I liked everything except, I left a brand new Switch 2 on the plane and talking to anybody about it is nearly impossible. I had to fill out a form and hope they get back to me in the next 2 weeks. I really hope they contact me. I saved for that thing for over a year and my son is heart broken.

Wheelchair assistance was excellent. I had a saver fare, but was given a seat in Premium. So very nice!! Extra legroom, complimentary beer. The flight crew was very nice and efficient. The gate agent in Seattle double checked to make sure I was able to board the plane all right while using my cane. I boarded first. So considerate! The flight was smooth, and right on time.

The cabin crew was absolutely wonderful, the service was great and it was just a good flight overall.

I had entered my TSA pre number when I bought the ticket but TSA pre was not on my boarding pass. I went to find an agent at check in and there was only one agent one duty for first class and a line of people waiting for check in/baggage with no agent manning that area.

Everything was great except for one piece of our luggage was severely damaged and crushed. There were no agents available at baggage claim and the hold time on the phone was over 3 hours. So therefore we were unable to file a complaint. We will be speaking to Alaska Airlines about replacing our luggage when we check in for our return flight.

The crew was the best I’ve ever had HOWEVER when we arrived in Salt Lake City there were no Alaskan Airline employees to be found so we weren’t able to leave the plane until ANOTHER airline took pity on us. How could that possible happen?

Flight was 1:20 later than booked & I never received notice. At airport way too early. Couldn’t hear announcements on PA system. Crew fine. Retrieving luggage fine. Overall experience not good.

My youngest didn't have a assigned seat until we biard6the plane.

Good conversation with crew while I need assistance because I'm deaf. Thank you

Great! The check-in was easy, and the workers were nice and helpful. The inflight movies were easy to access, and we had a good time. The only scary part was the landing. We touched down hard instead of gently like other flights I have been on.

THEY FAILED ME AND I NEVER GOT ON THE FLIGHT BECAUSE IT WAS SO DELAYED! I ENDED UP HAVING TO PAY OUT OF POCKET FOR A HOTEL AND STAY IN NASHVILLE TO CATCH A FLIGHT FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY. DELTA IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE>

I was in first class and literally the men behind me were so aggressively loud I moved myself to economy. This has become so common on Delta - people using audio without headphones, and men on 12am / late night flights drinking and yelling to talk to each other which prevents anyone around them from resting. Pretty crazy to have to move from first to economy (poorer service, less comfort...). Wild wild. Looking into other airlines.

First flight out and was 85 minutes delayed. Notification came out way too late

Departure was delayed resulting in me missing my connection. Delta did not autimatically find me another flight.

This flight was a first class choice and left much to be desired. Seat backs on seats were falling apart and torn. Seats actually didn't come to a "full & upright position". Pull out table was sprung. Not any significant leg room. All in all we were on an obviously older plane and felt overcharged for what we received as first class.

It would’ve been nice for all that money to have a more substantial snack for free. I remember once upon a time getting a very nice turkey sandwich with Swiss cheese on whole wheat bread for no charge along with a drink. I guess those days are gone. it’s a little insulting being given a cookie or a bag of baked chips Going forward I’ll just bring my own.

Delay in SLC jammed us up in Chicago. Got caught up in rush hour traffic

The seats got pretty uncomfortable pretty fast. The armrests are bigger than on other planes, so I had less room in the actual seat. My butt hurt by the end of the flight. :/ comfort was the primary issue. The crew were fantastic!

I believe that a four-hour trip should have a meal. Delta had none.

The boarding was great. With all the delays I was grateful to get on the plane and headed for home. There was no in flight entertainment. Seats were very uncomfortable! Unfortunately we were seated next to an exit row so there was no recline in our seat. Other than that it was a smooth ride.
