Cons: "Never left been waiting since 6 am for an alternate flight with no luck being charged for carry-on n I have no money not even to eat and I gotta be here til 6 pm"

Cons: "I understand the need for the emergency landing, and an happy that passenger is still alive. But the almost / hours we spent sitting on the runway in Little Rock for the limited amount of medical supplies, that could of been replenished in Dallas was a waste of every passenger on that flights time"
Cons: "The seats do not recline & they are very small so it was hard to be comfortable. My daughter found it hard to rest. The extra bag fees were a surprise and the fact that we landed an hour late because there was bad weather but we weren't told that we would be late until we were about to land and by then our ride had been waiting an hour and there was no way to notify them. I will not fly Frontier again unless I absolutely have to."
Cons: "I had pre checked in but when I got to the gate (on time for the flight but late in the boarding process) they didn't make an announcement for last calls or for any checked in passengers so I missed my flight. They were changing over the signs for the next flight, so it still read my destination, but the time was an hour later so I thought it had been delayed."
Pros: "2.5 hours is long enough to get thirsty, a cup of water would have been nice."
Pros: "This was an economy ticket and everything about the flight was fine but not wonderful. It made me think about what I value when I fly. The next time the 'cheap' ticket price draws me in - I will just add another $30-70 for a carry-on and/or checked bag which will make the price comparison more aligned."

Cons: "I do not feel I willl fly Frontier again. The crew was nice and flight fine. However, the way you nickel time your passengers is beyond awful. How unfriendly can you be!"

Cons: "Spirit was so incredibly disorganized that we almost missed our flight. The line for bag drop was the same to talk to an agent. It was out the door and down the street! No one could give us any information - they just said to join the back of the line. This is a pitiful excuse for an airline with disorganized lines and no communication. Plus the desk person was so Rude and charged an arm and a leg for us going over the weight restriction. She was hateful, and wouldn’t even cut us the slightest break after we waited 2 hours. Never flying this horrible airine again. You end up being more expensive than the more expensive airlines! What a waste."
Pros: "We had a horrible experience. The Spirit staff had no hospitality, nor customer service skills. On one occasion, they stated, “This is Spirit, what do you expect?” I would NEVER fly or recommend anyone to fly with them."
Cons: "They charged more for the bags than the tickets costs. We were not informed that there was so many luggage costs and they said it’s on the website. I advised we booked through Kayak, and they said “well Kayak buys the tickets from us and they should tell you so you just have to pay and take it up with them” we paid almost $300 in luggage fees alone!!"

Cons: "Terrible customer service, and three hour flight delays (happens every time I've flown with Spirit) to start. I booked a non-stop flight to Phoenix from Fort Lauderdale. When I arrived at the airport I was told that actually the aircraft stopped in Dallas and continued on to Phoenix. Since I wasn't changing planes, to them its considered non-stop. There definitely was a stop. about one hour into the delay a friend of mine from Phoenix informed me that nearly all flights have been canceled in and out of Phoenix due to heat. I thought, maybe I was a lucky guy because my flight was simply delayed and not cancelled. When we boarded our flight three hours later and after all passengers were settled and seat-belted in, Spirit made a PA announcement that the flight would only be travelling to Dallas and not continuing on to Phoenix. Mind you at this point, it is literally midnight and there were families and elderly people on board. About 1 minute later an announcer came back on the PA and said, and I quote, "Don't ask us any questions about the flight and you can't get off". Everyone looked at each other like wtf is happening here. All in all, we landed in Dallas, and those of us continuing on to Phoenix were booked again on either American Airlines or Delta flight by Spirit Airlines for first thing the next morning. The worst part of the ordeal was that because it was so late when we arrived, we all had to spend the night in the airport. The Dallas-Fort Worth airport staff was kind enough to bring us military-style cots, basic pillows and sheets for us to lay down on. However, it is an airport and with the PA announcements, daylight style lights on and people walking all around you, you end up with more of a headache than any form of sleep. I will not be flying Spirit again. Please avoid at all costs. It really is not worth the time, stress or money to be manipulated and treated like garbage."

Cons: "They left me stranded. I had to pay triple what I paid to even get a one way trip home"

Cons: "Lack of communication about length of wait for flight delays, and lack of help in case I needed to reschedule connecting flight."
Cons: "All the extra charges are annoying, especially the carry-on bag charge."
