The company rerouted a different plane to take us since ours was going to be so late, turning a 2 1/2 hr delay into just a 1 hr delay. Boarding was super efficient, in flight service excellent. They comped us our headphones because of the delay, a nice touch. This is my 3rd great customer service experience with JB in as many months (the other 2 involved waiving charges to change flights, once gor me when I was suddenly ill, and for my cousin, when a changed circumstance made her need to travel on a different day, alone with 4 kids). Between Kayak and JetBlue app I got very frequent updates on flight status, but gate staff also were there and informed us in person."

The movie screens (not headrest systems) were all up overhead so you get a neck cramp watching anything. The headrest behind me pressed my shoulders forward and the extendable part would not stay up. The window stopped at about my shoulder so to look out I had to crouch down. AA better stop squeezing us for profits and start delivering a quality service or we'll all find some other airline that puts passengers first."

I called customer service to let them know we were on the ground waiting for a gate assignment. Despite this, the flight boarded and left with several people missing the connection even though that flight pushed back later than its original time and departed almost an hour late. The plane was sitting there with the door closed. After that, I was put on the next available flight which was already delayed more than 2 hours. That delay extended even longer and was eventually cancelled due to weather. United CS reps were not willing to address passenger concerns. They closed the CS area in some portions of the airport forcing everyone to a very limited number of reps. I ended up having to rent a car and spending the first 5 hours of my birthday driving home. I should have been able to make my connecting flight and would have avoided the entire mess. Instead, I am out of my ticket price plus the additional cost of renting a car since my changed flight was cancelled due to weather not the gate assignment changes that originally caused me to miss the connection. What should have been a brief 4-5 hour trip ended up being almost a 20 hour day....United absolutely SUCKS!"

Cons: "Both my outbound and inbound flights were 1 hour late. The tiny tray tables and lack of reclining chairs make Frontier's planes more uncomfortable than others. Being charged for a basic beverage or snack also seems "chintzy" when you've already charged me for my flight + my seat + all baggage."
Cons: "Airport security at Orlando was insane! The line through TSA must have been over 500 yards. Also, it doesn't appear that this Frontier flight allowed for online confirmation so, although the Frontier Desk was super fast processing passengers, the two lines together was stressful and used up valuable pre-boarding time. Some advance warning might help passengers schedule their arrival at the airport."

The flight was scheduled to leave at 7:30 PM and was delayed until 10:52 PM departure. That was awful as we got into our bags at 1:45 AM. Seats don’t recline so it was uncomfortable as well."
Cons: "The flight was overbooked due to switching to a smaller aircraft. When my family boarded the airplane, we went to find out that the row we were booked into seats (31) did not exist on this plane. The rows went to 30. My parents and aunt who are elderly had to wait standing at the back of the plane until the stewards found us new seats. Before we boarded the airline they announced that they were overbooked and were asking for people to voluntarily give up their seats. When we boarded the plane, there were about 8 stewards in training on the flight. If the airline had oversold seats on this flight, why were those training not held back for the next flight instead of making their customers wait?"
Pros: "The crew was friendly. They got me to and from my destination safely."
Cons: "I resented the fact that we being charged about $3.00 for a can of soda after we paid premium for the flight and there was absolutely no entertainment. Hated the fact that I paid almost $80 just to take my clothes o. My vacation. Guess I should have gone naked, would have been $80 cheaper."

Cons: "Absolutely one of the top worst flights I have ever taken in 26 years of flying. I honestly wanted to give them a shot. But between out rages bag fees, horrible boarding practices, and disruptive behavior It was terrible."

Also, it's nearly impossible to talk to a person for information. I don't know how you stay in business, let alone try to expand.."

On top of that, I have never sat in such uncomfortable seats. They charged $2.99 for a can of soda on the flight. Finally, they lost our bag, after our flight took an hour longer than it was supposed to."

Pros: "The crew was great, captain explains what's happening which I find rare these days (what flight path, when to go to bathroom because descent will start etc) but on a more than 5 hour flight from Florida to California, would be nice to have a free beverage served instead of the only option is to buy one and that's not even clear."

It's so expensive to check or carry on a bag making the savings in the airfare not even worth it. No internet option not even for a fee. They charge for everything!"
Pros: "Frontier's flights is very inexpensively priced. It is a budget airline but clean and comfortable. Baggage and food are added to your ticket price so if you don't need these items the price is right."

Cons: "No room. Seats hard. Frontier is Very money hungry during entire experience. Empty rows before takeoff and no one was allowed to move to empty seats. Flight attendant carried iPad to charge a passenger if they moved to a "premium seat". Just ridiculous. There is not a premium seat on the entire plane. Passenger behind me complained that she could not even cross her legs during flight. Comfort is based on an 11 years old small child."

Cons: "Charging for the first piece of luggage/carry on just isn't nice. I can see charging for people who fly with excessive pieces but this is my first time flying Frontier and to charge someone who brings one airline approved suitcase just isn't nice. I'm sure it's too much to ask for ANY sort of TV/Movie. I mean you fly to Orlando, if you put on a Disney movie it would be like shooting fish in a barrel and may even keep the kids a little quieter. Seeing as I have no children it would be great to have them slightly entertained if only for a little peace. I could care less about food/beverage options which of course were extra which I quickly realized was the name of your game. My reasonably priced $200 plane ticket became a $340 plane ticket once I realized there are no options but to either pay for my luggage or vacation naked. Also I was charged one price on my departing flight and a different price on my return flight for my luggage. When I asked why I was told the prices changed that very week. How convenient for your airline and nobody else."
Cons: "We paid for seat both way. Our returning flight moved our seats so we were no longer sitting together. Had to then go through the check in line ( even though we already had our boarding passes) to have the seat problem resolved. Only to be told that we never purchased seats. I had the documentation of the purchase and was still told we did not purchase seats. Not pleased."
Cons: "Flight was significantly delayed. Advertised as low cost, which it was, but that is because they make you pay for everything except water. Seats do not recline either...bad for red-eye."
Cons: "We are on delta because we got to frontier line 1 hour and 15 min before flight. Lady proceeds to tell us are gate is closed and we can't get on plane and then ignored us with no answers or help. Proceeded to ask other employees and they were all clueless. The worst service my wife and I have ever seen or had. $616 later we are on are way home .with delta. Ruined are whole vacay and I would pay extra to go with delta."

Cons: "The boarding process seemed unorganized and hectic. People not in the proper zone were able to board. Some of the crew did not take their profession seriously and I seemed to have annoyed them by asking for some sort of service. I did not like how they try to shove the frontier airlines credit card down your throat. The food was boring, expensive, and, oh yeah, I had to buy it. There was absolutely no entertainment which made flying the worst."
Pros: "Easy to get on and off plane since fewer people brought carry-on luggage. The staff was also extremely friendly. The plan was clean and comfortable."

Pros: "The inexpensive price is the main attraction, even after figuring out what the total price would be. The plane interior seemed new. The crew was pleasant."
Cons: "Navigating the website was a little confusing. The choices to be made could have been presented in a more logical order and the less expensive alternatives less hidden ( ie. not choosing a seat). The app was useless and logging into it was frustrating (being case specific should be noted on login). Itemizing every item to be paid for separately seems to be a little gimmicky to advertise a crazy low price. It leads to some resentment when you are then charged in potentially three different ways to pay for your bags on each segment of your trip. The overall price of the trip is still quite good, but it just leaves a bad taste in your mouth after feeling like you were just nickle and dimed."
