Cons: "Flight was delayed over an hour in take off. After landing in Atlanta an employee got her ‘ID stuck’ in the jet bridge and so far we have been on the plane for over an hour since landing. Worst experience ever. Will not be flying with jet blue again"

Cons: "When I went to check in for my flight all sets had been picked only the upgraded sets were available for an extra cost. So with saying that I went to the airport with out a set number think my family and I would get bumped, even if the email said they never over book their flight,this was my first time flying jet blue I wasn't going to trust an email so the hole time I was worried about that when I should have been enjoying my last day on vacation."

Cons: "The pilot was late arriving so we had to wait for him to show up then because we were late our flight got delayed again because of a lightning storm near the airport. Other planes who were scheduled to leave after us got to leave earlier than us so I don't know what happened there. After I was finally on the plane my headphone jack would not work. I know it's not my headphones because I had just used it before boarding for both my Nintendo and computer. Also, the buttons for the TV are on the armrest and if you try to get comfortable you'll change the channel. When the flight attendant came around she just propped a bunch of stuff in front of us and since it was dark I had no idea what I was looking at, ended up getting a very crappy bag of chips. Overall was a terrible experience flying JetBlue."

Pros: "I was about to miss the last bus home due to weather delay. the crew made an announcement asking passengers to let me get off first. Everyone did. They were amazing in every way."
Cons: "1. when there are delays...and the gates get super congested, you should a person directing people. 2. the majority of people at the gate, on board, making announcements – put their energy into speed and musicality in their voice. It should be about clarity. I know, they say the same thing 10 times an hour...but I want to get what they are saying...particularly if it's about safety."

When I asked the person at the desk what gate I was to board at, he looked up the information as if I was asking him for the access code Chase's bank vault. He didn't even write it down even thought he had a pen in his hand. Apparently, at customers, we are not suppose to get this information and it's a burden on the employees to give it. Again the flight was late and while I know it was due to weather, we were seated in the plane and sat at the gate for more than an hour. Apparently, we were not cleared to be given an update. Once again, the speakers at the seat didn't work. Apparently, this is a constant problem with JetBlue"

He put his hand in and made a mess, getting it on the floor and his fave blanket etc. and when i nicely told the stewardess about the mess on floor and the reason, we weren't offered anything for cleanup"

Cons: "The plane left late due to maintenance problems, so we had to sit on a plane with no air conditioning - in Florida for and hour. Then, as the stewardess was serving drinks, she spilled the entire tray. A can of Coke exploded and soaked everyone on a three row radius. She did very little to address each passenger who was covered in the coke. I was wearing white pants which had coke stains all over. Liquid ran down the aisles getting all of our bags wet. She never said anything to us!"

Pros: "The ladies at the gate were able to provide us with the best updates and tried their best to keep everyone calm and answer as many questions as possible and were constantly checking for updates. They also provided water and chips for us where no one else was trying t do anything at all."
Cons: "The flight was delayed several hours due to mechanical issues in the cockpit. Why they would think we would want to fly on that plane after the pilot refused the "fix" and left because he and his crew "timed out" because we waited so long. Flight was scheduled to depart at 8:26pm, we didn't depart until well after 1am. I got home at 6am! The ladies at the gate were awesome, however the "supervisor, Armondo Gonzalez Figueroa, only came to restate what had already been said by the gate agents, did not have ANY answers, did not offer any solutions, barely answered any questions, and stopped the gate agents from removing blankets of the plane to provide to the many many passengers who were waiting there freezing. The compensation offered was a joke. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!"

Once I arrived at Islamabad airport , I saw all of my bags were unwrapped and open zippers , once I checked 85% of my personal items and expensive items were missing!!!!! Our row would have been acceptable for 2 people except the arms did not raise up, only side to side to widen the 2 seats. No food was offered for a 7 hour flight. :-("

Pros: "Though I didn't take advantage of the stop over. Iceland air put my traveling experience at ease. They first gave me bottled water from iceland, very interesting taste, supposedly it was filtered through a volcano. The entertainment was great they have enough movies and TV shows to keep you entertained for endless amount of hours. And the flight attendants were so nice and polite."

We asked the Icelandair woman at the gate if our bags made it even though our layover was short and she seemed annoyed by the question, and said "Yes. All the time." Our bags did not make it, and it took an hour and a half after waiting for our nonexistent bags for 30 minutes to report them as missing, as there were two employees in the office for 30 people whose bags didn't make it."

Cons: "Our flight to Reykjavik was delayed due to the air traffic control strike and as a result, we were going to miss our connecting flight to Paris from Reykjavik. Iceland Air didn't have a representative at the gate in MSP (instead, they seem to have contracted employees from Sun Country to manage check-in and boarding) so they knew nothing about any connection flights and couldn't help us whatsoever."

Pros: "Clean, well fitted planes are a must for air travel these days and after 8 years of trans-Atlantic travel I have seen good and bad. This was our first time with Icelandair and it is now among my preferred lines. Planes were well fitted out with great entertainment selections on personal seat back screens. USB charging points were also available in every seat back. Wifi availability is at a cost in economy class but it was not something we needed so no idea of the charges. Drinks were brought around three or four times during the 6 hour Minneapolis to Keflavik flight and twice on the two hour Keflavik to Birmingham leg. Juice, pop, water, tea and coffee were all free. Alcohol and meals/snacks were all chargeable. I have rarely required nor enjoyed an in-flight meal so not having one included was not an issue. Cabin crew were all bright, cheerful and attentive, all they need to be really. Again, certainly better than some airlines I could mention. I will be flying Icelandair again as they include the no cost option of up to a seven day stay over in Iceland before going on to your final destination. A wise marketing idea and one that I shall be taking up. I cannot fault anything on our flights or service."

Cons: "We still don't have the one bag we checked 30 hours after landing. The line to customs was unbelievable in Iceland. We were only changing planes, not staying, but we were funneled into a hallway with about 500 other people waiting for 6 customs agents to talk to every person and stamp every passport. We were very late for our plane, but they held it for us. Finally, although the interior of the plane was new and well appointed, the bottom seat cushion had very little cushioning. Compared to other airlines it was hard."

Pros: "The staff were extremely nice and helpful as I was traveling with bridal dress and the suit of the groom, and, seating in economy class, I was worried about stuffing these items in the overhead compartment. The airline staff helped me store these items in a closet without hesitation; and even checked back in with me upon landing to ensure that I wouldn't forget them while exiting the aircraft."
Cons: "Seat has very little cushion, it didn't take long for my lower back and butt to start hurting. A more comfortable seat would go a long way towards helping one forget they are on a transatlantic flight."
