We missed our Sea-Tac shuttle to take us to Oak Harbor and had to reschedule. We just made the next one and it cost us to reschedule. Thank goodness they had room for us on the next shuttle!!! Not very happy!!! It was no fault of the Alaska pilots or crew but the management of the airlines!!"

We were a little late because our flight from Taipei was an hour late. She did schedule us at 6 am on another flight which made an interesting (painful) night with 3 boys under the age of 6. Nowhere did it state that boarding was closed 30 minutes prior to the flight. Bad experience - late night ...small kids... no food or drink available...surley gate person..no notice of the boarding policy...just a very bad experience."

In flight Attendant should be the face of your company and have always been treated great on this airline. I fly often and will will fly this airline again because when you are dealing with people, there is always the human element."

I don't think it's fair that I paid for a full seat and only was able to use half of my seat. I was incredibly uncomfortable the entire flight. I was pressed up against the window and against the stranger passenger that I did not know. By the end of the flight, my shirt and my pants are soaked with sweat, it was not my sweat."

Comfort levels start diminish when you try to squeeze as many seats as you can into airplane. Especially, for people like me who are at least 6' tall. Also, the food was very meh. This was surprising because all my other experiences with ANA were quite the opposite."

Were any of the "lunch" items available? "No, we only have snack items on this flight." But it's during lunch time... "It's not a long enough flight." WHO COULD MAKE THIS UP? We declined to complain for fear we would be thrown from the plane. Oh yes, I have 1,800,000 miles on United."

After having to run nearly a mile through the Denver airport to catch the connection to Helena after a delay in DSM, I was very warmly greeted by Lei. She regularly checked to see how I was doing through the flight and made sure I was well hydrated. She was a highlight of the entire trip!"

Cons: "The delays appear to be more frequent and for longer periods than in the past. No apologies, no concessions - just high prices and jam-packed planes. I have tired of United's disregard for their customers."

Pros: "A 7 year old, flying for the first time was seated next to me in the middle seat. An older gentleman was in the window seat, me at the aisle. The stewardess asked me to take care of her. In light of what just happened where a parent paid $150 for the staff to watch his girl and she ended up getting molested by an older gentlemen, this is unacceptable. She was screaming and being a normal 7 year old, pushing the call button every 2 minutes, slamming her chair back and forth. I do not have kids for a reason. This should not be allowed. I was afraid if I said anything to her about her attitude that she could say I did something to her and My life would be ruined."

Cons: "As a military spouse I was not allowed to check a bag free so I paid the fee. When I boarded I noticed many passengers bringing bags on that we're as big as the one I just paid for. They either checked for free or brought it on and managed to shove it in sideways taking up space that others needed. Some people brought three bags on!!! As a military spouse I feel cheated to have had to pay when others checked in for free at the gate. Not cool United, either let the spouse check in for free or make everyone abide by the so-called rules of one carry on that actually fits into that metal baggage guide. I would like a refund of 50.00 for the baggage fees I paid for this trip."

It was so late that I didn't have time to eat or use the bathroom in my layover. As soon as I got into the plane they closed the doing because my first flight was super late. Then on the food service I wanted to buy food and by the time they got to my aisle they didn't have anything ( just the horrible pretzels) I'm super disappointed with United."

The entertainment is down to direct tv with a menu that is hard to navigate, earplug connections that need you to hold the plug so it will work and no option to pause or start when you want."
