The space for legs in coach is better than other Airlines you can even cross your legs!!

The only issue was in the wheelchair waiting area before we got on the plane. They seemed very disorganized. Everyone we encountered after that was great! We loved Cassandra at check-in. She was awesome. The flight attendants were wonderful too! The lady helping with the waiting wheelchair when we got off the plane was awesome too!

Attentive crew. Best of all was the empty seat between me and my rowmate.

I really like Alaska airline, it's my favorite airline❤️

This leg was better than the previous leg mostly because I upgraded my searing and the crew was nicer

I like that we took off on time and arrived a bit early. I like that I could gate check my bag and board early. I don't like how crowded the flight was. I had ok leg room, but could feel every move of the person next to me. And the aisles are very narrow. The gate and flight crews were terrific.

It was fine… Just overbooked every seat was taken and very bumpy nothing they could do about that. Overall I like to fly Alaska airlines

Both flights from NYC to SFO were delayed more than an hour. No wifi, no screens/movies etc. The crew was nice.

I had never flown Alaska before but I definitely will again . Their app is great and the staff was nice , the plane was clean and comfortable . I've been trying to think of something to complain about but I honestly cannot think of anything . And Alaska itself - wow! Such beauty everywhere out there
