I don’t like mushrooms and that’s all they had with pasta

I Love Delta but one of the flight crew training in courtesy snd hospitality.

I don't know why the crew decided to board 15 minutes early without informing anyone not at the gate. Why would you have the app send a notification that we're boarding on time, instead board early, and then rush me to the gate. Then have me check my carry-on when I specifically packed my bag as to not do so.

Could have been on time and not missed my connection

I missed the flight because the Minneapolis flight was 49 minutes LATE, and the Boise flight LEFT 24 minutes EARLY!

The internet that was free was terrible, the turbulence was pretty bad - uncontrollable I know.

My business class seat was inoperable and unable to recline for 10 hour flight.

Having to up charge for a seat assignment is not good. Delta can do better

The crew was very kind and always smiling. The seats were great and I was very comfortable during the flight. The only thing I didn't like was that the lavatories got really dirty at some point during the flight. Other than that my experience was great
