All 4 of my flights were first class, Joke of an offering, and each one sucked, I am American and I have flown over 800,000 miles and over 650 flights in 4 years, out of all these flights I've only flown US Carriers 12 times and I know that is a factual number. Jet Blue I will fly again, they act are a good and ran and they know how to take care of their guests AMERICAN AIRLINES JUST SUCKS Cathay pacific, Eva Air, Air Asia, Asiana, Korean Air, ANA, Thai Air ways and many more, I fly business class and every one of these airlines blows away these Sad Poorly ran US CARRIER'S, ,

Each time was a delay of a couple of hours causing us to miss both of our original layover flights. As a result, we missed TWO very important business meetings that ended up costing us over $10,000! We were unable to provide paychecks to employees! After spending 2 entire days sitting in the airport waiting, we were offered a "food voucher" for $30, were advised to go pick up our luggage first, but they failed to mention we would be unable to get back through DFW airport security just to eat!! We had to take a taxi back to our hotel for over $100 and they didn't offer help with that or anything else. This airline is the worst!!! Unless there is significant compensation offered, I will do anything and everything to destroy their reputation further. I'm in the marketing industry and am very capable of getting the word out to millions. American Airlines... 9/11...Never Forget."

We received good service from attendants who checked on us often to bring extra drinks and answer questions. I see now that it's worth the extra money/points to fly first class. Thank you for making it a great experience!"
Cons: "I felt the flight attendant who first served me was a little brash. We were seated for what seemed like extra time before takeoff so I ordered a mimosa when asked if I wanted a drink. She seemed reluctant to give it to me so I wish she had explained that there wasn't much time or explained any hesitations that she was maybe trying to hide from her expressions. I was only 1/3rd finished with the drink when she practically grabbed it from my hands and said she had to take it away. A warning would have been nice, I could have finished it faster. Then during the flight when I ordered another one so I could actually enjoy it, she still seemed hesitant/judgmental and finally said "that will be the last champagne the plane has." It was an awkward experience that I didn't appreciate. However, this same attendant seemed more friendly throughout the flight and was kind and helpful."
I wasn’t able to make my flight because my first flight from Nashville (BNA) was delayed for mechanical error (someone’s chair wasn’t able to stay in the upright position), so when I arrived to New York/Newark (EWR) the connecting flight was gone. Since it was the last flight heading to Norfolk (ORF) that night, I had to be rerouted to Richmond (RIC), which is a 90 minute drive to my home. I will admit the lady working the counter was helpful in getting me that replacement flight ticket and put me in first class. Although I think there needs to be someway of halting a connecting flight if the previous leg is delayed. Yet I can see that would probably start a chain reaction of missing times, which helps no one. I just wish it were avoidable, but thankfully I arrived safe after all the headaches. The replacement flight got delayed too, but that’s because it was arriving late and held the crew for the flight I was getting on, but that’s a story for another time…

I will be missing part of a conference that I paid for. Major disappointment. The lady that helped me at first literally had me making an unnecessary stop, and arriving another 2 hours later, and I STILL would have missed my second flight due to the delay of the first fligh. Thankfully Michelle was very helpful, and switched me over to American Airlines"
