Cons: Food was awful service main cabin mediocre at best I don’t think delta realizes how important all the customers are not just business class as we do have choice out there throwing the piece of chocolate out there at the end to a horrible experience doesn’t make it ok

Cons: It turns out that this flight was delayed, so I would have missed my connections. Huge thanks to the gate agent from United who rebooked me to San Francisco and from there to Frankfurt and then Prague.

Pros: Crew was pretty friendly

Cons: Food is disgusting, they should really be embarrassed to serve it to humans. Also, the seats are uncomfortable, don't don't recline enough, and don't offer enough room for normal-sized adults to sit comfortably on a 15 hour flight.

Pros: Crew did a good job. In flight entertainment was great. Need a way to use my wireless headphones with the direct tv (maybe through the United app?)

Cons: Seats in First Class were not as comfortable as I would expect. Hardly any padding in the back or in the armrests. Didn’t care for the food on either flight. Can’t you just serve some good ol’ Meat and potatoes with gravy, a plain vegetable and a roll?

Pros: The communication was impeccable. The flight was smooth and efficient. Everything about this experience, from booking it, to getting home was great.

Cons: Nothing about thus experience was bad. It was great from beginning to end.

Pros: There were a few hiccups with the overall flight process, but the crew was very friendly and informed everyone in a timely manner of the situation. There were also good snacks. Also, flexible baggage policy, which was great.

Cons: The boarding situation is odd and less organized or structured than any of the other airlines I've flown with.

Cons: It was ridiculously cold for 2 1/2 hours. When my seat mate asked for a blanket, the stewardess said she only had one more - then walked off. For drinks, they skipped several people. I had to catch her eye to ask for one and then ask her to get my kids a drink in front of me.

Cons: Flight attendant in First class was visibly frustrated and unfriendly. He was not helping with my simple request for a blanket. Also, the were no food service in first class.

Pros: Smooth, efficient and timely.

Cons: Seats weren’t assigned until at the gate even though checked in 18 hours before. Bag drop was horrible. No self service. Was inline for about 45 minutes.

Cons: Look, delays suck. We fly about only once a year, and we ALWAYS have a delay. ALWAYS. Air traffic control at Newark will delay a flight for a hangnail.

Pros: The crew was very attentive and the seats were comfortable, which was my reason for upgrading to first class, I am tall with long legs, therefore leg room is a MUST for me...but the reurn flight from Memphis to Houston was HORRIBLE!!..PACKED FULL, NO leg room, NO A/C-seriously-Hot air and body odor!

Cons: The plane had no A/C!..it just circulated hot air mixed with stale body odor from previous flight!..no leg room and the flight was 100% full..CanadaAir regional jet..and the seats were all narrow, and we were in 1A, !B...totally disappointed!

Cons: 8:00 pm flight delayed until 10:55 pm. Boarded at 10:55 pm but didn't leave LAX until about 11:30-45 pm. Arrived at SFO ~12:30-1 AM but deplaned at ~2 am. A trip that should have taken 1.5-2 hours took 6+. I would like financial reimbursement for the trouble: late to work, missed a meeting, no sleep

Pros: The crew was IMPECCABLE. Peggy, John, and Kristin are true professionals with the utmost sincerity and kindness, that is extremely appreciated during travel.

Cons: The Newark airport staff was rude and made us, as passengers, feel like we were an inconvenience to them as we were going through security. Not sure if this is just the “east coast” mentality, but we could have done without the attitude when just trying to get into the TSA Precheck line.

Pros: Excellent crew excellent a young small brunette was not very friendly or accommodating. Otherwise the whole crew would have gotten 5 starts. Everything else was wonderful!

Cons: Need coffee on a 6am flight.

Pros: One of the crew couldn’t find extra pillows or blankets for my kids so they grabbed some from first class. I was very happy that they made the extra effort and looked passed the social economics of air plane seating class.

Cons: This flight, from San Francisco to Frankfurt, was fine. However, I then had a 7 hour layover in Frankfurt.. However, all worked out well, and they transferred my bag and I got there fine - just greatly delayed.

Pros: first flight was cancelled: second flight was 4 hours late so I did not get on it because I would miss connections and any later flight would put into Kiev at 1 AM... thus 3 nights with no sleep. I then cancelled.

Cons: first cancellation was understandable but everything after that was a fiasco including waiting 11 hours in Customer Service line to rebook cancelled flight.

Pros: There was an incredibly large passenger next to me and I was essentially afforded only a quarter of my seat. It is not really fair for anyone to have to sit next to someone taking up twice their seat.

Cons: The Comfort+ seat, while it had plenty of leg room in front, had a small width-box that many Americans (being larger than perhaps they should be) will find extremely uncomfortable at best, and unable to fit in at worst.

Cons: Wifi was awful. On a long flight, that's important. The crew's explanation was that when so many people are logged on at once, it kicks someone else off. Which basically means the system wasn't designed for everyone to use.

Cons: We waited in the plane on the tarmac for an hour. My boarding pass did not have a seat assignment, when I approached Alaska agents at the gate, they were rude and dismissive. Arrived late to LAX. Alaska offers free texting & entertainment while in the air it didn’t work with my iPhone.
