I had already checked in online but becAuse of a glitch couldnt access it. I went to customer service desk and Asked for a hard copy boarding pass but Alaska Would not help me , it was Too late. So I waited for 38 minutes, watching an empty TSA line and then listened as my flight pre-boarded, , boarded and took Off without me. Then I had to buy an American airlines Ticket to reach san diego via LAX 5 hours Later. Alaska was a big let down this time."

Pros: "We had a delay in landing. I was feeling sick to my stomach and after landing i used the restroom. When I got back to my seat to retrieve my things a man from the cleaning crew had one of the bags I had under my seat. I had $500 cash in my wallet that my husband gave me to deposit in the bank upon my arrival. When i asked the guy why he had my bag he said he was security and he thought I left. I felt that was odd because people were still exiting the plane. I grabbed my things and left. I didn't realize my money was taken until i got my rental car. That was the only time my bag was left unattended. I have never experienced this before and was so disappointed in my ingnorance. Since it was cash, my colleagues told me I would most likely be wasting my time."

Pros: "The crew in Fresno actually moved me to an earlier flight that did not route through San Diego, but rather Seattle. They were super helpful and had excellent customer service. They actually checked me in before I arrived because the timing was very tight for me to check in on time. I had a great experience with the service in Fresno."

Cons: "I use airline apps to see what baggage claim I need to go to, because airport monitors are usually too far away for me to see them. And for this particular trip the video boards weren't working.. This made it even harder to figure out what baggage claim to go to. And there were few announcements about it. By the time I heard an announcement most of the bags from the flight were being taking off the carousel by an airline rep. Putting the baggage claim on the app, I think, would have made it a better experience."

Compared to security staff overseas, the U.S. rates the lowest of the 55+ countries I've visited. It does not reflect badly on American Airlines, but it does give travelers a bad lasting impression. As an American, I'm embarrassed by their behavior."

I paid $1500 for the ticket and even when another airline was going to fly me to catch the second leg they denied me. This was my worst experience, I have missed flights before and I get rebooked pay some fee but I still get to my destination. I missed an opportunity to pay last respect to my dad. I’m so very disappointed"

While AA offered the option of paying extra for additional legroom, if you declined the offer, you could not obtain a seat. I know that it is getting unusual to have any sort of enjoyable experience on an airline, but the lack of transparency ("group two" for boarding is actually the fifth group to enter the aircraft) is totally unnecessary."

We should have received notification as soon as the flight was canceled so we don't have to spend all day at the airport thinking it's just a delay."

Cons: "Seeing as this flight was cancelled and we had to wait as two elderly people until 3pm the next day to get another flight and American Airlines would not compensate in anyway. I would say that we will never fly American Airlines again nor will my family. This was not the only delay or cancellation because of American either. We spent 48 hours traveling because of delays and cancellations and still American would do nothing for us. I'm 66 and my husband is 72 (who also has had back surgery for five slipped discs) and we had to sleep on concrete floors and had very limited money to buy food. It was by far the worst experience of my life and I would encourage everyone to not travel with them."

Once I landed I only had 10 minutes to make it to my next flight in which I asked one of the flight attendants if I could move to the front of the aircraft to try and catch it and she did not allow me to do so and that they had to offload the plane “front to back.” I have seen multiple other airlines that allowed people trying to get to their next flight front-loaded off the aircraft. Once I found I missed my flight I was told that I would have to wait until midnight to fly to Orlando and then fly to my final destination (Nashville) at 6 am the next morning. I asked the attendant if they were able to provide a hotel or at the very least a meal but that wasn’t the case. I understand that things happen that delay flights but I would think this airline would be able to help their customers any way they can and that definitely was not the case! I will never fly Frontier ever again."

Cons: "This airline is dreadful. From second one they are trying to gouge you for money. $45 for a carry on. A carry on? Literally every other airline lets you take a carry on and your purse! But it doesn’t stop there. Next they won’t serve you anything to drink or snack on unless you pay for it. On a 4 hour flight (that was delayed by almost an hour btw) no snacks. No drinks. It’s totally ridiculous. And for the plane to be as janky and low rent as it is they should really take a second look at what they’re charging."

Cons: "Checking my luggage and then re-checking my luggage !!! Very annoying and very inconvenient. This is not passenger / customer friendly !!!"

Pros: "I've had a number of enjoyable Frontier flights - the last two from DEN to BNA specifically haven't been among those."
Cons: "In my most recent trip, we start with an announcement that the AC isn't working so we are in for a hot and stuffy flight. Great - what happens next - a kid two rows up from me pukes. Basically clockwork. The crew did as much as they could for the poor kid but there seems to be a consistent trend of maintenance issues or issues being late in my more recent flights with them."

Cons: "Plane review because of faulty warning light delayed boarding by 2 hours. This timing put us on a schedule of soooo many planes departing the day after superbowl which led to 1.5 hours "traffic jam" on runway for departure. Seriously Las Vegas? Upgrade your airport. Then when we didn't get the water we asked for, my cousin pressed the attendant button and got a "smart look" from the attendant which visibly annoyed my cousin. The attendant responded by pressing hard on her shoulder telling her to calm down. It was a stressful situation."

Cons: "This plane was the single most uncomfortable experience I've ever had."

Cons: "Everything. Too many hidden fees. Pay for luggage. Extra charge for seating. Pay for drinks on flight even water. With all hidden cost the fare wasn't any cheaper than flying Southwest. Flight delayed 2 hours."

Pros: "Nothing!"
Cons: "They were unwilling to work with us on crediting us back for a flight we missed due to traffic. I will never use this airline again. They can keep the $93 that the refunded me out of $500 spent. Its ridiculous to have spent that much on a flight and there be no remorse for something you could not help. On top of that the charged me $99 to cancel. Frontier is the cheapest for a reason. BEWARE!"

Cons: "We were charged for every little thing. From carry on to checked baggage to snacks that are usually included. By the time we were done it was mot expensive then a delta or south west. Not to mention how uncomfortable the seats were."

Pros: "Horrible conditions. Most unorganized company in travel I've ever experienced."

Pros: "Cheap fair so if you need to get from point a to point b on a budget and you don't want any frills it's the way to go. We got there and everything was on time and the people were friendly."
Cons: "Small seats, you have to pay for all bags checked or carry on. We had to wait for over 30 minutes to unload. No complimentary anything."

Personally would never fly you guys but last second booking was only options. Keep on driving down the quality while increasing your net profits. Thanks."
