The international portion was good. Food and beverage options were good. The sustainable wooden eatery was less than desirable. Your Star Alliance partner ANA provided real silverware. I'm 6'3" & 198 lbs and felt cramped in the exit row. How can that be? Flight attendant all had a pleasant disposition which is always good.
Flight was late to take off Plane broke down Had to move everyone to another plane Told we weren’t going to LGA but Newark Also told we would be taken to NY But United lied and we ended up at Newark at 2 in the morning Horrible experience. And the experience of trying to get compensation from United is just as bad. They could not care less about their passengers Never again!
Flight was late, the only reason I almost missed my flight was that my connection was also late.
Flight be on time would be a good start. Then train your flight attendants to be attentive and friendly. This time they completely forgot my row for the measly snack! United, do better!
United to needs to use their best planes for long flights like Guam to Hawaii with STARLINK on it
I would have preferred a flight voucher and to hop on a different flight. Delayed over 6 hours.
Our flight gor canceled and there was no one to help us but told us to scan the qr code and fill the forms on-line. Very poor service especially we are tourists traveling to Washington DC for the 1st time.
Seats could be more comfortable, food was plentiful and good.
We had a delay, but thankfully I made it to my connection. Overall it went smooth
Very uncomfortable seats and seat backs, and I am only 5’9”. Delayed due to crew issues, spent a long time with no ventilation. Teeny overhead bins. Wifi worked well. Arrived safely.
The seats were roomier than other airplanes I’ve been on.
The security line at JFK was one of the longest I’ve ever experienced - probably 45 minutes. I don’t know if JetBlue has control over it, but it detracted from the overall experience. Entertainment had good options, but the volume control was a bit small to tap on and the screen had a fair amount of interference blips. Clearer picture would have been better.
I liked the entertainment on JetBlue, the service from JFK to JAX was terrible at best
Checking-in in Barbados was excellent, connecting in JFK to JAX was a nightmare, had to wait over 1 hour and 20 minutes to receive my check bag. After receiving my checked bag and going to the gate to check in for my flight to Jax the crew there had no clue. They first told me that I had missed the flight and had to rebooked.. after trying to speak with JetBlue reservations (without luck) I was asked to leave my Phone number for a recall, I did so and my call was returned after 15 hours. I finally looked at the information board and saw the flight that I was originally scheduled for was still at the gate. I alerted an JetBlue employee of my findings and was told to rush to the gate and see if I could still board. The agent at the boarding gate apparently was having a very bad day, after lecturing me on how late I was (which was not a fault of mine) let me on the flight. A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I will NEVER fly JetBlue ever in my life again.
I usually dont fly JeTBlue and I dont think I will ever do it again. The flight was delayed fee time, nobody was giving us any info at at the airport, gate changing, the slowest and poorly organized boarding ever, rude staff.. huh
The flight was delayed. I upgraded to more room. I can't imagine how small the regular seats are I haven't upgraded for my return flight yet.

Horrible - for the first time in my life i was denied boarding an international flight because the name used on my ticket - Josh - was not exactly the same as my passport - Joshua. At no time during ticketing, online check-in, or at the airport flying from Boston to NY was i notified of a problem. It was only at boarding from NY to Costa Rica I was informed of the problem and by then it was too late. After missing the flight I was told by airport Jet Blue staff, including a supervisor, that it was my problem and they could not assist because i bought "the cheapest fare". i was hung up on twice by JetBlue customer service, including once by a supervisor. I blame Kayak and your awful partner ChatDeal for even allowing me to purchase an international ticket without verifying this - you effectively sold me a ticket i could not use. Shame on you and shame on ChatDeal for doing nothing to help me resolve the situation. What a scam.
Like the variety of entertainment options. One crew member was a little on the rough/rude side. Boarding was a mess, attendants didn't do a great job of helping with the luggage storage and it delayed us a couple of minutes.
Boarding was great, communication from the crew was excellent. My only complaint is the seating seems to have gotten smaller, and felt a bit tight. I can’t imagine doing a long haul flight in those seats.
I liked the flight, the attendants, and the comfort. But the gate for boarding was poor. Even the elderly had to climb down many many steps to the bus and climb up to the plane.
Cancelled 90 min AFTER Departure! We had to deplane and wait another hour plus for the flight to be shown as cancelled for the customer service team. There were many many angry customers.
Good and they are leaving at time and arriving on time
Horrible airport ever. We stood in the security check line for more than an hour. It was past boarding time and we were still waiting in line for the security check. With 2 children and a medically ill person we had a very stressful transit.
Boarding was weird. They boarded two flights at the same gate at the same time. So mass confusion for the non English/French speakers. So many people at such a small gate. Like every other part of this airport you have to walk miles between everything. Gate to plane was a 5 min walk :) several long flights so I was worried about my steps but ended up walking several miles here so worked out.
Flight cancelled. I was rebooked without discussion or options. Had booked a flight with a bed and when I was rebooked, the flight had a recliner seat. Felt cheated.
It was okay. Mothers with rowdy children should be invited to sit in front of them.
We missed our connecting flight in Frankfurt do to security and all hell ensued then.we got rebooked to Washington got there round 10 am ish didn't find out till 630 we were rerouted to United!! Then we started getting updates
Movie selection was nice and chicken with rice dinner was good. I did not like the pizza thing they served for breakfast/lunch. It was like a hot pocket but mostly bread. A small sandwich or cheese and cracker snack and fruit etc would have been much better. Also they did not announce trash pick up so a lot of trash was left by everyone when departing.
Too tight connection. Lufthansa staff pulled 12 of us out of passport control that had tight connections and took us about 1/3 mile AWAY from our gates and put us in another slow, long line. Needless to say all of us missed our flights and the Customer “Service” staff was rude and not helpful at all. Was rebooked from a direct flight to one w a 6hr layover. Asked about an other option that was on my app and was told to book it myself online (which would be $300 extra pp!!). Got rebooked again w a tight connection which was also missed. Rebooked into middle seats that didn’t recline for 9 hr flight!! No compensation (and we paid for seats!) Ended up taking 26hrs to get home from Europe to North Carolina! No longer a fan of Lufthansa—2nd time having these kind of issues w them!
