Pros: "The crew was great and professional."
Cons: "No complaints. Everything was perfect from the boarding process to disembarking."
Pros: "Crew was fun."
Cons: "Plane was an ice box. Blanket was a T-shirt material, not warm. No USB outlet for phones on this older plane."
Pros: "Tv control broken with wires coming out of the arm rest in all seats of the same row."
Pros: "Leaving on time, the flight attendants were nice and the seats on the plane were spacious."
Pros: "Loved the movie and tv show selections available"
Cons: "Direct TV did not work for me. Really wanted to watch the AFC championship football game but I couldnt because direct tv wasnt working."
Pros: "I love the Jet Blue Flight Attendants. Their so kind and helpful. They always have a smile on their face."
Cons: "Nothing - Too Short - Wanted to stay longer"
Pros: "JetBlue is just more comfortable. More room for every passenger."
Pros: "Boarding was smooth, on time and efficient. The crew was friendly and they moved quickly in the cabin so not to disturb people sleeping on such an early flight."
Pros: "Same as above"
Cons: "The second half of the flight the TVs didn’t work till halfway through the flight."
Cons: "Boarding announcements were hardly audible. We chose comfort seats for extra payment but that still did not turn out to be comfort class. Seat classes are confusing. No temperature was taken before boarding."
Cons: "Delayed flight planning - would have been nice to delay the flight before boarding."
Cons: "Flight was delayed almost 3 hrs. Ran out of food right before my row. I upgraded my seat but feel I got the short end of the stick."
Cons: "After a delay of about an hour on a very full flight the gate agent asked for volunteers to check their rollaboard suitcases. The gate agents then allowed those who checked their rollaboards to board before Zone 1,which was fine. However, a bunch of people without gate check stickers on the rollaboards were also allowed to board before Zone 1, which was aggravating. There was a long delay on the tarmac, during which we had to pull back to the gate or to a maintenance area before we finally took off. When we arrived in Vegas there was no gate for us to pull into, which led to another long delay of an already long and delayed flight."
Pros: "Loved being in first class"
Cons: "Hated gate change and late plane at the last minute."
Pros: "crew was nice and pilot was informative."
Cons: "1. flight was delayed twice, which meant my arrive was delayed in Cincinnati. 2. boarding was a nightmare. After 2 delays, I was crammed into zone 4. I dont fly as often, the seats space seems to be getting smaller. 5. I sat next an overweight person. I didn't like my personal space violated. 6. The flight offer movies, I slept. Yet kept getting elbowed by this overweight neighbor. 7. I am a single, independent person. I prefer to sit near the front. First on and settled and 1st off and gone!"
Pros: "Going by and come Ming back Atlanta check in desk was the rudest Laziest most disrespectful emoyees I have ever came across . Check in person played on her phone and didn’t even look at you when asking what seat was I assigned . Going from Atlanta to Fort Lauderdale the check in person was so rude there where 5 people askI’m her what’s her problem . The crew the flight was excellent but the Atlanta check in desk really dropped the ball 2 times . If I was the manger I would fire the whole staff and If I was above the manager I would fire them as well as I’m. Sure this is not an isolated occasion."
Pros: "The flight crew was friendly and personable. Beverage service was consistent and efficient. Entertainment and free WiFi messaging were great perks."
Cons: "The positives don’t even come close to offsetting the misery of Delta’s seats. I honestly don’t remember the last time I was so cramped and uncomfortable. I’m not an abnormally large man - 6 feet 200 lbs - and there was no room for my legs or my shoulders in an “upgraded economy” seat. I fly weekly for work on another major airline, and only took this one in a crunch. But I am quite certain this was my last Delta flight and I’ll be advising others similarly. The service and entertainment aren’t sufficient to mask an awful seat configuration."
Cons: "You had me check my hand luggage with expensive items that did not arrive."
Pros: "The plane was really cool. Some more advanced technologies than other Airline companies. Crew was good too."
Cons: "Issue happened with my landing. Didn't make it in time to next gate. Delta did everything they could to blame me, insulted me on The phone and definitely provided the worst customer service"
Pros: "Crew did the best they could with the situation"
Cons: "An hr delay because our plane was delayed an hr due to there being too much fuel and it seems a lot of delays that were very preventable"
Pros: "Great crew - good attitudes."
Cons: "Delayed for an hour due to a log book issue."
Cons: "I upgraded my seats, but we still didn’t get any extras for the price."
Pros: "Basic flight. Super uncomfortable seats. Older plane. Cramped. Pilot was great. Flight smooth."
Cons: "Got there safe!"
Pros: "It was fine. Just not anything great."
Cons: "Many groups were not seated together. at the airport I asked if my husband and I could be put together . One worker seemed interested in helping, but another rudely butted in and said there "were no seats together, the flight was full." Come to find out the flight was not full, there were whole rows not full. The groups near our seats rearranged ourselves so we could be by our family members, so it worked out. No thanks to the person at the terminal. Really long walk from the gate to the plane. No food on a cross country flight. Only a few cups of water/soda and a cookie. which unfortunately is typical now days. The lights were off the whole trip. The captain kept turning on the seat belt sign for the turbulence. Which there was a lot of. But then he would announce for everyone to go back to their seats. It wasn't huge bumps, just a little rough. and it woke everyone up by announcing it multiple times."
Pros: "upbeat happy crew. Service of drinks was pleasant and helpful."
Cons: "Cramped seat room."
Pros: "Friendly crew"
Cons: "Couldn't use WiFi to watch Netflix or YouTube so our 2 year old would be entertained"
Cons: "The flight was delayed by an hour because one flight attended didn’t come to work on time"
Cons: "Our flight was delayed for 1 hour, the cabin crew was slightly rude and cold. Did not feel welcome"
Cons: "Flight late, typical for American. Usual American Airlines rude staff."
Cons: "It would take little effort for the flight attendant to say which terminal the baggage claim is. If she can say the carousel number, she can say the terminal number. Half the flight went to the wrong baggage claim and had to wait in the heat for the shuttle in order to get to the right one."
Pros: "Had to cancel due to the mass murder shooting in LAS and Frontier would not give me a full refund. Only a flight credit which I probably won’t be able to use"
Cons: "I have not been on such a miserable flight in years."
Cons: "First the seats are the most uncomfortable metal chairs wrapped with material I've ever sat in. A 20 minute flight I could handle but after four hour flight my back hurt. You ask to review entertainment and food...why? You offer nothing substantial for either one."
Pros: "Price of flight"
Cons: "Freezing cold, food selections, price of food for quantity you get, no blankets, leg space horrible, charging for upgraded leg room seats when seats were open, only giving ppl 30 seconds to move to a an empty free seat at no chrg, plane was not clean at all in bathrooms-disgusting: walls filthy, counters dirty and grimy, door & floors filthy, soap dispenser unsanitary, crew comments|conversations about travelers, should start boarding from the bk of the plane forward"
Pros: "Awful. The ground crew and the plan crew were not in-sinc. The jet way was a least 10 inches below the plane door. The stewards crowd was surley. The plane was late leaving for unknown reasons. The whole passenger group was held up waiting on the two person clean up crew to empty the trash. No one seemed to care about the passengers."
Pros: "nothing"
Cons: "Terrible seating, small and cramped. I'm an average size guy 5'-10" 165lbs and the seats were awful, no padding, no leg room, don't recline, narrow metal arm rests. I left the plane with a sore back, leg cramps and total discomfort. never flying Frontier again!"
Pros: "This was an economy ticket and everything about the flight was fine but not wonderful. It made me think about what I value when I fly. The next time the 'cheap' ticket price draws me in - I will just add another $30-70 for a carry-on and/or checked bag which will make the price comparison more aligned."
Cons: "Have your credit card ready - nothing is included."
Pros: "Cheap rate but hidden fees."
Cons: "They charge for both carry on and checked in luggage. And it's even more for carry on than for checked luggage. No recline whatsoever in seats. If you want a soda or snack, you have to pay extra for it."
Cons: "After a 7+ hour delay, our flight from Nashville to Las Vegas was cancelled. The worst part about this was that nobody from Frontier would tell us anything. We only knew what we could find out online. Once security from the airport confirmed that our flight had been cancelled, the Frontier employee passed out an 800 number for us to call to either rebook or process a refund. Once connected, the employee offered to either refund me a total of $68.10 or rebook me on the next flight out... 3 days later. They offered no compensation for having to stay extra days nor would they offer to book on another airline. I ended up asking for a refund from an irritated and rude employee and had to pay over $600 just to return home."
Pros: "The fact the planes are new"
Cons: "The first flight to fll was an older plane. It was ridiculously uncomfortable! The seats are hard and mounted in place. The leg room is so narrow our knees were smashed against the seat in front. For a 4+ hr flight this was unbearable! The plane back was brand new but overbooked. Slightly more room than the last but still mounted in place and uncomfortable. I was seriously disappointed to hear that an autistic man traveling alone had missed his flight and not only was he not accommodated, ok planes full I get it! But staff didn’t even try to help him or get him a room anything. In my book this is heartless and given he’s mentally impaired you’d think you’d be slightly more sympathetic! VERY disappointed in spirit about this. Everything else I stated Became so so small compared to this. I gave him $40 out of my pocket so he had somewhere warm to stay the night. I honestly can’t say I’ll do business with spirit again after witnessing this. Just thought you should know."
Pros: "Check-in, baggage drop, boarding, take-off, landing, and de-boarding went very smoothly. On-time departure and arrived on cross-USA flight 35 minutes early! Great start to my Vegas trip. I didn’t buy any food. Food is not included in the ticket price. Flight crew very friendly and professional. Good landing."
Cons: "Surprised that there were no surprises to the negative side. Very good value for the price."
Pros: "I like the direct flight from FLL to LAS. The crew was very professional and pleasant."
Cons: "The seats are very uncomfortable in the front row, they don’t recline. I’m 6’5” tall and they’re definitely not accommodating for people my size. My wife was miserable due to the light for the stewardess shining in our face."
Pros: "Cheap flight"
Cons: "I understand charging for suitcase but for a 12/12 carry on??? 25 bucks!!!! Better go back to southwest"
Pros: "Window seat via random selection!!!!!! Fabulous and friendly stewards (ess)"
Cons: "I did not like the $20 cocktail in the airport."
Cons: "Not food or drinks 5 h it was very difficult and to bay why ? Have to find way to give people some to be better"
Pros: "Staff was friendly quick boarding process. For my first flight overall good experience"
Cons: "Not spacious at all and our flight back was delayed"
Pros: "The flight was a great value, clean, comfortable, and ontime."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Maintenance delay had to change planes eventually it was already a late flight. On top of that my bag was 53 pounds and on spirit that's over size so it cost me 85 dollars one way. The same for the trip home. And lastly the cabin crew wanted to charge us for soda and water after their 3 hour delay until the captain overrode them and gave them free as they should have. Frankly it was least they could do."
Pros: "Nothing."
Cons: "Check in was the worse. Felt like I was in school people yelling at you and other customer. Bags are u guys for real never again I would use this airline never. You guys broke my suitcase then had us wait 30 min in Las Vegas b4 the bags came out. I am so upset with this airline I paid 2x the amount to come home on southwest which I had a better services. Take a lesson from them because no one know about customer service at fll airport.."
