Top 5 airlines serving Germany to Denver Intl

Scores according to KAYAK customer reviews
LufthansaOverall score based on 27947 reviews

Cons: Flight was delayed 40 minutes and arrived 2 hours later.

Pros: Not even a bump ...seriously an amazing plane and pilot!
Cons: The afternoon snack was disgusting ....(not just my exclusive opinion)

Pros: Great crew, decent food, plenty of wine and other drinks, on-time departure and arrival.
Cons: Cramped uncomfortable seating, USB port on seat-back video display does not charge a handheld device battery.

Cons: Again, there was not enough time between flights. It was a HUGE rush in Denver to get to my next flight, and I almost missed it.

Pros: Lufthansa is always incredible.

Pros: The food was good
Cons: I paid for extra space and it looked like the seats I got were the same as all the others

Cons: The entertainment choices were poor and the connection not good. Seats too close together so difficult to get in and out of seats

Pros: Outstanding service from the flight crew. The food was even good. The flight crew comes around constantly with drinks, food, and just extras and we were seated in economy. Plus, they acted like they were so happy to be able to serve us. What a great trip. Love Lufthansa!

Pros: Loved the German touches like real silverware, good wine, and German movies with English subtitles! Also appreciated lots of liquids and never had to go searching for hydration.
Cons: Everything was great until we landed and I stood up in the aisle. A woman two rows behind opened the overhead compartment and pulled her huge backpack out, landing it right on my head! OUCH! I scolded her and she apologized, but, REALLY? Perhaps the crew needs to reiterate how dangerous this is to do! My head still hurts a little on top, almost a week later. Ugh.

Pros: Very friendly and accommodating
Cons: NA

Pros: Very nice flight, the food was super delicious and the crew very professional
Cons: N/A

Pros: There attention to detail, client comfort, friendliness, food, all was a ten out of ten. Thank you for the lovely experience.

Pros: Best part was how Lufthansa took care of travellers whose connection time was short. They had ground crew waiting and who escorted us through customs, and then drove us to the gate. This is how passengers should be treated. ~ Excellent movie selection ~ Great flight attendants

Pros: Lufthansa is a good company overall. The entertainment system was very good.
Cons: The usual - cramped space although I was fortunate enough that the middle seat wasn't occupied

Pros: Food was great and the staff were even better. We were served lunch and dinner. I watched at least 4 movies. The staff provided great snacks and wonderful company. Great flight.

Cons: you cancled my return ticket when I got off the plane in Frankfurt and did not contiue to Geneva..

Cons: I propose to keep on board the plane some bright and interesting toys for calming the children who, for almost the entire 10-hour flight, cry and do not give rest to all the passengers. I understand that parents should have worried about this. But if the parents can not do anything with their child, the new toys could help calm the child, and not turn a long flight into torture for other passengers and crew.

Cons: Missed so there was none Spent night in Minic

Pros: Flying premier economy. Flight was on crying babies. Very friendly crew
Cons: Long lines to get through boarding

Pros: Since the flight was not full I could stretch out to sleep. I liked the extensive movie selection

Cons: The seats are too close. When reclined it's not possible to get out.

Pros: Crew was great. The frequent offer of water on a long flight was appreciated. The flight was on one, smooth and pleasant.
Cons: Meat in the casserole ( goulash?) was not chewable. Other meals were fine.

Cons: When I missed the flight in Brussels I had no options re: changing my ticket as there was no ticket sales counter at the airport. Had to go to the travel agent and book a flight on another carrier.

Cons: The flight was transferred to a smaller plane, either because there were few passengers (the first story we heard) or because of mechanical problems on the original craft (the second story). Business class was oversold as a result, and boarding was delayed for an hour while they waited for enough BC passengers to accept 800 euros for the downgrade to economy plus. They repeatedly threatened to cancel the flight rather than raise the offer. Eventually enough knuckled under and we were allowed to leave. Some no doubt missed connections because of this petty brinkmanship. The funny coda is that because the plane was so undersold, anyone in economy that wanted their own row could have one, while economy plus was packed with the embittered and downgraded.

Pros: I always try to fly with Lufthansa when I do go to Germany to visit my family. At times they might be more expensive then others but you don't pay extra for everything. Also I got a great price at Kayak. The service was excellent and I do love the fact that Lufthansa is now flying directly from Denver to Munich makes it so much easier.

Pros: Everything was great and deserves excellent in all categories.

Pros: online booking
Cons: There is no one at Kayak to answer questions on weekends. Message says "call back during 'regular' business hours" but does not specify what that means, nor what time zone they are in. (BTW, most people travel on weekends so ya may want to consider providing customer service then...duh). When I finally was able to reach someone in order to upgrage to Premium Economy, they could not help me but said they would send an email with an answer to how much that would cost. The email never came. I will never book with Kayak again.

Pros: Same as above.
Cons: Same as above.

Pros: In my way back from Germany to USA was poor, from the costumer service from the airport to the airplane. They charged me extra on my fly back to US
Cons: Very much everything

Pros: Great food, great service, attentive flight attendants! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Cons: No complaints! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Pros: Good was yummy and the setwardess were super friendly. Staff was plentiful and the plan was very modern and high tech. Also had a layover in Munich airport and it was amazing. Very high tech, I took advantage of the napcaps and shower facilities. Also the restaurants were on par with great red win.
Cons: The flight was 11 hours.... can you make that a little quicker next time, I mean come on it's 2017....

Pros: They fed us well, and the food was surprisingly good. Feather pillows were a nice touch, and great variety of movies to choose from on the long flight.

Pros: I loved the TVs, food, and the service. The TV's had so much to watch, and made the time pass so much faster. The service was amazing! They came by so often to give us whatever we needed! Great experience!
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Air didn't work, stewardess were rude

Pros: The crew was nice enough and the food was ok. Crew was great and served water and juice so many times during the flight! That was really good!
Cons: Movie selection was old and many movies aren't of interest. I tried to purchase something on the plane and the card reader didn't work. Lufthansa should update those card readers! Seats are becoming smaller and thinner which means more uncomfortable than they were already.

Pros: Best part: Getting off the plane and swearing never to fly with Lufthansa again.
Cons: Flying to Munich- flight was cancelled. Had to rebook on United for the following day. Arrived almost 2 days late (the original was direct, the United had layovers) and missed a planned trip to Neuschwanstein castle. Flying from Munich- The entertainment screen was broken, completely unusable. After a hard reset by the flight attendant several times... Still broken. She said she thought it would fix itself once we were at cruising altitude. Nope. Notified the flight attendant who said vaguely "I'll see what I can do..." Never came back to check, never got offered any sort of compensation (even something like a free mixed drink would have been nice), offer to move seats, nothing. So- ten hours with no entertainment/nothing to watch, just a malfunctioning screen. Food was mediocre. We boarded late, and left almost 1 hour late because they had to wait for an employee (who was not working, just getting a ride back) to board. Literally there and back with Lufthansa was a fiasco. On top of it, we have been back for 3 weeks and are still waiting to hear back from Lufthansa customer service. Apparently they only communicate by email with complaints. Not over the phone. So after repeated emails, just radio silence. Terrible airline.

Pros: First time flying Lufthansa and I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The food was quite good and the selection and quality of entertainment was excellent. Best of all, there was plenty of legroom for a long international flight!

Pros: Everything was wonderful! Lufthansa is spot on from boarding, to in flight service to the moment you leave. They are helpful, friendly, fun and a wonderful crew where I know I'm in good hands!

Pros: The staff was so accommodating and friendly! Great trip!
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Good food, friendly flight attendants
Cons: Boarding process was torture. Lufthansa invited us to check-in early, but would not allow us to finish the check-in online process the day prior: seemed to be glitch in their computer system. We arrived at the airport early, but no one at Lufthansa could help us with seat assignments in order to seat our 12-yo daughter next to a partent. The airline did not open the gate area until 1+35 prior to the flight (advertised 2-hrs prior), and did not put anyone at the gate-desk until 1-hr prior to departure ...and they still could not help us. Boarding was disorganized; Lufthansa appeared to board by different groups, but there were no announcements as to which group(s) should board. Instead there was just a large crowd milling about, waiting to push their way to a gate agent. Very un-German.

Pros: Lufthansa is by far the best airline. All crew members were very friendly and attentive. Food was also great.

Cons: legroom

Pros: Flight attendants were always there when you needed them and were super nice. The plane was very clean and orderly and the crew just made it a really great flight.
Cons: I really have no complaints at all. It was a super great flight and I will choose Lufthansa whenever possible when I fly in the future!

Pros: First time for flying Lufthansa and I rate it higher than Emirates which was my favorite until now. Reasons? Number one, the crew. On top of every detail for a comfortable flight. Ten hours and I didn't sleep at all( never can sleep sitting up) and I think they came by with extra water and juices at least six times. Two hot meals of delicious food, superb snacks available near the galley, and comfortable seats with better than average legroom.
Cons: Can't think of anything except the length of the flight which can't be helped.

Pros: great food ,service

Pros: Entertainment system helped time pass on 10 hour flight.
Cons: Again, boarding was late.

Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing

Pros: excellent flight crew, and entertainment options. My husband lost his boarding pass in between connections and staff was able to help him out and even was able to arrange that we sat next to each other.
Cons: Transferring flights it was difficult to make it to our flight on time. More snack options would be nice.

Cons: Baby crying for the entire flight from Munich to Denver.

Cons: The touch screen did not work properly

Cons: Klm is the best, even on a 40min they served small breakfast.

Pros: Terrific hot breakfast in bus. class
Cons: Window did not darken like the others.

Cons: When a bought my ticket, I had asked in the office about WiFi. They told me that you have WiFi on the plane. I had checked this information on and saw the same, that you have WiFi. This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry.

Cons: Delay due to strike

Pros: very nice crew
Cons: my bagfage was lost

Pros: Friendly crew
Cons: Can’t think of anything

Pros: The bed was comfortable. Entertainment selection and large TV screen was good. The KLM crew is amazing, as usual.
Cons: Food quality was not so good.

Pros: No delay and nice staff

Pros: The friendliness of the crew

Pros: the trip was excellent and comfortable. LOved the windows that shaded out rather than the having to pull down the plastic blind. entertainment on board top notch screen huge One hostess , Helen was absolutely fantastic and the best I ve had on my many trips. I will recommend KLM whenever I can
Cons: the headrest is hard. Apart from that- all was fine

Cons: This return flight was much better than the flight going to Amsterdam. I believe the biggest factor was the type of aircraft. The old 747 just didn't meet expectations. The newer 777 on the way back was much more comfortable, with better amenities.

Pros: Food, entertainment and crew was exceptionally friendly.
Cons: Seats not great for such a long flight.

Pros: The crew were very nice, food was tasty, seat comfortable and the entertainment great as well. Will be flying KLM again soon :)

Cons: Turn the lights on early making it hard to sleep

Pros: Crew was very friendly. Nice that wine was served without charge.
Cons: Announcements from the cockpit were hard to hear. Food has been better in past.

Pros: Flight crew very nice
Cons: Paid $70 for seat with more leg room and was the exit role to main entrance. No overhead space for carry on: broken food tray holder. People stepping on my feet. And gather in your space waiting for bathrooms. Window seat had no room for feet because of closed door

Pros: Amsterdam airport and Rome airport were as breeze to navigate, even only knowing English

Pros: Crew was awesome
Cons: .

Pros: Restrooms clean, decent food and drink, nice cabin crew.
Cons: No complaints

Pros: Crew was great, very nice
Cons: Not enough legroom

Pros: Comfort was better than on the previous Dash-8. Food was OK.
Cons: Despised the cold temperature and cold draft in world business even with all vents shut off...gave me a head cold. Boarding was disorganized. There was no sense of direction; ergo, everyone was jumping in.

Pros: Great food
Cons: I paid a top price for my ticket and expect the advertised amenities to work. Upgrade or replacement for entertainment system.

Pros: More than adequate room, And very good service from a very professional staff. Head and shoulders abovevany American carrier, and several European lines I have flown.
Cons: Can't think of anything.

Pros: Food and staff behaviour
Cons: Entertainment

Pros: Smooth boarding, clean seats/plane, nice small aircraft (2 rows x 2 seats each), surprisingly spacious (more legroom than expected - and I’m 6’2”).
Cons: About 1h30min delay without an explanation. All other planes in the terminal seemed to take off on time without a problem, without exception (aside from this flight, of course).

Pros: Service, technology
Cons: Could not print by boarding card and was not allowed to board in Amsterdam

Pros: Lovely staff, good food, great movies.

Pros: The flight crew was nice. Plane departed/arrived on time.
Cons: I paid €60 extra to sit in the emergency door seat to get more leg room but once.i was in the plane learned for more leg room I accepted a smaller seat next to a bathroom and no entertainment. I could not store my belongings near me. No power outlet to charge my devices for my own entertainment on a 7 hour flight. Dealing with constant traffic for the bathroom. I sat in the middle seat between two hours other men. It was a constant struggle arm space. After 7hours in the air I could not wait to get off the plane. If I didn't actually pay an extra €60 for the seat I may not feel bad but I feel like I might have been better off without paying for the "upgrade"

Pros: Decent seat size. Sorta slept the whole flight.

Cons: Crowded seating, 20-year old video system, headphones that did not match the two-jack system, lackluster service in flight. Generally my experience with KLM has been good, but this was well below average.

Cons: Crowded seating, wake-up for breakfast service two hours before arrival

Cons: Bag was lost

Cons: They stole my money

Pros: Crew was courteous and polite! Entertainment system had some great movies at no additional cost.
Cons: Poor communication between delta, KLM and Air France meant that I couldn’t check in online and get a digital boarding pass. Furthermore I couldn’t use the check-in kiosks because my name was listed as Reidmr instead of Reid, which meant that my boarding pass did not match my passport. Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?

Pros: Cabin Crew was awesome.
Cons: Entertainment System was not working and no Non-veg food option in flight.

Cons: Flight way delayed 3 hours. Staff gave no information and wouldn't help rebook us onto other flights. They gave us food vouchers 2 minutes before we finally boarded, so we couldn't use them. The food on the plane had spoiled so we were all starving on the flight, and we all missed our connections. Horrible experience and wouldn't fly with KLM again.

Pros: Equally friendly crew and experience. It was complimented by the time we got to spend in the fantastic KLM lounge while we waited for the flight.
Cons: Nothing!

Cons: Per usual, KLM can't seem to figure out the order of boarding the plane. Should be business - priority - everyone else. Instead they do priority first, and that's usually two-thirds of the passengers. Strange choice of in-flight movies; no accounting for taste, I guess.

Pros: Great food
Cons: Sears we're toooo small

Cons: That I was forced to check my baggage. I never received a chain ticket for my luggage. The flight has a 32 hour layover and KLM lost my luggage and it was not found until a week after my arrival back home. I still have not received my bag at this time. The boarding crew was manually tracking who boarded and who didn't. It was a cluster.

Pros: The cabin crew, the flight and communication and the cleanliness of the plane.
Cons: It was really unclear which desk to use at Birmingham airport to check in. It was extremely stressful for a first time flier as I had no idea what to do - the desk location wasn't marked clearly and when no staff were there it wasn't clear that the desk was open.

Pros: The cabin crew were fantastic and funny
Cons: Tiny seats

Pros: Same as above

Pros: I have no complaints about the air crew. They where pleasant and attentive. Plenty of free entertainment. The food was good.
Cons: my only complaint is the USB ports didn't work on any of the chairs that me and my family where assigned to.

Pros: delayed

Pros: Great smooth flight staff was pleasant and the overall experience was fantastic.

Pros: Very friendly and the food and drinks never stopped and no additional charges, a very nice experience over the bargain airlines, free in-flight movies, and entertainment, no cost.
Cons: No complaints.

Pros: Food and drink service
Cons: Boarding pass facility

Pros: I ended up getting home with less delay than originally predicted. I guess that's a good thing Also delta customer service was super polite and trying to help when I called
Cons: Delay again... seems to be pretty frequent on KLM flights at least on the ones I flew with in the past 4 years... this time it was 3hours wait due to a technical issue... no alternative flight option and we ended up getting a very old plane as a replacement. In addition people at info terminals are disorganized and not kind at all..

Pros: Crew was very friendly and helpful. Entertainment had plenty of choices.
Cons: The seats were very hard. It was very uncomfortable sitting that long I’m those seats

Pros: My first part of the flight, from SFO to CPH, was good. It was the second part that was terrible.
Cons: SAS never emailed the second boarding ticket and there was no agent at the gate to help me print one. I paid $20 days in advance for a front aisle seat (6E), but was boarded last (group H) and had to put my carry-on in aisle 26. The stewardess was very rude and seemed racist towards me.

Pros: Seat was comfortable. Entertainment was great. The service by the crew was great.
Cons: It would have been nice if the armrest went as far back as the seat. Flying with my partner, she doesn’t sleep well on planes unless she can completely lean on me. The armrest between our seats only retracted to the upright seat level.

Pros: Yea
Cons: Its simple. Turns out i had to pay 360 dollars for my baggages which was hever specified in the time i was purchasing tickets cause they said im flying without and i can come back with. Who is flying without baggage intercontinental for 1 month? And 3 baggages didnt arrived. Thanks

Pros: Good boarding process and crew today.
Cons: Plane was delayed and connection in Copenhagen was missed, resulting in a five-hour delay overall.

Cons: Could not have been better

Cons: Late departure. No roof during queuing for loading and rain...

Pros: Efficient
Cons: Difficult to find check in at Copenhagen airport

Pros: SAS generally has better planes and more space than most airlines especially in economy class. Seats were comfortable, not too tight. Food was good. Most SAS planes are really nice and new. On this flight they had a problem and had to use one of their older planes. It was still pretty nice, but the entertainment system on the older plane was a little dated.
Cons: Used backup plane. It had an older entertainment system.

Pros: Guess what, we took off and arrived on time!
Cons: Attitude of staff, cleanliness of cabin, actual cod fish (not tilapia/suay) etc. For dinner. Good Swedish scotch too

Cons: Flight delayed and we sat on tarmac for 2 hours

Pros: With tablets for the entertainment system – – a ton of good movies to choose from. So much so that we stayed up hours after we planned to, watching movies
Cons: Seats were a little crowded together, but that’s to be expected in modern passenger flight

Pros: Flight arrived on time. No issues.
Cons: Standard flight - nothing special I wish they would have done a garbage run prior to landing.

Pros: The staff and other guests are always so polite! Getting the SAS Lounge Pass is always smart.

Pros: The crew was great and the food as well
Cons: Boarding chaotic and Newark airport is very inconvenient. No signs to terminal B and the sky train with the compartment system is not very functional. I am tall person and sitting in the middle of the middle row was very inconvenient wilh not enough leg space.

Cons: No choice in main course. Only one option Long time since wine or beer is not offered free on a “major” airline. The entertainment was interrupted a couple of times with adds. Seats are tight and space more in line with a discount airline.

Pros: The crew is great. Did everything within their abilities to be comfortable
Cons: The cabin was too warm for the duration of the flight. The movie content wasn't that great. Also, the headphone jack on my seat was temperamental and I lost sound quite a bit. I wish they had more vegetables in their dish

Pros: This is obviously a very well-run airline. Boarding was efficient, the crew were warm and professional, and the overall feel of the aircraft was very Scandinavian-cool. I was most impressed with the meal service. We were served twice on our 9 hour flight, and both meals were hot, healthy, and the best I’ve had during a flight. The passenger in front of us was having a hard time with her sinuses, and the flight attendant (whose name I wish we had gotten) was very attentive and concerned for the comfort and well-being of the passenger. She insisted on doing anything she could to alleviate the woman’s difficulty. It is clear that the crew care about the passengers’ experience.
Cons: We were unable to sleep at all during our overnight flight and landed pretty exhausted. Our seats were comfortable (complete with a moldable headrest to keep your head from bobbing around) but we felt too upright to fall asleep. The passenger in front of us reclined, but we were concerned about reclining into the already tight space of the passenger behind us. So we weren’t able to sleep, despite trying to get comfortable/somewhat horizontal. It seemed to be a mixed bag of asleep and awake passengers on the flight, so some people were unaffected by this issue.

Cons: The crew passed by me TWICE while serving food and I was not sleeping at that time. I had to go and ask for food myself. Also there was a delay about 40 minutes when taking off in CPH (CPH-EWR) because of a fuel-screen malfunction or smth. The pilot was very nice and kept us informed all the time. I still didn't make my connection flight due to the delay and SAS rebooked me which made my already long trip 8 hrs longer.

Pros: Flight was unremarkable in every good way. Food was above expectations and the crew was exceptional.

Pros: Services
Cons: Didn’t have veggies good on board

Pros: Movie selection Staff Food
Cons: Drinks were expensive

Pros: I liked the high-tech adjustment on the seats but i am 6ft2, 200 lbs (in good shape) and I have Parkinson's disease. The seat was just not roomy enough and I had to get up at least once an hour.
Cons: The crew was very understanding and kind. The aft head was very limited in space too. A little more room would have been most welcome.

Pros: The flight crew was courteous and professional. The seats were comfortable.
Cons: The flight came in a little late. However, the plane was nice.

Pros: Waited for us when flight showed up late
Cons: Cramped cabin

Cons: Flight delayed too long, 2 hours. No snacks, only drinks.

Pros: Two 20-something young ladies tried to figure out system, individual issues while rest of us stood and watched versus passing through loading area. In addition, delayed due to short handed baggage loading crew. Flight was one hour late departing. Luggage did not make connecting flight to London. No wifi either.
Cons: Smooth flight.

Pros: Great movies. Lcd Screen is awesome
Cons: Somewhat unfriendly crew

Cons: Food

Cons: I did not like my flight because ... I could not take it! I needed to change only one date (return) and was quoted $1300 for that one change. Getting a completely new ticket was cheaper, but not cheap. With such cost of even minor changes, next time I will look into booking directly with airlines, instead of Kayak; sorry to say that, as I really liked using your service.

Cons: Although it was entirely SAS's fault that I missed my connection in CPH, they refused to reroute me on another carrier. They routed me on another SAS flight to ORD, and from there back to BOS. Hence my arrival was delayed from 3.20 PM to 12.130 AM after midnight.

Pros: awfully glad I was on SAS instead of Lufthansa, which had a surprise strike

Pros: Flight from Kirkenes to Oslo delayed, which meant the rest of the flights were unusable. New flights were booked in Oslo through Copenhagen, which only lengthened the original trip time by about 5 minutes.

Pros: Good entertainment, well organized, reasonably comfortable seats
Cons: Food wasn't very good, especially the snack

Cons: Not very many current movies, very cramped.

Pros: Fabulous

Pros: Boarding process was lovely, flight attendants were very nice, very smooth flight
Cons: Uncomfortable seats, somewhat small for a 6-foot+ tall person to fit, especially legroom

Pros: There was sufficient entertainment and food
Cons: Shamelessly disorganized at all departures, the staff was rude, very rude on land and in flight. I will not fly SAS again. I rather pay more.

Pros: Boarded in a downpour, crew got us on board quickly through a rear door. Unfortunately, weather caused a significant delay, but who can control the weather? :-)
Cons: After purchasing ticket in December 2015, was placed on stand-by when arriving in Hamburg.

Cons: Check in took two hours! Gmhad to wait in line to "check" our bag and then wait in another to "pay" for our checked bag and get boarding passes. Very inefficient.

Pros: Crew
Cons: We boarded late. There was no boarding announcement. A guy walked up in front , as to wait for the announcement and she waved him up. The rest of the gate just started forming several lines. Very unorganized. The we sat on the plane for about a half hour. At least there was an announcement that two people were missing so they had to remove their luggage. 40 minutes late into Longyearbyen.

Cons: Because the airport was under construction, the area to wait to board was very barren and without bathrooms. We had to take a very crowded bus to the airplane.

Cons: Seats are bit dence. It would have been nice to get a complimentary soft drink, even it's a short flight

Pros: The flight staff was fantastic!

Pros: Wonderful service! Flight attendants kind and thoughtful. Once in terminal 5 (from terminal 1) a Sas gate agent escorted us to flight since our previous United flight was so late

Cons: Customer Service was terrible at the counter. Check in was aweful. Surpirse very expensive bag fee. There was no effort to make me aware of the bag fees before the flight. Automatic recheck of bags didn't work. Everything took longer than expected and nobody was interested in helping solve the problem.

Pros: Everything was great! And it got better because of all the amenities we had because of the delay :)

Pros: Thanks to the staff while checking in my luggage I was able to check my bags directly from Stockholm to Mexico City via preventing me to loose a lot of time in London where I was supposed to check in and out because I purchased my trilp in two different segments

Cons: Instead of a direct flight from Los Angeles to stockholm I got three flights and two layovers just because they said They were understaffed and I ended up having a very long and terrible flight shifting from one airport to another and I did not get offered any upgrades or compensation for this inconvenience,

Pros: Boarding, connections, departures, and arrivals were all seamless. I have been flying with SAS for a while now, and always appreciate the professionalism and helpfulness that SAS offers. Coffee is good.

Pros: I loved the different features on the screen and the excellent. Customer service on this flights
Cons: The space on the seat.

Pros: I like the crew and their service, the food was amazing speacially the vanilla cheese cake desert was on point, loved it. I loved the “my flight “interaction on the screen and the different view of the plane, cockpit view, left, right etc.. amazing feature.
Cons: The seat could have been much better as far as reclining and space. Overall I loved the flight.

Pros: Punctual
Cons: They forced me to ceck my trolley because i had a suit with me!!! And the airplane wasn’t even full. Even worst they allowed some pieces of “hand luggage” that were double the maximum allowed size

Pros: The seat was really comfortable and I was able to sleep the whole flight with no disturbance
Cons: N/A

Pros: The rest area
Cons: The airport was cold and it should be warmer

Pros: Crew asked us if we’d like to move to an empty row to be more comfortable without us even requesting it.
Cons: Bigger coffee cups? Really nothing to complain about. Everything I would expect from a flight. A++

Pros: The gentleman at the check out his name was Omar went over and above the call of duty for Customer Service me being an American he walked me through each step of using flybe via air France and paying for checking my bags and even the carry on luggage and getting me through security etc.

Cons: Very cramped seat on the TGV train. I will definitely choose and pay a seat on my own next time, rather than accepting the on picked by Air France... And it will be cheaper, too!

Cons: The food is usually very good, this time it was poor to disappointing- dark meat chicken.., tasteless & unhealthy....mushy fruit dessert choices

Cons: Thé qualité officielle the images

Cons: The best airline what I was flying so far !! Excellent food, drink, comfort seat, free entertainment with great selection.

Pros: Check in agent extremely helpful and friendly.
Cons: Not boarding on tarmac via bus. Sandwich - tartar sauce and “chicken” - with two quarter sized pieces of meat was terrible.

Cons: CDG airport in Paris is a very inefficient and by far the slowest airport. I recommend other passengers to get to the airport at least 4 hours before their departure.

Pros: The comfort of the flight snd kindness of the crew.
Cons: My connecting flight to san francisco was through Delta, which it was on a different terminal, I had to carry my luggage out of the airport in order to get to delta’s terminal - the buildings are not connected.

Pros: Great crew and prompt boarding.
Cons: Airline food and close main cabin seating. Should offer upgraded meals, just like the extra seating space.

Pros: Left on time. No turbulence.

Cons: Not to be late ,and not to loose my luggege

Pros: Good food and crew
Cons: Plane was old and seats were super tiny. Even an average guy would be uncomfortable in it. Can’t sit in one spot for longer than 15 min without getting sore.

Pros: Air France has the best crews! They really go the extra mile.
Cons: My skis were lost on the way to Riga and had to be delivered 2 days later to Vilnius. That said, the situation was handled very professionally.

Cons: Two hour delay meant we missed our connection. Then given a very late flight and had to haggle for ages to get earlier flight and told we should pay extra for it!

Pros: Very efficient boarding. We actually departed earlier and then landed in Barcelona 15 minutes ahead of schedule. Overall a very smooth experience.

Pros: The staff..the

Cons: My first flight was cancelled my return flight was delayed by 5 hours They made me check my carry on even though it was with in the size limit which cost 85 euros and when trying to ask why the staff was extremely rude and not helpful worst flight experience I’ve ever had

Pros: Entertainment

Cons: I ordered Asian Vegetarian Meal. But they served me only pasta.

Pros: The food, beverages and choices of movies, entertainment There was a medical emergency that caused the flight to land in Canada. This was handled very professionally - I hope the passenger ended up getting the care needed and is doing well.

Pros: Modern aircraft with power, big screens etc
Cons: Teenage crew, poor service (not even water brought on request, all "self service" at back of flight, and not being allowed a second drink with dinner), poor language skills (crew not very helpful when 2 hour delay meant I could miss connecting flight, suggesting I "walk fast").

Pros: Everything except the seat. Service ("would you care for a drink/beverage?") could be better.
Cons: I paid for a"premium" seat on one of the emergency exit rows for the extra legroom. This was next to a galley. The seat itself was no more than 18" wide (NO EXAGGERATION!!) if not less. I had to sit on an angle (one butt cheek at a time) for 9 yours. I do not have a big butt either. This seat should have been a discounted seat, not a premium seat. I am so angry about this, I will NEVER fly Air France again.

Pros: Their evacution video is interesting
Cons: The aircraft is a bit old and somehow the flight crew didn’t offer me the full menu as the menu describe. First time encounter that in a business class

Cons: I will not use o recommend to anyone to buy a ticket with the agency, at the airport in China we were treated like criminals because as they said we were not register in the system as passengers it was really a nightmare

Pros: Enjoyed my food, especially tasty for airplan fare!
Cons: Not enough leg room

Pros: Personnel
Cons: Nothing

Cons: No offer of snack with no egg in it.

Pros: We got to the desk to check in and there was one person being served in front of us. He finished with him, turned and left the area through the dooor. No one came to help us for 15 minutes. Then they came out to answer the phone and said we were 10 minutes past the cut off and we could not fly.
Cons: Staff just walked away while we were in line, the rudeness and mean attitude, they blamed us for being too late after ignoring us and made us late, they didn't offer an alternative flight until we asked. Overall, horrible customer service. Never been treated so rudely by people in the airlines industry in my entire 42 years of flying!

Cons: Horrible Crew...

Pros: Arriving safely.
Cons: We didn't get boarding passes for the second flight at EDI so we had to exit the secure area, get boarding passes, and go through security a second time for the same trip.

Pros: La entrada
Cons: El resto de cosas

Pros: Flight was smooth
Cons: Food

Pros: Easy, fast, comfortable, no hassles

Pros: Speed, courtesy of the flight attendants
Cons: Landing was a bit rough, understandable due to the weather.

Cons: Very small seats, space for nothing All the time delays and the horrible things is a lost luggage, even when there is enough time between flights.

Pros: Love the flight attendant, loads of food couldn’t take it anymore. Professionalism at its peak.
Cons: NA

Pros: Everything was very prefect and would love to fly again.
Cons: NA

Pros: On time after latish start
Cons: Staff took carryon bags even for skypriority even tho lots of room in overhead, allegedly to speed deplaning. Nowarning to repack. Infuriating and stubborn staff!

Pros: Great people
Cons: It was an hour late

Cons: The crew was not very polite.

Pros: Párizs Budapest kb 1 óra késés műszaki hiba miatt. egyébként minden rendbe volt.

Pros: The food was good
Cons: The seats were terrible, the entertainment units were poor and staff was very reluctant to give proper service.

Cons: Our first leg from Paris was delayed and we missed our flight to Dubrovnik. We then had to hire a car and drive 6 hours to ensure we wouldn't lose a day more of our holiday.

Cons: bad smell around my seat

Pros: Comfortable
Cons: Nothing

Pros: The crew was nice, however, they also give varying information. We had frequent flier tickets and when I checked in, the screen stated no extra charge for check in bags and I also called the customer service. When I got to the airport in Hamburg, they wanted to charge me $100 for a bag. I asked the lady behind the counter to call the main office because she said she has no authority to change the fee. I called the main office and had the person in office tell the agent at the airport that it is a mistake and that there is no charge.
Cons: Better communication between all aspects of the company.

Pros: No crew was amazing, they were her it attentive to our needs

Cons: The check in and boarding process is always slow and cumbersome at Keflavik - it’s unpleasant to have to be bussed to the plane outdoors and then use stairs to get up to the plane.

Pros: The crew was super friendly and accommodating. The plane was a brand new Boeing 767 with comfortable seats.
Cons: More movie options.

Pros: Crew was great, seats were comfortable, plenty of space

Pros: In flight entertainment.
Cons: All staff is rude. Toilet plugged up, they lost our bag. They dont even serve pretzels on an 8 hour flight!

Pros: When I booked my Economy Light fare from Denver to Paris, I was expecting a trying experience. But to the contrary, I found the entire trip to Paris and back enjoyable. I found the boarding quick and efficient, plus the flight attendants were genuinely friendly and helpful.
Cons: Short answer: Nothing. Icelandair is my new favorite low-cost airline for trips to Europe.

Pros: Crew was very helpful and friendly, and we were greeted with a bottle of water for the flight. Entertainment is nice with free movies, music and Iceland travel video blogs. Water/soda/coffee offered multiple times, and water additional times.
Cons: Boarding was walk-to-outside-stairs, more an airport versus airline thing, in truth the fresh air was nice, just glad it wasn't pouring rain. Seat comfort was barely okay, the 757 seats were basically in contact with my knees, tough for such a long flight. Their 767's are much better. Didn't like paying 60 GBP (pounds, about $75) for 3 sandwich lunches with 3 alcoholic drinks, IcelandAir could do better.

Pros: Decent leg room
Cons: I got hit with a surprise $100+ baggage fee at check-in. Boarding started late, then they just had us go in a cramped, hot room before actually boarding. Flight took off about 45 minutes late.

Pros: the crew , the flight was smooth, on time , easy to board
Cons: that after a flight to frankfurt and no problem wthj my luggage on board when we left frankfurt to go back to boston it was all of a sudden a problem with my onboard case , which was not handled very well , they were nice but i felt singled out and worried about my luggage being left behind , but it all went smooth after all

Cons: flight was delayed an hour, another hour to get luggage... main problem, however, was that once i was at FRA airport, the added a $105 surcharge on my luggage because supposedly it was an "economy light" ticket that doesn't allow checked luggage. It wasn't on the way over and it doesn't say anywhere on the ticket. To make things worse, none of the people at the counter were actually Iceland Air employee, so noone was able or willing to tell me anything about this (quote from employee "everything I tell you will be used against me" not sure if she was flippant or scared) Anyway, watch out for them screwing you over where they can

Pros: Excellent in-flight entertainment.
Cons: No complimentary meal for transatlantic flight.

Pros: Iceland had been a pleasure the last few times I flew internationally - consistently one time, friendly staff and quick layovers, never once over the last 8-12 flights experienced a delay or maintenance issues. Really impressive !!
Cons: A light snack or bag of crackers or so would be a nice touch for the grown ups. kids her a jmnup meal, adults can only buy them. I realize the fares are cheap but I feel some light snack options could be added.

Pros: Movies, price
Cons: Not getting food!

Pros: After you accepting the fact that any food on this international flight must be purchase, the rest was comfortable and efficiently maintained.
Cons: KEF is terrible. The food concessions have unbearably long lines at the checkout. The possibly only toilet is is down a flight of steps and the lines are long. I will pay more in the future to avoid KEF. The Frankfurt airport waiting areas, both outside the gate area and inside, had totally inadequate device charging outlets.

Pros: This was our first flight with Iceland Air and we kind of looked forward to it. On the way oversease we were immediately rebooked onto Swiss Air, before arriving at the airport, because Iceland Air had a delay and knew we would miss our connecting flight to Germany. We were very impressed by this and very happy with Swiss Air, also. On the way back we liked the roomier plane and the relative punctuality of the flights. Our luggage arrived fine and quickly at the end destination, despite the short layover, which often leads to lost luggage.
Cons: Our biggest complaint is that Iceland Air does not offer meals as part of your ticket on its flights. They expect you to upgrade (and pay) for 'economy comfort' in order to get the meals and seating included in most other regular economy tickets. I don't think that being on a 6.5 hour flight (and a 3.5 hour flight immediately before without chance of making puchases at the airport in between, due to their delay) without a meal being included in your ticket is acceptable practice. They had a meny from which you could purchase food, things like baguette with ham/cheese, salad, oatmeal, instant noodles etc. But the prices for these cheap cafeteria options were insane. From the cheapest ($7 for a small instant oatmeal) to $16 for a salad or small main course you would have to spend an additional 25-35$ per meal per person to get the usual airplane meal that all other airlines I know of include (2 per overseas flight). We did go hungry, eat candy, bought one little oatmeal and pretty much will avoid Iceland Air for that reason in the future. We thought it was outreageous to be asked to spend this amount of money or go without food for over 9 hours.

Cons: The aircraft was too small- was kicked off the flight and rebooked for a different airline hours later

Cons: My flight was delayed an hour and a half with no explanation so I almost missed my connecting flight even after sprinting through the airport. I called for a reason why it was so delayed and the customer service rep had a poor attitude and offered little help.

Pros: Icelandair's seat headrests are very comfortable for sleeping.
Cons: The Reykjavik airport, although it has nice restaurants, is ill equipped to handle the number of passengers going through it!

Pros: I enjoyed the leg room. There is also enough room to comfortably walk down the aisle between seats. I appreciated the little bottle of water handed out as I entered the aircraft. The crew was quite friendly.
Cons: Icelandair apparently has no schedule they stick to. We were consistently late leaving the airport, making us miss EVERY connection. I was not aware this was a no frills flight, meaning exactly that! No food or snacks, even for overnight flights. They charged $10 for a small, cold sandwich IF you preordered. Other than the water given upon entry, drinks were doled out sparingly, just a tiny cup per passenger.

Pros: Size of the Reykjavik airport.
Cons: Not enough space for legs in the economy class. The chair back support was not working correctly ( couldn't be blocked in the reclined position). Very uncomfortable chairs overall. No food included in the price of a ticket for such long flight? Poorly organized and managed departure process. The passenger next to me was sick looking. He was coughing loudly and frequently all the time during that flight. For more then 7h of the flight no flight attendant demonstrated ANY interest or offered any help. Furthermore when his female companion (wife?) asked just for cup of water so he could get his meds at the beginning of the flight they were told to wait for the regular service to start (what took app 30min). So overall my impression of the Icelandair service is no more then just O'k.

Pros: The separate cabin
Cons: The business seats did not have leg elevation & did not lie flat making sleep difficult. Comfort was compromised since I could not elevate my legs

Pros: We normally really like flying Icelandair and enjoy the ability to have a stopover in Iceland. The crew is always very nice and this flight was no exception.
Cons: The plane, or at least our section of it, was very warm. We were near the doors between Business Class and Economy, so we were expecting it to be even a little cold, but it was so warm that I was in a tank top the entire flight. The boarding process in Reykjavik was very odd, even for them. There was just a door in the wall under our gate # and without warning it was opened and everyone just got up and went through it. There was no announcement. Apparently the checkin desk was upstairs. We then waited 20 minutes in line, before they finally started boarding us int he order we were queued - again, no announcement.

Pros: There was more leg room that we thought there would be; we were left alone to sleep by the attendants. The pilots let us know important information.
Cons: We were 3 hours late to Denver after leaving Iceland late. This was partially due to weather. The only upsetting thing was the $31 "dinner" available in the airport consisting of a frozen individual pizza, sandwich and 2 waters! We felt like we were being gouged for the airlines issues. The entertainment system on this flight from Iceland to Denver was a bit old and of all four flights, the system was difficult to access.

Pros: The entertainment provided was great, the seats were fairly comfortable and the flight crew was great
Cons: My friend flew Delta to our same location at almost the same time for a slightly cheaper fair and she received two free meals and two hot towels aboard the flight. I wasn't expecting to have to pay for dinner. Otherwise I would have brought food on.

Pros: It eventually got where we needed to go. Flight crew was OK and boarding was fairly efficient.
Cons: USB jack at my seat was broken; my neighbor let me use hers for a bit. Her headphone jack was broken, so I offered to let her use mine, but then she needed to use my TV, so that wasn't ideal either. Many errors using the entertainment system--very laggy and frequent "temporarily unavailable" messages. Also, we were about 40 minutes delayed due to a mechanical issue (discovered once we were all boarded, extending an already lengthy flight).

Pros: Crew was very professional and responsive to a difficult weather situation at the airport in Reykjavik.
Cons: Admittedly this is something of an airport issue more than an airline issue, however considering Icelandair is one of the few airlines servicing the airport in Reykjavik there has to be some level of coordination going on between the two entities. Regardless, 5 different US-bound flights were all scheduled to leave within 15 minutes of each other in the same small corner of the Reykjavik airport, so when delays started coming in due to weather that area became an extremely congested mess. Perhaps its a cultural norm in Iceland to just remain silent in times of mini-crisis, but the desk attendants made no effort to communicate what was going on to the hundreds of people crammed in atop one another in the waiting area. This led to a lot of frustration from the waiting travelers. Both of these problems could have been prevented by better planning (not scheduling all outbound flights happening in a quarter hour's time into the same small corner of the airport) and better communication from the airline staff, the lack of which really aggravated a difficult situation for the people there. Once on the flight, though, everything went very smoothly, and the flight crew was quite apologetic and professional.

Pros: The staff was very friendly.
Cons: Boarding took FOREVER!

Cons: Boarding was late. Head phone Jack didn't work and seat recliner wouldn't stay back

Pros: On time service. Video selections. On-board wi-fi.
Cons: 1. Same comments regarding cramped seating as above. 2. Boarding in Reykjavik was a total fiasco. Management should visit a European or US airport to see how to load a plane in an organized fashion, as opposed to the free-for-all used in Reykjavik now. 3. Food selection for an over water flight of 7 hours was abominable! And passengers are asked to pay for it too...unheard of for trans-ocean flights.

Pros: The in flight entertainment
Cons: The crew were rude and unwelcoming. Having to actually PURCHASE food and drinks on an international, transatlantic flight is ludicrous. Having made the trip from the USA to Europe many, many times, this was a shock and something that i didn't prepare for. The cabin crew were extremely rude and uncaring. Being offered a drink of water once in 7.5 hours is ridiculous and frankly dangerous for some. This was not a cheap flight, so for such poor service, I think things need to change. A smile from a crew member may not go a miss either. Thanks Icelandair, but i shall not be choosing you for my travel needs in the future, and neither will my friends and colleagues.

Cons: When we arrived at Keflavik airport the terminal was immensely crowded with several flights due to leave the US at once. It was overcrowded to the point of being uncomfortable and there was a 30min+ wait to buy food from the only shop. As a result we did not have time to grab a bite to eat between flights. My partner was subjected to additional TSA checks which I am aware is a random check and a nescessity but due to the amount of flights departing for the US this took an extra hour, and delayed our flight. I'm thankful that Iceland Air didn't leave without us but it was an immensely stressful experience that I don't wish to go through again.

Pros: Nothing to like except that we finally got here.
Cons: Late departure. Not enough fuel in plane so had to refuel in Minneapolis. Even with headwinds, there should have been enough fuel put into the plane to complete the trip. They stopped in at an airport that was experiencing thunderstorms, and while we were refueling, our plan was struck by lightening and then had to to be examined for damage before continuing on. We were on the ground, in the plane, for a total of 4 hours, waiting. Finally were advised that the crew had "timed out" and could not fly any more that day, so we spent the night and all the next day sleeping on the floor in the airport. Icelandair was not at all prepared for such a situation. Situation was somewhat chaotic with incomplete and inaccurate information given to passengers. Very poor communication on the part of Icelandair, or whoever they contract this function to. We expected to be able to leave the airport the next morning, but were told that the flight would not leave until 5 p.m. Then they changed the time to 8:20 p.m. but didn't announce that. Then that flight delayed until 9:00 p.m. We finally got off the ground a little after 10:00 p.m. On top of all this, many passengers' entertainment systems did not work, and this made for a very long and frustrating flight. Not good, Icelandair.

Cons: Our plane was diverted to refuel - after an hour and a half of increasingly cryptic and contradictory communications while sitting on the ground, we were removed from the plane and given cots to sleep on the airport floor. No staff present to provide information, no communication by email, noone available by phone, no updates on the website, vague rumors from another airline's staff of a "possible flight" the following idea how/when we'd get back to Denver. We got a car and started driving...huge vote of no confidence in Iceland Air, its equipment and staff.

Pros: Crew was pleasant. Leg room was better then on airlines in the U.S., and it was much easier to get out of the seat with the armrest lifting mon the aisle seat.
Cons: The boarding process was difficult, as four flights to the U.S. were leaving at the same time and it was almost impossible to get to the gate because of the thick wall of people and no aisles. We were then put on a bus to the plane, but the bus didn't leave for over 30 minutes, well after the takeoff time, and no explanation was given. The temperature on the plane was extremely uncomfortable. Most of the time, it was very hot, and I am accustomed to flights being on the cool side and requesting a blanket. But someone must have been adjusting the temperature, because it would get cold for a short period of time, and then very hot again. It was difficult to sleep because of the temperature. It would have been nice to have some small snacks like pretzels offered with the drinks, and a larger selection of food available.

Pros: I like the flight schedule - leaving Paris at 200 pm and arriving in US AT 7:30 PM. Flight was smooth and connection quick.
Cons: A little snack will nice on such a long trip (7 hours), especially when I pay $1,500 the round trip. Thank you for feeding my granddaughter.

Pros: They upgraded my to economy comfort, which made all of the difference for an 8 hour transatlantic flight.

Cons: Flight was delayed leaving Reykjavik. I watched our baggage be removed from the plane and head to the opposite side of the airport. It was over 30 minutes later that they announced that there was a mechanical issue with our plane and we had to switch planes. The passengers deplaned, boarded buses and were transported to the new plane. We finally took off over 2 hours late. The other major issue we had is that we were located near the back of the plane and the smell of urine and toilet chemicals was overwhelming. Every time the restroom was used, the stench permeated the back of the plane.

Pros: The cleanliness and comfort of the plane as well as digital devices.
Cons: The plane was 30 minutes late boarding passengers so we lost our place in line for takeoff, resulting in a 60 minute delay meaning nearly missing our connection to Boston. There was no information given either by the captain or the crew and finally, a barely audible apology at the end of the flight.

Pros: The aircraft, especially the restrooms, was very clean. The crew worked very hard to ensure our comfort. The seats were as comfortable as they ever get on a 757. R routing slips through the gift shop between arrival and departure is a good idea . Even those with a short connection get a chance to buy a puffin.
Cons: The terminal at keflavik is under construction this makes arrivals and departures extremely chaotic both on the ramp and in the terminal. The arrangement of gates is so chaotic that it is often very difficult to get to your gate because of large number of passengers waiting in line at their gate.

Cons: Keflavik Airport, where all transfers are done, is a MESS. There are too few jetways, so you wind up waiting for a BUS to take you to the terminal in the COLD. Once through immigration, you are dumped directly in to the DUTY FREE SHOP that you can NOT avoid. Imagine being late for your next flight, and having to steer your carry on baggage around crowded store isles! Then, you manage to find your gate...which is an effort in itself, as there are few signs...and there is ONE agent checking boarding passes of this massive crowd that is not lined up at ALL. Once in the air, Iceland Air performs well. But on the ground, it is nothing less than a MESS.

Cons: See above. On the flight from Denver to Amsterdam (you didn't ask about this, but I'll comment anyway), we had business class seats. They were really little more than large regular seats with legroom. We did get food on the flights, unlike the economy class. I have a major gripe about Icelander not telling you how their definitions of seating class differs from the rest of the Western airline industry. Quite deceptive.

Pros: The previous Icelandair flight from Paris to Reykiavik was late and arrived over an hour after the scheduled departure time for the Reykiavik to Denver segment. We were assured that the flight would wait for the late arrivals, and it did. We were, of course, greatly relieved. I can't help wondering, however, How could a scheduled flight be held up for this long and how would the passengers already on the plane feel.
Cons: Only drinks like water, tea, coffee and juices are served free on Icelandair flights. There is a menu for sandwiches and snacks. But the selection is rather anemic for a 7 hour long flight.

Pros: Smooth flight even when descending into Denver with stormy skies.
Cons: Biggest complaint is that a foot got broken off my largest suitcase somewhere between London and Denver. Not possible of course to tell when that happened, but it makes the suitcase pretty unusable now. A plastic connector for a strap on another suitcase got broken on my outbound journey too. Luggage handlers must be unnecessarily rough with the luggage to make that happen. Not sure I'll fly Icelandair again because of that. I was not able to get the "my journey" screen to work on the screen, but otherwise the video and sound qualities were good and controls worked well. After landing, something made a terrible squeal while taxiing to the airport (landing gear?). If my car sounded like that, I'd surely take it in and get it fixed!

Cons: It is ridiculous, or a new norm, that airlines are not serving food or drinks even on the transcontinental flights.

Pros: Clean plane and movies
Cons: For an international flight, everything was limited: pay for food, movies and tv shows were old, and the seats were the new cheap and thin ones Frontier Airline has. Will not be flying Icelandair again to anywhere else unless it's to go to Iceland direct from Denver again.

Pros: Seats were very comfortable, crew was very nice.
Cons: At the airport gate in Reykjavik, it felt a bit chaotic. Just a long line of people waiting to board for a long time. Not much organization

Pros: I just wanted to let the airline know that two attendants, and I am sorry I didn't get their names, but were on my flight, were extremely kind and helpful to me. I have some health issues and I started to feel ill. They made sure I had all the water/liquid I needed, and they checked in with me quite a bit. Very appreciated. Thank you
Cons: Seats of course are so tiny. I am small - 5'7" and 108 pounds - and it is hard for me to "curl" into the seat the way I do on most airlines. Pretty uncomfortable, but I cannot imagine how larger people even manage.

Pros: Best thing is they got me another flight for no extra cost when the one I had was canceled. Not the best flight but for the price I would definitely fly again! Very small and easy airport to get through and everyone is very friendly. They come around multiple times offering free drinks and food for purchase. I really enjoyed the flights. Good shows and movies for entertainment.
