The flight kept getting delayed, but no one made any announcements about why or even that there was a delay. Passengers just kept noticing the time change on the flight info board. On board, if you didn't buy into Delta's classist system of paying for an "extra comfort" seat (which, by the way, is a regular seat), you were seated in a tiny shoved in extra row where even my 8 year old's knees bumped the seat in front of us while seated. I will never fly Delta again, particularly with them being one of the priciest options."

This was my worst experience, I have missed flights before and I get rebooked pay some fee but I still get to my destination. I missed an opportunity to pay last respect to my dad. A very nice BA agent met me as I deplaned at London Heathrow and ran with me thru Terminal 3. Helped me clear security with a priority card and ran to my gate with 2 minutes to spare. The women was really nice and if it was not for her I am sure I would not have made my connection. I don't know if there is anyway to track her down and thank her but I would like to do so. The flight attendants were OK but not excessively helpful."
