I was informed by anAA employee they the connection is frequently missed due to similar problems. 2. Flight attendants and gate agents will bankrupt the airline with their horrible attitude. - they should be fired."

The horror was at the airport in Venice where it took over two hours in very long line just to get through passport check."

I received errors when trying to access gogoinflight on my tablet, even when I had the most updated app. Therefore I was unable to use the app during my flight to Philadelphia. Also, when checking in from our original departure location, MCO, we were not provided our boarding pass or luggage tags for our final destination, Barcelona, only to our connecting flight, Philadelphia. The connecting flight was delayed in MCO for an 1 hour and a half, after we have boarded the plane. So we waited in the plane for the whole hour and half while a maintenance issue was being resolved. The delay almost cost us to be late for our final flight to Barcelona. Since we were not given our boarding passes for PHL to BCL it caused confusion when trying to board our plane in PHL to Barcelona, and also caused for our baggage to not arrive with the flight. After landing, we spent an additional 2 hours at the Airport going through customs, and waiting on line for the lost and found desk for baggage in Barcelona. The lost and found desk had three agents available to assist, however we can only talk to one which was designated specifically for American Airlines. This caused a very long wait time of 1 hour. We were advised the bags stayed in Phildelaphia since they did not have the additional luggage tags, and will not arrive till the next day. Overall the experience within the Airport kiosks, service desks, and baggage check in' s was not a pleasant experience. I believe many of these issues could have been avoided if the American Airlines agents were more knowledgeable and attentive."

She walked away without looking at. On her way down the hall says it will be open in an hour. An hour later I go to the gate. A woman is there and finishing up with another customer. When it was my turn, she said she was closed, yet she helped the joy behind me for over an hour. I know this because I got In the generic questions line and stood there for an hour watching the woman who was "closed" help this guy. When I was FINALLY able to talk to someone, the only thing he told me was to walk fast. That was well worth the 2 hour wait. I will never fly with American again."
Cons: "Then take different fly from Florida to NC then waiting another fly at 5:45 pm to Dallas at 8:45pm. My fly should be 1:30 to Dallas 4:30pm non stop, that day we have appointments 8Pm. End up we back to Dallas 9Pm is bad. If we waiting for fly from 8Pm delay we may be home or be home at midnight time that is very bad."

I was switched to a standby flight which the employee thought it was more important to get an employees husband on and offered me a seat for $1,300 in first class if I wanted to get on "that bad" or another flight 3 1/2 hours later that would not qualify me for a lunch ticket. That 1:40 flight was delayed and we stayed sitting in the plane waiting for permission to leave at 2:56pm. I was to be in NY at 3pm to meet my family on other flights but I got there at 6:30pm while they waited for hours!!! Communication is very important, I know that incidents happen, but this was ridiculous! The flight attendants even ran out of free pretzel snacks and offered items for purchase. Will not forget this experience for a while."

The only option was to stream via my personally device. This would have been fine if there were outlets to charge personal devices at each set! The crew at the ticketing counter was VERY rude. The lady who finally helped me was nice. that was after standing in several lines!"

She was arguing with another passenger before helping me over the same subject, so when I tried to explain that the smallest backpack was almost empty and fit inside the other, she was impatient, upset ignored me and was already demanding my credit card with the bag tag in her hand rushing me. I paid extra $60.00 after I had paid $25,00 for the first bag when I could have put the flexible kipling inside the Jansport if she had listened to me. The flight delayed after I was unable to defend myself and paid an unfair feer."

Cons: "I chose to fly Southwest on the way back and for less money I received better service. If you find a reasonably priced flight you don't have to worry about paying extra for baggage or stomach during the flight. On the flight home, I realized that they have bigger seats, your bags ( 1 personal, 1 carry-on, and 2 checked bags) are "free" and they give you a little snack to hold you for maybe and hour. Overall I prefer Southwest because of all the benefits you get while flying with them but it doesn't mean I will never fly United again."

I was the only person to raise A HAND. sHE LATER STATED THAt the flight would wait for my connection. We landed at 9:05 and taxied in about 10 min. The flight was to leave at 9:15. The flight attendant on my flight asked where was the connecting flight,they replied it left already. Iwas rebooked on America To Charollet,N C to connect for Pensacola. That took 4hrs more."
Cons: "This was the rudest and most unprofessional airline staff I have ever worked with in my life. I personally watched the lady at the gate check-in desk straight up lie to a passenger who she didn’t like personally. This passenger was late for boarding by 2-3 minutes (yet still 10 minutes before scheduled take off), and when he arrived at the gate the Silver Airways employee informed him that he would not be allowed to load since the door had already shut and the engines were already running. From my seat though, I could clearly see that the engines were completely still and not yet started. When I noticed this, I started paying closer attention. After pleading with the Silver employee in a civil manner, he began to become agitated with the lack of help he was getting. It was the day after Christmas, and the man was just trying to fly home to his family. The plane was still sitting at the gate, but the Silver employee said (in a very rude fashion) there was nothing she could do except change him to a later flight. 15 minutes go by, and the plane finally starts to back out of the gate. The man who had just missed his flight decided to take the Silver employee up on her offer to switch to the later flight, but when he asked, she looked at her computer and said there was no more space available on the later flight. Disappointed and annoyed, the man left the terminal completely frustrated because she had just offered him a later flight that didn’t have any room left. Or at least that’s what she told him. 2 Minutes later, another man approached the gate desk with the same problem, he missed the same flight. This time though, when she looked up the same exact later flight, it all of a sudden had plenty of space. She even asked the man whether he would prefer an exit row or a window seat. I was left completely dumbfounded. This employee had just told the previous man it was full, and now she was printing a boarding pass for this guy. It was obvious that she liked this man more than the last guy, and that’s why she was able to “help”. This makes me absolutely disgusted with Silver Airlines character and integrity. I will never fly Silver again, and I hope all who read this take my advise."

Another problem I had was on the return flight. The printout said Terminal B. I had to go to Terminal A. At Orlando airport, the signs for Silver airways are not seen to show where ticket counter is located. I must have asked 4 people before reaching their counter to get my boarding pass."
Cons: "They canceled my flight, then canceled the next one, finally got a flight to Miami, which was boarded late and the attendant was extremely rude when I asked about the details of my new flight (like where I was going and when my connection was...). Then, due to weather we were rerouted to Gainsville. They wouldn't let me get out, even though there was a more direct connection in Gainsville to DC than Miami. Instead I go back to Miami, and even though I make the connecting flight, they sold my seat to a standby customer. I didn't get home until 11:30pm. I was suppose to arrive home by 12pm. It was awful and the attendants were so unhelpful and rude that it was actually ridiculous. I complained to United and of course they won't do anything. I don't qualify for a refund because they switched me over to another airline for the final leg of the trip."

An hour trip end up taking 6 hours and when we landed we got no luggage. All our cloths and toilet treats were left in Orlando. Worst experience of our life."

Also I’m not a fan of how frontier nickel and dimes their passengers. Don’t forget we are the ones keeping you guys a float."

After my ticket had been scanned at the gate and I was already halfway down the gangway, a gate agent began yelling at me to come back. The other passengers looked at me like I was a criminal or something and it was quite humiliating. The agent said (rather rudely) that I had to pay an additional $40 for my carry-on. I explained that I was told the bag was fine when I was at the ticket counter but they did not care. They further informed me that I was paying $10 more for my bag than I would have at the ticket counter, leaving me feeling scammed. I emailed the company immediately upon arrival, explained the situation, and asked for a refund of the carry-on fee given the unusual circumstances. I was flatly refused. Horrible experience, horrible employees, horrible customer service, horrible airline. Their ticket prices might be low, but that only seems to be to lure customers in so they can be tricked and swindled for more money. I paid more for my bags than I did for my ticket!! This company seems to operate on a "bait and switch" business model and through some research I did on them following this experience I found they already have compliants against them to the Better Business Bureau. AVOID THIS AIRLINE AT ALL COSTS!!!"

I had checked the status that night when I checked in and early in the morning and the system said that the flight was on time. It wasnt until I reached the airport and the lady behind the baggage counter told me that the flight was delayed for two hours. I went to go eat with my daughter at the Chilis restaraunt. I figired since the flight was delayed why not have some lunch and head to the plane an hour before take off time. I left the restarant and went through screening. One of the TSA memebers asked me why was I going in so early when the flight was on delayed. I let them know that the flight was suppose to be taken off in an hour so they let me through. As I'm walking through the terminla they have someone walking bu asking if anyone was getting on the frontier flight. I told them that I was on that flight and they told me I needed to hurry up because the plane was about to leave. I became nervous ans started running down the gate to make it to the plane. I'm running with a two year old so Im pretty sure that you can only imagine how difficult that was. Once I reached the gate I was out of breath and it was suppose to be eight minutes before we took off. However we sat on the plane for about another thirty minutes before we left. I feel as though the communication with the airline is not there 100% and if you are sitting in an airport you should be able to hear the update especially when they are not planned ir taking place at a time that is different from what was already relayed."

The counter representatives gave very inadequate instruction, and did not appear very compassionate to the customers. I had to wait on hold for a CSR for 50 minutes before I was helped. Then, it took 45 more minutes to schedule another flight on American Airlines. The whole event was unnecessarily stressful."

A woman gave us a parse that said "call this number to reschedule" as soon as we called it, the reply was "I'm sorry we are closed try calling this number." It took about 2 hours to figure out how to get scheduled on a different airline."

The mechanical should have been tended to in regular service of the plane - not before boarding with passengers. They are clearly not doing a thorough job at maintenance requirements. Given that the plane was stopped in Denver (their headquarters), they should have provided another plan from standby - do they not have any planes ready to go on standby at their hub?? Get some! Passengers were given lunch vouchers at the gate, but only one of the food vendors would take them citing poor contract relations with Frontier and not getting timely paid. That one (a Pizza place) was very reluctant to take the voucher also. In Addition: $45 for a small carry-on bag was ridiculous as was no complimentary music, tv, cracker, peanut or coffee. I was unable to check-in online with my cell phone due to poor user friendly programming and poor communication of data from Kayak"

MY REQUEST TO MOVE WAS NEVER ANSWERED AND IGNORED. AND, FLIGHT WAS DELAYED DUE TO AN EQUIPMENT ISSUES CAUSING ME TO BE LATE TO A MAJOR EVENT. CHECK IN PROCESS WAS HORRIBLE, LONG AND OTALLY DISORGANIZED. I WILL THINK HARD BEFORE I FLY FRONTIER AGAIN."

Then when unable to land in ohare we fly around for an extra couple hours instead of landing in a different airport. Until running out of fuel we landed, unboarded, and rebaorded in a 15 min span. I didnt have enough time to even buy dinner.We were held on the plane at first saying if we were to get off we could not return.This all caused me hundreds of dollars for a car rental because I consequently missed my train home. As of right now I would not suggest this airline I was offered 0 compensation for my troubles. Just the flight attendant apologize then suggest we thank the pilot for the small layover in Milwaukee on our direct flight."
