Everything else. The fact that the cost of my carry on was almost as much as the flight is ridiculous! Everything about the plane was very cheap and would probably not fly again. My flight to FLL on a competitor airline was the same cost and included carry on, free wifi, personal TV with 40 channels, and a variety of free snack. Will most likely not fly spirit in the future if at all possible. The cheap fairs are not worth it.
This is the second time I flew Spirit . The first time my flight was delayed several hours but I thought I would give them another chance . NEVER AGAIN!!! Not only was my flight delayed over 7 hours there was no agent to help they simply left instead of helping the passages . I had to book another flight or I would have been stuck waiting all day .
We were seated on the plane after a 2 1/2 hour delay, ready to take off and were told to deplane because they decided to cancel the flight. Of course by then all the flights were sold out for the day and even the next day. So instead of arriving Thursday night I'll get to my destination wedding on Saturday afternoon hopefully making the wedding on time.
I feel they waited too long or didn't know that the flight was cancelled already, otherwise why would you have over 100 people board a plane completely only to have them get up and get off the plane.
There was a fire at the airport - understood. However, they kept us there, updating each hour and changing the flight time to later from 3:35 to 6:01. We finally boarded the plane at around 7:00 and just before we were to take off at around 7:30, we were told our plane was going to go to Boston instead of Cleveland. We all got off and left what looked like about 10 passengers on board. We were told to rebook for later and found there was no later, only tomorrow. When we started booking for the next day, our agent said "oops, last seats just taken - sorry", we need to book later and arrive tomorrow night. We asked if we could search other airlines to find an earlier flight & were told we could get our $ back. But because of all of the delays, we just missed an American flight by a few minutes. When we finally asked for our money back, we were given a voucher for the $ amount on a future flight.
