From the boarding crew to the FAs was such a good team. All with smiles and positive energy. The pilots made an announcement of us waiting on some passengers who were late landing and I didn’t hear one person feel like it was an inconvenience which was wonderful. Massive kudos to all that worked that flight. Everyone was united. 😊💙

After having bad experience last time This time they were very good

Smooth flight, easy boarding process. Made up time in the air with initial delay due to weather pass through

My flight was cancelled and United Airlines could not rebook or help. My whole trip was then cancelled and I could not go to the funeral I needed to get to.

Usual wait for over a half hour for a gate at Ohare. They tell you you'll get there early then sit on the plane and wait almost an hour

Fought with Lufthansa was poor, seats are uncomfortable, food was bad and luggage did not arrive to IA

Plane congestion resulted in a 1 hr wait from landing to arrival at the gate. This was in addition to also experiencing extreme delays on my incoming flight.

We had a delay, but thankfully I made it to my connection. Overall it went smooth

Very uncomfortable seats and seat backs, and I am only 5’9”. Delayed due to crew issues, spent a long time with no ventilation. Teeny overhead bins. Wifi worked well. Arrived safely.
