The flights are cheap, but they nickel and dime you for everything. And the seat pockets are TINY. The board from the back, which seems more efficient, but if you pay to sit up front and you board last, your chances of getting space in the overhead bin are decreased. That said, I did get space in the bin this time, so that made me happy. When booking my ticket, I paid extra to check a bag, select my seat and have food. The food was pretty salty. The only beverage with my meal was a paper cup of water - I would have had to buy a beverage separately. Fortunately, I bought a huge bottle of water at the airport and just drank that.
I got a very good price on this flight which made me very happy! I arrived in France, which was also good! The seats (and seat pockets) were small so I don’t know if a very large person could be comfortable — I bought seats in the cheapest zone so I’m sure that was a factor) The crew were all fine, except one flight attendant had some pretty strong body odor, which I noticed every time he walked past me. That wasn’t great. (Fortunately, he didn’t walk past me very many times!) Anyway, if you need to save some money, the French Bee flight from LAX international to Orly airport in Paris is a good bet! Just be prepared to pay for every single thing, including food, and bring your own snacks!)

Went in with low expectations based on other reviews/the fact that this is a budget airline, but I was pleasantly surprised! Everything went smoothly, seats were comfortable, food was not bad for airplane food, and of course the price of the flight was fantastic. The only real negatives I can think of are that the plane is a bit on the older side (think 2012-ish era planes, not a huge deal), wifi is a bit expensive, and the movie catalog is mediocre. But that is to be expected on a budget airline (I was honestly surprised they had free movies). I would definitely fly again.
No organization when it came to checking in and boarding. If you have diet restrictions make sure to plan ahead.

Everything was good with Tap Air Portugal. It was Logan Airport that was a problem. The fuel system was down and delayed my 10:40 boarding. I wasn't able to board my flight until 2:00 am...after that my flights were great.
Not have my bag forced to be checked when I had a carry on included on my ticket. Staff was very rude to me for asking why they were doing this. I was told there was no more room for carry ons but there was plenty of space in the overhead compartments

Seats were the most uncomfortable seats i ever experienced on a flight to Europe from Boston. It was a waist of money in buying premium seats for top dollars. I want my money back for what i paid extra for my seats. Awful conditions!

The chicken was so dry it was impossible to eat. No substitute was offered. The port to charge my phone was broken and all I got was a shrug from the crew. The entertainment system was glitchy and subtitles didn’t load. Crew seemed fully uninterested and unfriendly.
The flight crew were absolute rock stars. When they came to the gate they looked like royalty, so chic. They also were extremely kind. Food was good and I loved the lack of plastic waste. The flight was lovely and smooth.
We waited in the jetway for over an hour before we got on the plane.

I travel on a monthly basis and I’m not a stranger to budget airlines. I never complain about anything, it just about adjusting you expectations to what you paid for and you will get, but these flights (2) with Air Europa Miami - Madrid - Athens were a terrible experience. Both flights had a significant delays and multiple gate changes. At the checking they used a hand scale to weight your carry in, it cannot be more than 10 kg , even it fit on size.Luckily mine was ok . The food was inedible. The staff service was ok, but you can totally tell they do not care about much and show little customer service culture. I think this was my last trip on Air Europa. Actually the price was almost the same than other major airlines, I just took this one because I needed to depart late at night.
It was NO entertainment, the screens were not working for anyone. The food was bad in taste, my chicken was hard. The seat in my case didn’t recline. A long and endless flight

After landing in Paris every one in the plane had to get on a bus which was packed and every Covid protocol was violated. There was no social distancing. It was disappointing. There was an empty bus right behind us. A few passengers asked to get on it to keep some distance between people but the driver refused. Probably you do not care.
Horrible, they detoured my first flight to Roswell and the communication on why was very poor, We arrive late then waited 20 minutes for them to set up the bridge. I arrived at my connecting flight gate and was told my seat had been given to someone else even though the flight was delayed. We then get to customer service and the computer went down for several hours. The person at the counter was eating their lunch while trying to help me get a flight. Dhe then rebooked on a flight with a connection that was leaving two hours prior to me landing. So I had to then stand in another line to get rebooked. I missed my trip to Morroco and waited 7 days to finally get my luggage. It was a nightmare.
We were bumped out of bulkhead seats we purchased a year ago. We were moved to row 5 and the folks in row 4 fully reclined making it difficult to get out to use the restroom. The seat have too little padding making them uncomfortable 3 hours into the flight. The movies did not offer closed captioning and the earbuds were poor so the entertainment was mostly unusable. The food was just passable. I would not fly Iberia/level again. Iberia also bumped us off our direct return flight so I would say the whole experience with this airline is poor.
The flight was operated by level, who had a sister’s check in procedure (2 hours) due to understaffing and a computer malfunction. While 3 agents stood at the business check in, with a total of maybe one actual customer there at a time, a huge line formed at economy check in with only 1 agent staffing the check in. Then, my luggage was lost - a guitar case with contents inside valued at 3,000 USD. The computer system of LEVEL could not locate my bag and had no record of it, and IBERIA (with whom I purchased my ticket and the checked bag) refused to help. It was a disastrous experience and I will never book Iberia again

Very bad experience with meal served. I asked for a diabetic meal. Was served everything a diabetic lersn cannot eat. So i ended up not eating the whole flight dinner and breakfast.
Iberia personnel on the ground is so rude. I would think twice in the future before booking another Iberia flight

I received an email and text message from French Bee less than 24 hours prior to my flight that there was a flight change. That flight change indicated that my flight had already left yet the message went out just under an hour before the new departure time. When calling French Bee staff (located in Texas so open at central time) they only said “sorry for the inconvenience “ and never offered or supplied information about a rebooking or what took place even when asked. They had a very blasé attitude about the entire situation. I had to buy a ticket on another airline because I was not told what was going on! A ticket to fly internationally on the same day!!!$$$$$$ so disappointing

Economy seats are too tight for a long haul flight. The meal was surprisingly good, though it was surprising to learn that even coffee and tea were extra pay. They also don’t distribute water regularly.

Flight attendants and checking great .. comfort was the worst I’ve experienced, design of seat was poor , headrest uncomfortable, seat in front when extended crushed me and the temp was hot .. every minute felt like an hour .. and it was a 7 hr flight
