Part of the first class package is luggage. We checked our luggage in easily but our luggage should be one of the first bags off when we land. On both flights this was not the case. The lounge in Kauai is awful. Food and drinks were excellent on the flight. Service was attentive. On the flight over we arrived 45 minutes early. Like last time the same thing happened in a previous flight. The problem both times was waiting in the plane for 30 minutes so that a spot to unload could open.
Flew first class. No headrest screens on either flight and the one flight had no foot rests either.
Great trip. No complaints. Impressed with the crew’s response to various challenges pre-boarding.
Flight was delayed about 40 minutes by a mechanical problem. This made a long day even longer. Otherwise good.
We did have to wait an hour for the runway to be cleared but other than that it was fine.

There was no sense of urgency to get us to our destination on time. There’s just no such thing with this airline. It’s not my fault, they don’t have enough help. They sure as hell charge you enough for everything Nothing like being nickel and dimed to death. Money for bags money to choose a seat. You gotta be made for money to fly this airline.
I hate turbulence and we had quite a lot. I really appreciated kept us calm informed. When it would likely start, when it would likely end. And the cause. Very good!

I was beat it was a late flight don't remember taking off or landing was a good nap.
The first class flight attendant was awful to everyone. Very rude; no customer service. She should not be working in first class.
Smaller plane for a longer flight than my first one. Doesn’t make sense.
Love delta smaller commuter plane so no entertainment and paid wifi on MKE-LGA leg was extremely unreliable and slow

Delta flights recently are always delayed AND at jfk tney get the gates further away (need To walk 20’ to get to them/all the way at the end of the terminal). Not sure whats happening but price doesnt match experience!
bulkhead seat had very little legroom - even in bsiness class.
The plane was an older model, so it wasn’t as comfortable as others. The flight attendants were not helpful during onboarding. It was a full flight so there was chaos finding space for baggage.
I'm a United 1K member and have ben for 10 years. The gate agent had no control over the boarding process and had us passengers queued for hours as delays were announced. On the plane, the overhead air nozzle was broken so col over was powering through on me and the passenger next to me. Not a great experience for a million miler on United. Feel free to contact me. 3 hour delay…. Nearly 2 hours sitting on tarmac. Do better, United. Or at least have the sense to not say “we hope you enjoyed your flight with us” upon disembarking.

Not good - outbound flight was delayed and missed my connection even though I got to the gate after running through the airport - the agent would not let me on because the door was closed (flight had not left). There was no notification from United - overall experience was very disappointing. Additionally, I was downgraded from first class to coach on the alternative flight

Delays!!! Serious delays. I was told by a member of staff in LGA that I would miss my DEN to LAX flight connection, so I was put on a later flight. Due to delays I would have been able to have made my original flight, where I was sat in business class - seat 1A: I was put on my original flight but bumped from business - 1A to economy 33C. I want a refund for paying business class but only flying economy
Not worth the price of premium class ticket paid, felt more like steerage.

Horrible. No AC. No Air inside the plane. We had to deplane twice! It is late almost 5 hrs in total. I almost passed out and about to call 911. I asked the crew to be honest and open the door. The lady next to me was lay down in the floor due to heat and no air inside the plane. I got headaches, can’t wait the replacement flight about midnight Dallas time. I end it up rebook for next day flight and stay overnight using my own pocket in a hotel nearby due to headaches and can’t breath. I still have a headache this morning. Still not decided yes how to file this issue to AA and/or FAA.
They have overselled the ticket and kicked me out from boarding, All my Plans were collapsed and important network meeting missed.also I booked direct flight i have to go through an 1 stop and it was frustrated.

Patrons with larger bags were asked to check the bags when boarding. Seems like the most effective, and least costly way, way to successfully use the cramped space.
Cancelled and rebooked twice in one day with a drop in seat class. Not good at all.
