Plane was late. Zero service for 2+ hour flight and it was not that bumpy.
Southwest continues to do less for more money. Flight attendants used to be fun and friendly. But now it’s like they don’t even see you. Such a shame.
The staff was very friendly, professional, and courteous. The overall flight was a great experience.
Cluster mess boarding. Can't wait for SWA reserved seating. Internet didn't seem to work on the plane.
There were 20 wheel chairs to pre- board… suggestion for those that can walk to do so, and wouldn’t loose pre- board. Prob half of them walked. Our flight was over 45 minutes late, weather related we were told… hummm. We almost missed our connection in Baltimore. My A-27 boarding placement on Baltimore flight I paid $25 for had already gotten on plane. So lost that too. No time for lunch… no service on Baltimore to Hartford flight. No one checked that seat belts fastened etc. before that flight landed… The whole thing was just very stressful. I just don’t remember a Southwest experience being that way before.
very disappointed by plane having no power outlets for our electronics
I like SW’s approach to seating. This flight was about 1/2 hr late. The seats are uncomfortable. The snacks have too many ingredients to be food.
I never like the fact that if I don't check in exactly 24 hours before the flight time, I get to board C, and that means sitting between 2 individuals. I would like assigned seating in the airplanes.
Flight only half full. Room to spread out. Newer plane. Very satisfied.
Noticed the width between seats seemed less. I wasn’t very comfortable. I’m of regular weight btw. We got graham cracker cookie snack, no choices. The bathrooms toilet roll was broken, and the light wouldn’t come on when I tried to close bathroom door.. I wasn’t sure it was locked?
Flight was delayed and they gave up my seat on my connection, even when I could still make the flight
I have never been assaulted they way I was today in Charlotte - shame on American
There was no beverage service and the only time I saw a crew member walk through the cabin is when we were preparing to land.
Flights were constantly delayed. CRW took 50 minutes to get bags
why would I bother with this airline and pick seats when I am asked to move for a weight imbalance
Overall good. The pilots and flight attendants are excellent! The equipment was the issue on my First flight as they had to wait for a part to be installed. So the take off was at least 30 minutes later.
For my arriving destination, we were delayed multiple times to the point that we arrived 6 hours after we were originally scheduled. On my flight home, they overbooked and involuntarily removed passengers (including me) from the plane. It was not a good experience.
It was fine. My connection in Charlotte to go to WPB was too late and I had to spend the night in the Charlotte Airport in the mini suites.
Experience was good, however I had a delay due to weather happening and had to re purchase a seat on a new plane for a higher price (could be my own issue and misunderstanding) but other than that situation. First time flyer (by myself) was terrific!! The last from ORD to ALO didn't have wifi, but it was only 45 minutes so I'm sure that was part of the reason. Overall my experience was great! Next time I will remember to buy tickets with longer layovers. The delays really saved my overall anxiety. :)
Honestly the only poor experience was the lady at American Air line check in in Fort Myers airport. Who didn't listen when I said i already paid for my bags online and she tried to charge me $40. When I clicked cancel on the kiosk she scolded me and sent me to "full service check in". To which that gentleman was very nice and I proceeded to pay nothing more, like I expected.
