATE, and the Boise flight LEFT 24 minutes EARLY!

Having to up charge for a seat assignment is not good. Delta can do better
