Also none of the windows on any of these small planes line up with the actual positions of seats and it sucks.

Cons: My flight was delayed, which would have caused me to miss my connecting flight. The customer service person was not at all helpful, and told me there were no other flights available on any airline until the next day. However, I was able to go online and book another flight immediately...which means that she was either being disingenuous or actively undermining efforts to get me home in a timely fashion. Very disappointing and as a SkyMiles member would have thought there would be some level of common courtesy dealing with a non-weather related delay that drastically impacted my travel plans.

Cons: The connecting flight from Atlanta to NY was rescheduled for an hour and fifteen minutes later, boarding for the delayed flight started late, closed doors were another 20 minutes late, spend another hour or so waiting for confirmations, during which no AC is on because of a malfunction on the plane with the electricity unit. Due to rough air conditions, no in-flight service, or very limited one - and all of those are fine by me, and not the airlines' fault at all. But then, during all these unexpected conditions, I can't even use the in flight entertainment system as i use Bluetooth earphones, and to get earphones I have to buy them for 2$. To earn excellent service, inspite of all the delays, AC malfunction and unpleasantness all you had to do was give those 2$ earphones for free. I have another flight with SkyTeam coming up and I do hope it won't be as unpleasant as it is a much longer flight.

Cons: The flight was scheduled for 7:45 pm. Due to the storm the day before, my flight out of Miami was cancelled and I was told that the flight out of W Palm Beach was my only option. I paid $150 for an Uber at 4 pm. At 6:37, I got an email with news of a two hour delay. I would’ve appreciated an earlier notice. But much worse was the boarding experience. As half the passengers had boarded, someone announced that we had to have everyone boarded and seated in 5 minutes, or else the crew would time out, and we’d have to stay in WPalm. This set off a frenzy, with seated passengers yelling at the people boarding to hurry!! I was told by the pilot while exiting in LGA, that we made it by 30 seconds! It could’ve been handled so much better!

Pros: Very nice flight and attentive staff. Enjoyed the view of NYC as we flew up the East River, then looped over Nassau County to approach LGA.
Cons: The male flight attendant who handed out the complimentary drinks and snacks acted a bit strangely. I was very thirsty, and I asked him if I could keep the rest of the can of soda. He neither said yes nor no, but rather completely ignored what I said and just poured my drink and moved on. I was a mildly annoyed, but figured maybe it was policy and he was shy and didn't want to debate the matter. When he took care of the older couple behind us, however, things got really strange. He asked them whether they wanted pretzels or peanuts, but they misheard him and asked for a ginger ale. I happened to know that he did have ginger ale, since my wife had just gotten one, but rather than just pouring the old folks a drink, he repeated himself. "Peanuts or pretzels?" They misheard again and asked him whether he had a diet ginger ale. Again, rather than just pour them the drink, he repeated himself. "Peanuts or pretzels?" This went round and round a few more times -- like a poorly designed computer UI that refuses to accept anything except the correct input -- before the old couple finally figured out the disconnect and picked their snacks before their drinks. Very weird.

Pros: We were traveling with a 4 month old lap infant, and the crew went out of their way to warm bottles and be friendly in general. The plane was clean and comfortable, and on this leg of our trip the entertainment system actually worked!
Cons: The only bad things were those that were totally out of Delta's control: weather delays and absolutely nasty and rude TSA agents who seemed to understand neither the concept of their Pre-Check system (no dedicated lines and no priority) nor the fun of traveling with an infant.

Were the aircrafts not designed to accommodate a full flight's worth of luggage? anf then when I went to go to my seat, the air stewardess told me to progress down the aisle so someone that they knew could pass through, causing a delay in me getting to my seat as well as losing my overhead luggage space as someone else passing utilized it instead. Now I am in my seat with both my carry on and personal item stowed below. So was I comfortable ? No. Was I upset and annoyed, on top of being tired? Yes. They need a better system.

Pros: The seat was comfortable, the crew were good and supportive but seemed a bit too busy when called upon. Especially with travelling with twins, I had a bit of trouble getting their attention for my own meals as when serving was done I was feeding the kids.

Had twins and whenever meals were served, I couldn’t take them but whenever I buzzed, was asked to wait but then nothing came through. At the end of the flight, I had missed all my meals, no hot water for kids milk

Cons: Sandwich was extremely unappetising and there were no hot drinks. The worst thing was that in transiting from the SAA flight to the Lufthansa flight we were obliged to go through security which seems unnecessary. The security staff were awful. Bullying, rude and totally unsympathetic to the fact that having brought water from the first plane to the second plane we had to either drink it or throw it away. One guy in particular, a tall greying man evoked the worst stereotypes of brutal secret policemen. Perhaps he formerly worked for Stasi or he was having testosterone problems. Totally unacceptable behaviour.

Pros: Lufthansa will always be my choice airline. Their staff are nicely dressed, accommodating and well mannered.
Cons: On this trip back to Dublin, our flight from Munich to Dublin was delayed for over two hours. It would be nice for Lufthansa to at least offer the passengers something to eat or drink while on board waiting for such a long time.

Cons: Muslim meal does not mean all Muslims eat curry. It’s rediculous that we cant have a decent English breakfast instead you get curry or some form of curry for breakfast, lunch and supper. Your so called Muslim meals are not suitable for kids!! There is no such thing as a Muslim meal either. It’s simply called Halal otherwise then everyone else’s meals should be called Christian or Jewish meals etc.

Pros: I flew in the A380 bulkhead at row 50 from Munich to Hong Kong. Have flown premium economy with Lufthansa before, it was no different from before. The service is efficient. Entertainment was fine and had an interesting selection in their world cinema section.
Cons: A pretty standard experience and nothing which makes you feel special. Other airlines might offer an upgraded meal in premium economy or a special cocktail, but not on Lufthansa.

Cons: For the whole journey I had a small child kicking, knocking, tapping behind me. Kept waking me up also nearly ten hours of whining. I was genuinely uneasy and uncomfortable for the whole trip. I think there should be a designated child with adult area as I really don’t think this is acceptable. It is stressful enough traveling for 30+ hours this really is not welcome.

Pros: The aircraft was great. A bit wobbly on take off and landing, but overall spacious and comfortable seating. The seats had many position options which was amazing. Meal service tableware was clean and pleasant to use. Food was also great. Also a very wide selection of entertainment options! Also, good flying from the pilot’s crew. Flight was on time.
Cons: The servicing crew in the business cabin was inexperienced and unrefined. The flight attendants seemed to just want to “get it over with” with questions like “are you done?” The attendants wanted to take our drink order as soon as we got in without giving us a chance to settle into our seats and kept hovering over us until I had to ask her to give us a couple of minutes. The airline did not stock enough snack and ran out mid flight. We had to wait for the next meal service which was not fun. I ended up getting a sweet drink just to get by. Internet, which was paid, was so slow that I got tired of watching it trying to load the pages and gave up. Eventually, the connection completely stalled even though I still had over an hour remaining of the 4 hour package. I used maybe an hour of the total purchase. Total waste because I couldn’t get any work done. Overall, I did not think this was an experience worth a business class ticket.

Pros: We had a very short connection as a result of a long delay in our flight from Athens to Munich. Lufthansa held the gate open and helped us get on board tom our flight to Chicago. The plane was big, roomy and the seats were comfortable. There were adequate number of toilets so people didn't have to stand in long lines. The crew was very friendly in an efficient way, not like in Asian airlines where the passenger gets coddled. I particularly appreciated the serving of water/juices every so often to stay hydrated.
Cons: They could have made the transfer easier by having a trolley to move us instead of having us run through the airport. I am 70 and have had both knees replaced. While I can walk just fine, running was very difficult.

Cons: I did not enjoy the turbulence, which I suppose is unavoidable. More importantly, I felt quite guilty about the greenhouse gas emissions of my flight. I have decided to cut down on my air travel as much as possible as a way of reducing my carbon footprint.

Cons: The leg room on the long flight was less than I would have wished and it was particularly bad when the person in front put their seat back. this was a day time flight and it would have been good to have a bit more room to use a laptop.

Cons: It was really unclear which desk to use at Birmingham airport to check in. It was extremely stressful for a first time flier as I had no idea what to do - the desk location wasn't marked clearly and when no staff were there it wasn't clear that the desk was open.

The plane was spotless throughout the flight. They were always coming around with water and juice and they genuinely seemed to care about all the passengers. The Flight back crew were just the opposite. More like the old lazy farts you get on the American carriers or BA or QF long haul. Whoo have been there for the long haul and should have stopped ages ago.
Cons: The Entertainment images on the screens promoted Beauty and the Beast, Batman Lego movie but neither were on the system! Food quality was rubbish

It may be delivered tomorrow afternoon and I have food items in the baggage and it may not be delivered until the afternoon of the next day. They don’t have a good baggage tracking system.

LaGuardia airport forced passengers to take their car services by walking outside and waiting in a parking garage with (12 degree Fahrenheit feels like -4 and 20 mph winds). Felt frostbite, couldn’t move fingers, and have a sinus headache. absolutely appalling this is NY and USA - yet we can’t have car services pick up pasengers outside the door of the airport, instead require to walk 7 minutes and stand in a freezing air tunnel airport garage. Changes my mind on flying to LAGUARDIA in the future

Cons: Took off late from Minneapolis only to announce that there was something wrong with the plane, no explanation as to what but that we had to circle to burn off fuel before returning to Minneapolis. Switched to a flight to D.C. with a connection to get to LGA. As soon as we sat down on that flight an announcement was made that we wouldn't make our connecting flight. Got to D.C. and asked to switch to go into Westchester instead of LGA which we were denied. So changed to another connecting flight to LGA that didn't take off on time. Offered nothing for any of the inconveniences. Etc.

Cons: American Airlines DISCRIMINATES especially against the elderly! The airlines took my family of 6 off the flight that I booked 6 months in advance, and I had no flight out of Munich, Germany. I do not know why. I called and had them put us back on the flight. I paid extra for seats so that we could all sit together. The seats were given to others and my family could not sit together. The American Airlines employees were not helpful at all! The agent, Rowna, lied to us that we would be sitting together. They will not reimburse me for paying extra for seats that I did not get. The porter that pushed my mother in the wheelchair was more helpful than any employee.

Cons: When I arrived at the gate, the flight was on time, but no aircraft was at the gate. The gate attendants left at the time we were supposed to Board, then the departure time changed on the board and no announcement was made. Another gate attendant told me that the aircraft was at DYT, but the reason for delay was crew rest. As the delays continued, 3 in all, we were told that the aircraft was at DYT but we were waiting on a crew to be flown in from Charlotte. Not sure how AA messed up their crew rest schedule on domestic regional jet carrier. Either way, a new gate attendant arrived to take over, and continued to tell us we were waiting on crew. Then the story changed to waiting on aircraft and crew. By the time the 3rd change in departure had been made, and we were still waiting on aircraft and cre, AA failed to continue to update the departure and arrival times. Once we boarded around 9:00pm the boarding time still showed 8:10pm. Then we sat on the runway awaiting departure for approx 40 minutes before taking off. Very poor communication And customer service.

Cons: The overhead space was smaller on this plane and as I learned on my trip to DTW my weekender carry-on would not fit with my shoes in it. Because of this, I pulled my shoes out and put them in a collapsible bag that fit under the seat in front of me along with my small personal bag as I had done on my previous flight. However, the gate agent would not allow me to board the plane and would not listen to my explainations at all as I tried to keep the boarding process moving along. She kept repeating "you have 3 bags" and made me steep out of line and check my carry-on (which I would then have to pick up at baggage claim). When I asked why I couldn't get out on the jetway like she had done for other passengers she said, " I only did that for airline employees" (quick happened to be a flight attendant from Spirit). My overall experience on both flights to and from Detroit was that the gate agents and flight attendants were the most unhelpful and rude airline employees I have delt with and I will stick to my preferred carrier, Delta, for my future flights back and forth to Detroit. They certainly make me feel like a valued customer when I fly them, which I did not feel with American.

Cons: The flight attendants were highly rude and i felt as if i was discriminated on. I was sitting in the back and the flight attendant who was suppose to assist us made us feel like i was a bother to her. First of all she just rudly dropped biscuits on my table didnt ask if i wanted and then I had to ask her for coffee, she didnt ask me if i wanted something to drink. Finally she brought my daughter and I some coffee. i ask for sugar and she said im very busy you have to wait....eventually she gave me one packet of sugar. I had to ask for another sugar for my daughter , so when i ask she gets upset and tells me i have to wait but there as a white who ask for assistance and she was very polite to her.

Cons: I am missing two items that I had in my checked bag and my clothes and belongings were all messy as if it had been gone through. I am very upset that these items were likely taken by whoever went through my bag.

Cons: we waited an hour for the bags to arrive on the carousel. What's that about? Get it together and have the bags out in time. We're just sitting here waiting for them over an hour - there are no other arrivals in this terminal. What's going on?

Cons: Without any explanation...American Airlines cancelled my reservation! I needed to be sent back to poor quality hotel for a night and take a different flight out the next morning. American Airlines was supposed to provide transportation back and forth from the hotel however a car never showed up at the hotel to pick us up and I needed to get my own taxi at the last minute (American did however reimburse me for the taxi fare at the airport). I never received an explanation as to why my reservation was cancelled and was never offered any type of compensation for such a major inconvenience. They dd ultimately waive my 25 bag fee but it wasn't very easy to even get that from them. I felt that they should have been more empathetic towards my inconvenience and offered me any type of compensation to make up for such a horrible experience. When I asked about possibly being upgraded to first class they told me absolutely not! A little graciousness can go a long way, American Airlines showed that they could not care less about my inconvenience (other than Rodrigo at the counter the next morning who actually showed he was truly sorry for the situation and at least ended up moving me to a row with more legroom). Other than this, I was extremely disappointed with this experience and how it was handled.

Pros: I was just happy to get a flight out early the next morning when my Thursday afternoon flight was cancelled.
Cons: I ended up in a middle seat due to having to be rescheduled, but it was still comfortable.

Cons: This elderly woman took long to put her baggage above so someone that was sitting a row behind my seat decided to take all of the overhead bin space, he definitely did not have a carry on size luggage and I feel that would have never happened if tsa would have noticed his carry on was too big

Pros: The flight service was consistently adequate and the attendants made sure to provide many opportunities to stay well hydrated
Cons: There was a screaming child that made the trip almost intolerable. No fault of American, however, perhaps the attendants could have made some additional suggestions to the parent to help him quiet his child.

I didn't purchase a sandwich but on the outbound flight, the two guys next to me did and were both vocal about their disappointment with what they received for $9. And they were strangers who didn't talk to each other the rest of the time, so I think they meant it. Also, entertainment: they had a movie on the pop-down screens, and 4 free movies to stream to your device using on-board Wifi, as well as 2 TV shows. So maybe I'm being harsh. But it was a transcontinental flight and they didn't have headrest screens loaded with movies. Is this only for international flights? The movies were bad, or at least not appealing to me ('Keanu' and 'Zoolander 2'). It was possible to pay for additional movies, but who wants to do that? It was sort of the EasyJet model, where you get good basic service but pay for everything additional that one gets for free on Delta. Maybe that was reflected in the price I paid for the ticket, but I was expecting that AA would be in the same league as United and Delta. One nice perk: free wifi for T-Mobile customers, including me.

Pros: The gate crew in Roanoke were professional and helpful. The next day's flight was on time and uneventful.
Cons: The flight attendant was unfriendly at boarding. He did not say or play any pre-flight safety announcements. We were told the flight might have to refuel in Richmond due to major weather delays in LGA. When we were landing they said they expected a refuel and a quick turnaround in Richmond. On the plane after landing, I learned via my phone's internet the flight was cancelled. They never announced it on the plane. At the final moment before we disembarked, the crew told us to be sure to take our belongings. When we landed, Flightaware showed delays of 45 minutes at LGA. AA never took responsibility for the problem though the gate crew mentioned they canceled the flight because the crew was going to be over their maximum hours. AA really couldn't plan to allow for up to an hour delay? I feel disrespected and even deceived. Although it was clear that flight attendant really needed to get off that plane. At the gate, we were told there were no available flights to NYC and were stranded overnight in Richmond. AA did offer a hotel pretending it was a courtesy since they claimed the problem was weather related and not theirs. We chose to stay with relatives and were told AA could only provide transportation from the airport which we did not need. We often have problems and cancellations on this route from when it was branded a US Air route to the present, but this was egregious.

Madrid barajas airport is an ordeal, Iberia needs to explain better that passport control happens when you get to terminal 4S on the tram AND then there are TWO more passport controls. then there isn't enough space for people to line up for the various groups, creating friction. Iberia just needs to be more organized.

Cons: If kayak didn’t take me to a page where the reservation was different than what I agreed on. Not even close to what I had selected, leading me to believe I was booking a trip on the days I chose and then not realizing it was incorrect until my trip was starting. This is the last time I use kayak.

My video display was not functioning, when I asked for help the flight attendant seemed offended. He went to the back and did get it fixed. I thanked him, but he did not even look at me.

I will consider other options in the future to avoid this unpleasant surprise at the airport.

Cons: We booked flights with more than 75 mins connection time in Madrid but then the airline changed their schedule which reduced our connection to less than 55 mins. I was traveling alone with my 5 & 7 year old and we had to run non-stop from our 1st domestic flight to the international one, changing terminals, passing passport control (huge lines), and another security. No help from Iberia at all in terms of providing any assistance like a shuttle bus, quick passage thru passport or security. And they were nonchalant in terms of “if you miss your connecting flight, it’s your problem...”. Come on, we paid $4,500 for 3 tickets, and deserve better customer service than this, specially when you changed the flight schedule for your operational reasons!

Pros: First time flying El Al. Hopefully my last. They delayed the flight to give three people - two of whom were ladies iver the age of fifty - intensive security screens. I was given one as well. They took my laptop, one of my pbones, my tanlet, and my headphones. This would havr neen bearable if El Al invested in its cabins, but that doesnt seem the case. The headphones provided were similar to models from the 90s (and worked just as well), there was no individual screen for entertainment, and the seats were exceedingly cramped. At least the Wi-Fi was free.

I asked a flight attendant to stop this abuse after I was bumped in head a number of times by a kid that was jumping across a row a seats in front of mine ,the flight attendant told me that I should tolerate this abuse because it was from a kid,then proceeded to tell me that if I did not want to go throughout this abuse ,I should fly in a private plane. I felt irate at such response from a flight attendant and responded that I will never fly Iberia again. I wanted the attendant to talk to the parents and ask them to control their kid from abusing the adjacent passengers.I felt the impulse to talk to the crew chief but decided against it simply because I would do them a favor if they listened. Truthfully I think carriers with such attitudes deserve to go bankrupt and I hope they do.

Cons: In Chicago, again my carryon things and person were extensively searched, to the point that the explosives expert was called to examine my shoes and cell phone!! If anyone would have been trying to get away with something, they were certainly able to with the time and energy wasted on me as I was only anxious to get home to see my grandchildren!!

Cons: I was late to catch my plain to San Francisco 5 minutes because it was too much people at customs and the plain coming from Madrid was 15 to 20 minutes late due to the bad weather. The plain was supposed to departure at 6:30pm and I got there at 6:20pm the agent at the gate told me that the doors were closed and she gave me a plain ticket for the next flight to San Francisco.

Pros: Air hostess were pleasant. Take off and landing were super smooth. Plane was new and very spacious.
Cons: Boarding process was confusing and disorganized. There were no vegetarian food options available for the dinner.

Pros: I liked that I made it from Marrakech to Madrid in one piece.
Cons: Everything. People were getting up, switching seats, in people's way, screaming over other passengers. The crew MAYBE twice said something to the passengers but essentially washed their hands of it. They just let them run amuck. Even when going through some turbulence the pilot came on to tell everyone to sit down. No one did, but the air stewards also didn't say anything. Do you know what it's like to have an unwanted man's private area in your face for several minutes while he holds a conversation, though you ask him to move, but he continues? It's disrespectful. Then when boarding, they opened the front and back doors, so people were coming in both ways. People in seat 7A were coming from the back to the front and people in 23C were coming from the front to the back. Literally a handful of people on this flight had consideration for others and let them pass. Others were just shoving their way through, or exhaustively waiting for someone to finally stop talking and get in their seat, so they could pass. It was a nightmare. And still, the crew did nothing.

Pros: The entertainment was good and some flight attendants were very polite.
Cons: The last thing I would ever expect from a flight attendant is negligent behavior. A child aged around 5 years old clearly unattended by parents throughout the entire 9 1/2 hour flight to Chicago was not only being disruptive but his behavior could have placed him in danger. From banging the table shut successively against the chair, to walking on top of the seat and placing his hands in the monitor behind him not allowing me to see my screen. Furthermore, his feet and legs dangled and kicked the person immediately next to him across the aisle, creating a dangerous environment for himself and for others as he could have gotten hurt from somebody or a cart passing through. I proceeded to express my concern for the child's safety and the flight attendant expressed these matters are delicate and refused to engage the parent in any type of conversation. This child's screams and incessant yelling lasted the entirety of my flight, hindering ANYBODY from sleeping or watching their entertainment without interruption. Hopefully in the future when faced with not only an extremely disruptive family but a clinically uneasy child, flight attendants will make an effort to at least announce the importance of respecting other people's flight experience. Needless to say this is the very last time I ever fly Iberia. This matter was not only brought to the crew's attention once but three times by three different people.

Cons: When we arrived at AirPort El Dorado, we discovered that our flight was cancelled/has been changed without warning us! They scheduled us a new flight with Vianca and Iberia: Bogotá-Madrid + Madrid-Brussels. My partner and I could not sit together on any of these flights! 1 of 10 hours and of 2 hours! I would NOT recommend AA to anyone! This was full responsability of AA!

Cons: I could not check in online. Boarding was a mess. The plane was a mess odvesly old and in poor shape. The food was bad.

Cons: Wasn't able to board in Munich still stuck their ... They wouldn't work with me to either give a refund full or partial and weren't able to give me a credit to rebook at a later date ... I was unable to board due to an error on my green card that I was unaware of ... Iberia says I is considered a no show and wouldn't budge ... Once I'm able to reschedule my flight I will be looking at other airlines
