The staff was very professional, the places very clean. The legroom was a little bit tight but so worth the price of the flight. Very pleased! Next time, I want to book a stayover to explore Iceland :)

The boarding process was easy, the crew was friendly and the flight was very smooth. There is a limited menu the food was tasty, but you have to purchase everything. The cost of the flight was very reasonable but everything such as baggage is extra.
Play is a great budget airline. There are no TVs or chargers in the seat but there was more legroom than expected. Boarding and all staff that I interacted with were great. You have to pay for any and all drinks or snacks you might want on flight.

Blood sucker budgeted airline. Charging after and after. No one should busy air ticket in this airline. Completely a scam and sucking blood.
The cabin crew very kindly arranged a change of seats for us due to a distressed passenger
There was no food or entertainment. That was fine, not a problem. I paid for “priority boarding” ( and a cabin bag) but there was no “priority boarding.” That was disappointing and falsely advertised so perhaps that could be adjusted.
No frills airline. Excellent service. Very good leg room for passengers compared to other "full service" airlines. Crew was very friendly. No entertainment system other than flight information display which was surprising as I thought it would be another revenue stream for them. Overall a surprisingly excellent experience.
Great new carrier to Europe. Lots of leg space and friendly crew
Worst seating -- by several orders of magnitude -- on any aircraft in sixty years of flying regular and budget airlines. The seats are cramped from side to side, barely padded, short from back to front. Tightness was at first absurd and then actually painful for a five-to-six hour flight. Pitch between rows is so small that even turning to stand up to get into the aisle is difficult. And I'm a slender guy, 5'9", 170 lbs. Website for booking held many "mysteries" like hidden access to payment portal. Though one screen said my booking and payment were complete, I learned at the airport that "complete" was not true. Had to work with helpful supervisor at the check-in desk Online I was able to change my flight booking from Saturday to Friday, But also I learned at the airport (too late) that the carry-on bag fee from the Saturday flight did not automatically shift onto the Friday flight. I had to pay the much higher at-the-airport charge, 49 euros. I will try to get an adjustment.
Absolutely inadequate transfer at Munich airport. Lufthansa sold a ticket for a flight with 45 mins transfer, and your connecting flight is actually in a different terminal. In order to get to that terminal you need to walk 10 mins to a train station, take a train, and then go through passport control. All this in less than 45 mins (deduct 20 mins for boarding)? Madness.
Flights on time, planes up to date with clean toilets, comfortable seats and working IFE. Helpful Lufthansa staff. Food was good, but can always be better, esp vegan and vegetarian food loaded from the USA. Overall great experience.
Way-finding to my connecting flight in Munich was horrible. I asked directions and was directed out through security and had to clear back through to get to my next flight, so I missed it and had to book a new flight hours later.
Our luggage was left behind alongside many others who’d transferred from another Lufthansa flight.
They did not let me get on the plane because to enter Korea I had to have the K-eta which I did not have, I did and it arrived 45 minutes after the plane took off. Because you cannot check in through the web page nor do you notify me of the document. If they had let me get to Munich. I would have been able to complete my trip and not have missed the flight to South Korea
I paid over $1500 for the flight. I requested a refund, but all they gave me in return was $100.
For some reason they wouldn’t my spouse and I let us check in online, so we had to go in person in the morning, which means that there weren’t any seats left that were together. The plane didn’t have individual air vents so the plane was sweltering almost the entire way. The snack before we landed was one of the most vile sandwiches I’ve ever eaten — emmenthaler cheese on dense, dry wheat bread with like four cucumbers and a pile of shredded carrots. The flight crew was very kind, though.
The airport and Luftanza were understaffed. It was slow going.
The seats seemed much closer together on this plane. I felt much more cramped than other journeys in coach. Other passengers around me who are taller or bigger had even even more trouble.
