The flight in it self was good. The delays looking for pilots was unexpected.

Having a direct flight between Pittsburgh and Austin makes traveling so easy.

Lost my bags with all my ski gear and only gave me $500 to get new gear. They don't even know where my bags are. I was stuck in Denver airport from 10am yesterday until 12pm today and then stuck in Hayden airport for 3 hours waiting to find out where my bags are.

Seats were worn out but everything else was pretty much flawless.

This flight left late. We had A46/A47 boarding, but SW boarded 45 people from an interrupted flight ahead of us. It was a zoo. Seats are very uncomfortable, even for a 5’8” person of normal BMI.

The crew was very helpful, nice friendly. The only issue I have was the horrible turbulence that we experienced leaving Dallas love field airport. It lasted about 20 minutes I think.

Baggage check in would have been better if the service clerk told the other clerk that she was merging her two long lines of customers with her line so she could move luggage. Instead she only told the customers. When I told the agent and ask if she could direct who is next in line so we weren’t trying to cut in front of each other she said it’s not her problem and she can’t work three lines. I was shocked. Understood that they were working more than their share but some organization so the customers aren’t getting upset at each other would have gone a long way

It was not a great flight. There was a software update delay which had us on the ground for almost 2 hours. I was unable to make my shuttle to my final destination.

Good. Quiet. Comfortable. The protests nearly kept me from catching my flight. They waited for me! I made it!

Red eye flight, so not expecting any extras, but the boarding and trip was smooth. Thx Alaska.

Received little assistance with air sick child. Crew’s main concern was if anything got on the seat belt!

It was fine… Just overbooked every seat was taken and very bumpy nothing they could do about that. Overall I like to fly Alaska airlines

Seat width is getting ridiculous. I don’t like having to twist myself into a ball to avoid my neighbor. It has gotten so bad over the last few years.

Flight had mechanical delay, but otherwise it was good considering it was a full plane. Did not have food or entertainment. Staff were great.

Worst flight in my life. Only was scheduled for a 45 min flight to get our connection flight. It was late by 40 minutes and we missed our connection. Delta was totally useless trying to help and unable to get my family on the next flight because they overbooked it Thus had to get a hotel at my expense and lost a day at Disney as a result. Cost me about a $1000 if you add 2 hotels meals shuttles etc to get thru the day Awful customer service by Delta in Detroit totally useless people

The experience was good and the flight departed on time and landed early

The flight was delayed but we got to our final destination.

Boarding was great. The flight landed early. It took the crew over an hour and a half to bring out drinks. I paid to upgrade my seat to Comfort+ only to be near a crying/screaming baby who was seldom quiet. Noise-cancelling earbuds didn’t even help. Waste of money to upgrade.

I wish that seats closer to the front of the plan were available, but when I booked the flight the seats were VERY expensive so I did not book seats at that time. The day before flying only seats at the back of the plane were available. It takes so long to board the plane and empty the plane on arrival due to SO many roller bags.

I was seated next to someone so obese I had no space and was pushed against the window. I could not even put my tray down or work. My neck still hurts from that experience. They should not let that happen. Large people should have to pay for enough space.

Good flight. No I’m seat entertainment. But my phone worked just fine on the west jet app.

I had planned to watch the Westjet entertainment for the entire flight however, because the seat mounted outlets in our row did not work.

Not a bad flight but our priority tagged luggage was the very last to come down the carousel.

Plane had a flat tire, delayed boarding and takeoff but one in the air, smooth. Make sure you have downloaded the WJ app before you leave. When on board, you can watch movies or TV shows offered on the app, it passed the time very quickly.

A good set of flights but my suitcase was irreparably damaged. (Hard shell suitcase with multiple full layer cracks from one corner all the way to the zipper) I needed to rush to catch a ferry so I didn’t notice it until it was loaded into a taxi. It cost over $100 USD to replace the suitcase to travel home.

Our recent flight from edmontown to kahalui was excellent. The service staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, funny and attentive. Thanks to all involved that made or travel such a pleasant experience and we hope to fly with west jet again soon

The flight was delayed and I missed boarding my 7 day cruise. I had to book a separate flight home

Flight late …60 minutes No food No wifi No entertainment system A disaster!!!

On time every leg of the journey and exceptional staff at counter, gate, and on board. I haven’t travelled in US for a long time and was genuinely surprised how pleasant this was.

The delays (5 hrs) were a comedy of errors, and the multiple safety issues encountered were very concerning.

flight delays, staff only communicating when pushed, food service lasting a grand total of 7 minutes, stuck in seat from 45mins into flight until landing

they made me check my carryon. There was space in the overhead bins.

Nice flight, nice crew but no cookie or napkin with my seltzer.

Trip was smooth bumpy from the wind but no issues at all the crew attendant was very pleasant and had great customer service

The flight was canceled. Got rebooked to Chicago and when we arrived our luggage where to there. They were going to our original destination the day after. They would not deliver them to our house. We had to go pick them up.

Delayed a day due to snow storm. Was upgraded. That kind of made up for significant delays from FLL to COS with no compensation or acknowledgement.
