Cons: "When I received my luggage it was so damaged that someone used clear tape to keep it closed. There was no note inside the luggage to state if it was tsa who went through the bag so I went to customer service to inquire about it. The representative from New York airport stated that I over packed my bag that's why it was damaged. I can assure you that my bag was under weight and there was no problem when i last closed it. So to be clear both zippers on my luggage was completely destroyed and taped up like a ragged cloth. I was embarrassed to walk around with my bag and the only recompensation I received was a $40 credit to my next flight."

Pros: "You can pretty much count on having a great crew with JetBlue This flight's embodied patience: patience with the lady who wanted to bring a smartecarte loaded with diaper bags, blankies, handbags and stuffed animals onto the plane; patience with the baby in the first row who cried throughout the entire boarding process and patience witht; patience with the lady in the first row (who didn't have a seat in front of her to put her handbag containing a small service dog underneath) and two, I guess, wanted to keep the dog on her lap during take off. It was a plane full of first time flyers, with resulting chaos. And they kept their cool throughout."

Cabin crew was very pleasant and served good snacks. The captain welcomed us aboard and told us about the flight and conditions expected along the way. Flight was as he predicted and we landed early, always a bonus. Would infidelity fly them again!!"

The rear toilets are almost in the galley and navigating people entering and leaving the toilets is a skill given the lack of space. I don't know how the flight attendants can work in such a confined space."

From Orlando to Miami my 40 minutes flight was delayed by 30... No bad weather. The flight to São Paulo was worse. They lost all of the family lugage. All five pieces. We arrived yesterday morning and still have no luggage. Conclusion: if you have options, fly any other company. Delta, United, much better. I would say that even prefer the Brazilian airlines. Avoid AA. Poor airline with no service and no attention to details."

There was no quick way for the bus to return and it has to drive for 15 to 20 minutes to get to the main airport. I took 1 complete hour from when I landed to when I got in my car in lot D."

Cons: "There was a delayed flight due to the crew not being at the airport when it was time to take off. The delayed flight from FLL to IAH caused me to miss my connection and then lost a day of travel because the following flights going out to LAX that evening were overbooked. I was very disappointed with United. They should know ahead of time if the crew is not going to make the flight and cause a huge delay for everyone traveling."

Cons: "I was rather annoyed that the inflight video monitors played commercials for the entirety of the flight (almost no one elected to pay $8 for TV on what was supposed to be about a one hour trip). The cabin was obnoxiously bright as a result, and it was difficult to avoid being distracted and irritated by the flickering. United should have those screens turned off unless users pay for them-- it would save valuable energy too, wouldn't it? I was also frustrated that we were delayed a number of times because of mechanical difficulties, but I'm grateful that we took off knowing everything worked. Between the late in-bound crew and the mehanical hold ups, we could have all taken the bus and arrived sooner."

Theres a surcharge for everything, including TV! But they announced that because of the delay, they would turn them on for everyone. Except they intermittently worked for half od the plane. The wifi was also spotty. Given the poor state of that equptment, I guess I should be happy we got to our destination at all."

At the check-in counter it seemed unorganized. The automated check-in machines were not working properly and customers were not helped in an orderly line when I had to check-in at the counter."

Cons: "For the price, I suppose I shouldn't be too picky, but the seats on this aircraft weren't comfortable. My row didn't recline at all. The shape of the seat didn't allow much change in how you sat. For only 2 hrs. I survived but any longer would have been painful. Also, the speakers were extremely loud - they kept announcing things throughout the flight at high volume. Again - a relatively short flight and I arrived safely with my luggage."

The airport in Orlando was a God awful mess so no matter what airline you were flying today out of Orlando, it would have been enough to make a priest swear We missed our flight but were rescheduled in a very timely matter by very pleasant Frontier staff."
Cons: "I absolutely hate all the fees for this and that. I started flying in the days of stewardesses who dressed up (not that a give a fig about that really) and meals were included. It's really difficult to come to terms with being charged for water. I made a mistake when booking and had a checked bag outbound and then a carry on returning which should have been a checked bag. I played hell trying to get this matter straightened around a few days before and then again while I was checking in for the flight. I finally requested to speak with someone higher up the food chain, and she managed to make things right in short order. Of course, there was no $5 refund. Why did it take 20 minutes of time to do this? In order to save us both from this type of thing in the future, I will avoid booking with Frontier. I think one has to be more organized than I to do things with a no frills airline."

The choices to be made could have been presented in a more logical order and the less expensive alternatives less hidden ( ie. not choosing a seat). The app was useless and logging into it was frustrating (being case specific should be noted on login). Itemizing every item to be paid for separately seems to be a little gimmicky to advertise a crazy low price. It leads to some resentment when you are then charged in potentially three different ways to pay for your bags on each segment of your trip. The overall price of the trip is still quite good, but it just leaves a bad taste in your mouth after feeling like you were just nickle and dimed."
