Cons: "The plane was completely packed despite the COVID pandemic. A stranger sat next to me on the plane (distance of about 6 inches, not 6 feet). What social distancing? And yet they conveniently said no food/drink beverage for safety reasons. Good way for the airline to save a few bucks. Other airlines (like JetBlue) block out adjacent sears and give snacks in individual bags but this... I flew several times since the pandemic began and this was by far the worst. What a joke of an airline. Never flying them again"

Cons: "I felt the flight attendant who first served me was a little brash. We were seated for what seemed like extra time before takeoff so I ordered a mimosa when asked if I wanted a drink. She seemed reluctant to give it to me so I wish she had explained that there wasn't much time or explained any hesitations that she was maybe trying to hide from her expressions. I was only 1/3rd finished with the drink when she practically grabbed it from my hands and said she had to take it away. A warning would have been nice, I could have finished it faster. Then during the flight when I ordered another one so I could actually enjoy it, she still seemed hesitant/judgmental and finally said "that will be the last champagne the plane has." It was an awkward experience that I didn't appreciate. However, this same attendant seemed more friendly throughout the flight and was kind and helpful."

I got another American Airline flight which was also delayed over and over, then finally canceled and I was stuck in the airport for the night. I was given a voucher for a Hotel. The Miami shuttle took me to a dark street at 4am and told me to get out, this is your stop. I told him I was not going to get out it was dangerous and there was no hotel in sight. I had him take me back to the airport where I spent the next 10 hours watching my flight get delayed all over again. It was ridiculous. It ruined my whole trip. I will not be flying with American Airlines in the future."

Cons: "Our flight got delayed 3 hours (which I understand happens) but they boarded group 1 individually, group 2 individually, then combined groups 3, 4, and 5 in the same line. I was in group 3 but was stuck behind people in other groups. Also, they ran out of room in the overhead storage which is frustrating when you're flight is already pushed out to a later time - the last thing I want to do at 1:00 am is wait for my luggage because it had to be checked. People brought on carry-on suitcases along with 1 personal item which were huge tote bags or backpacks. There's got to be a way to monitor overhead storage for items like that - if it's the size of a carry-on, they should need to check their suitcase. The snack was lack-luster. I went on a 5-hour flight to Seattle a few months ago and one cookie with no protein is hardly filling for that long of a flight."

I tried to change my seat online, and was only given the option of 1 other middle seat. I have to have an aisle seat because of arthritis, and I need to walk around during flight. There were long lines at the desk at the gate, and I couldn't stand there to get my seat changed. Now I'm dealing with lots of leg pain as a result. I NEVER would have booked this flight if I'd known I would'nt have an aisle seat. IT IS "BAIT AND SWITCH"!"

Cons: "Flight was cancelled due to mechanical issues after waiting for 3 hours. The next flight they put me on was the next day on another airline. They put us up in a shity hotel and the meal vouchers only worked at the airport where everything was closed by then or hotel which had no restaurant. United offered a $50 compensation which is a kick in the teeth compared to the inconvenience I was put trough. If I don't get properly compensated from United for that horrible experience I will never fly them again and tell everyone I know to never fly United."

The lady at the counter thank god ran down to delta and got us a flight to atlanta then to st louis. Cons: "They sold an economy class ticket to a 400 pound woman by the window seat of my row and she spilled 50% of the way into the middle seat. The woman assigned the middle switched with a relatively thin member of her own party, but the poor kid was still cheated of his space and pushed against me in the aisle seat. I know it's considered insensitive to complain about the morbidly obese, but c'mon!!! Her inability to control her weight has affected me in a material way by subjecting me and the kid in the middle to 3 1/2 hours of misery. I guess the airline CAN'T call this issue to her attention for fear of discrimination charges, but they might make some kind of compensation (free flight, or at least a food coupon, or a pass to the United Club) to assuage the injured seatmates. Also, the airline was generous with drinks, but served no snack. Nothing? Really? I really don't like United, but, unfortunately, it's the main airline flying my route. I fly them only when there is no other choice."

They were still cleaning up their mess a week later, claiming issues were due to weather while pilots admitted otherwise and all other airlines continued to fly with no issue. I will avoid this airline in the future, its not worth spending a little less to risk your vacation. Also if you have back problems none of their coach seats recline they are so cheap."

I cannot believe that the airline is charging $40 bags for a carry on!!!!!! Also I had to pay an additional $27 each so my husband and I could sit together. Shame on you frontier. Of given the choice I will NEVER fly with this airline again. Everyone I tell about my experience has their own negative story to tell about Frontier. I suggest you change your practice before you go out of business. My final cost was double the original price of my original ticket. Just price the ticket as it should be."

The seats are hard as a rock, they don't recline and the tray tables barely hold a cellphone. On top of the ridiculous extra fees and discomfort, there is a charge for any and all snacks/beverages. I can't believe that after all of those fees Frontier can't even offer water? I will be avoiding flying Frontier from now on."

Also, only 2 check-in kiosks with only one working and no assistant to help speed along the process. I witnessed one man who spent approximately ten minutes trying to print his boarding pass. Cheap tickets which result in getting what you pay for."

Pros: "Pilot was a cowboy, quick taxi and fast flight, arrived at gate 45 minutes early. On a late flight, the early arrival was a welcomed outcome."
Cons: "I checked a hard case fishing rod tube that contained a brand new fishing rod. The case can be opened from the top and side and both can be locked. The side was the only thing locked and top opening had a simple clip on it so anyone could to easily open it up and inspect the inside. Someone cut the side lock off, took the case apart obviously looking for something and then jammed everything back together securing the cut off lock with a zip tie. After I got home late that night I noticed my lock was cut off and rod broken in 2 pieces. Very disappointed, hopefully someone at Frontier reimburses me for the damage."

Cons: "Changes need make to online check in. I selected our seats 24 Hrs in advance and the ticket desk gave our seats to another couple. Flight was not full so the issues was resolved. embarrassing to staff and customers. (both partes)"

Pros: "Flight was for my son. Tried to checkin and was not allowed to, since it just changed to the 45 min mark before departure. Ticket was auto cancelled. Went to southwest and booked a ticket on their direct flight which was to leave 10 min later than the Frontier flight. It actually left 8 min early, while the Frontier flight was still boarding."
Cons: "No obvious warning that Frontier requires checkin 45 min before departure or they auto cancel the ticket. Received an email from kayak 3 hours before departure, no warning there. Did not notice any warning when buying the ticket. Frontier is at the bottom of my list, for choice of carriers."

Pros: "The crew treats you better than crews on more expensive airlines, and they have a great sense of humor. You can tell that positivity and how they interact with passengers is a priority in the hiring and training process. A lot of people have complained about having to pay extra for carry-ons and other luggage, but Frontier is REALLY clear about their policy for baggage when you book, so these people shouldn't have been shocked. It is a great deal for people who only travel with one small bag, and I'm glad that there is an airline that offers such cheap flights for light travelers. If you need to take a lot of luggage, you can add the cost as you are booking and then decide if it's the best deal before you finalize payment. Overall, it was a very good experience. You aren't going to get a ton of extras for free on this airline, but if getting to point B from point A with a nice flight crew is all that matters to you, Frontier is a great deal."

Honesty it was nothing terrible, just a series of crappy moments on a late at night flight with two kids after a long weekend was just blah."
Cons: "Their pricing is very deceptive. No seat that doesn't cost extra money (minimum was $ 16) and baggage fee is outrageous. A $ 250 ticket when purchased turned into a $ 350 flight. Also they do not participate in TSA pre-check program so had to go through full security. Should be advised of this in advance, and all the extra fees. I could have flown on American for less and had pre-check. Will know next time."

Pros: "The PEOPLE/staff are great from counter baggage check-in to gate and stewards. I forgot to get the name of the stewardess who was so much fun and entertaining on the flight. I noticed her energy at the gate, and then when she was on the flight, she joked and maintained a light and happy attitude! How refreshing! Unfortunate the aging fleet and overworked employees can't be better taken care of."
Cons: "I did read all the disclosures, so I was aware of other fees to add expense to my ticket which just comes across as ' not straight-forward'. So many financial penalties for not choosing the right/ best way to take your clothes with you when you travel!??? The website check-in is too messy, and misleading, also. I had to call to clarify the information on seat assignment which is a waste of everyone's time! We were delayed for an hour both at the gate and on the plane. Paying for orange juice on a plane is ridiculous! Missed my bus to Colorado Springs and had to wait another hour and a half for the next one."

Cons: "Being delayed over an hour with minimal explanation and zero apology is unacceptable. We picked that flight because it was the earliest back to Denver and were both subsequently late to meetings. The initial 25 minutes we understood, but adding an additional 30 while we were in the air and couldn't contact our respective bosses made one hell of a Friday for both of us. The seats (which we had to pay for) were glorified plastic chairs. Did not recline, had a tiny tray table, had zero pillow, and were super uncomfortable. I'm greatly confused as to why we pay a fare that doesn't include a seat, as there were literally zero free seats to choose from, and they were all just as uncomfortable. What exactly does the fare cover? Because carry on bags, beverages, and seats weren't included. The flight was approximately 4 hours long. Nearly half of that was tortuous as a child several rows ahead was having a full blown fit complete with yelling at the top of their lungs, hitting seats, etc. This was not your normal upset child on a plane, he was extremely misbehaving and there was no effort from the flight crew to ask the parents to calm him or to offer any help. It made the entire flight that much worse to watch the entire group of passengers appalled at this child's behavior and not so much as a free juice for him or even a hello from the crew to distract him. Both of us have been flying since we were toddlers and understand a crying child. This was so much more than that. We regret that frontier is often our only option for getting home to CO without purposefully booking an additional flight to another hub. Every time we have to fly Frontier we get our hopes up that things have improved and are regularly disappointed. Your planes rarely leave on time, and when they do the passenger experience is still sub par. Hoping we can get another major airline to put more flights out of Denver or Colorado Springs solely so we don't have to rely on Frontier, the unreliable carrier."
Pros: "I had ankle surgery a few months ago and am still wearing a cast. Since I was in a wheelchair and the flight was not full, I was upgraded to a better seat. I certainly appreciated that!"

Cons: "Flight was running late when gate agent announced a 30-45 minute delay for a security sweep because aircraft was left untended. Saw the first office and one flight attendant go down jetway while passengers were still deplaning. That should have solved that problem. What happened?"
Cons: "The fee for a carry-on bag if you had a purse as well. The fee for a soda. I had to buy a seat? Never again the flight attendants were burnt out and ill tempered. No you won't be seeing me again."
Cons: "Paid for a seat upgrade in the front row hoping to have more room on a long flight, only to be sandwiched between 2 very large people that should have paid for two seats. I have nothing against anyone who is larger, but when you are spilling over into my seat, I have a problem with that especially paying for an upgrade on a longer flight."
