Flew with a 1st class upgrade to DFW and upon missing the connection to DSM (imputable to AA) I would have expected AA to have me await my later conection (3 hrs AA 2488) in the Admiral’s club especially after having paid for the upgrade. Instead, the bozo at the Admiral’s Club entrance in Terminal A A23 indicated that only Mexico City passengers were allowed into the Club even if as a GDL passenger I had a 1st class boarding pass. Poor and misguided management of the moment of truth on behalf of your employee with a 1 Million Miler customer. My experience recently with Delta and United has been with more open minded, customer centric and better trained airline staff. Disappointing and hope someone will read this and let me know that my note was heard. What is next?"

Cons: "I asked the woman at the gate prior to boarding if there were electrical outlets on the plane. She looked it up and said, its an Airbus, yes they have outlets at each seat. I didn't worry too much about charging my devices at my layover because I knew I could charge them on the plane. When I got on it was clear that there was no outlets, no video on the backs of seats, no devices being handed out for purchase. Nothing. I'm definitely used to more updated planes, but I would have been ok without the misinformation. I ended up on a 4 hr flight bored out of my gourd—which could have been avoided."

Charging service fee for help to get a boarding pass is uncalled for, since many older people are traveling."

Cons: "The main problem was that when I checked in online, I tried to add on more piece of luggage—for a total of 2 checked in. But the computer ended up totaling it as 3 pieces of luggage. There seemed to be no way to change this online. So I asked them to change it when I got to the airport, but they wouldn’t. What was done couldn’t be changed. Another issue I have is with this review questionnaire. They are questions for rating the food and entertainment which the airlines don’t provide anymore. These should be removed from the survey. They should, however, ask how was the process of making the reservation, check-in, and customer service in general. Both from the airline, and any third party service like kayak or kiwi. I’m not satisfied with kiwi as they were closed when I tried to call them. So I had to just fend for myself and spend money needlessly."

That's when they started pulling people that were flying to LA(flight 918) out of the line to check them in so they could board. I didn't like the fact that once we boarded the plane, we sat for 40 minutes. Not moving at all. The entire flight was bumpy, although not the pilots fault. Very uncomfortable. We were skipped for no reason when the flight crew was handing out the customs paper. Then we were also skipped when they were handing out the drinks and food(which isn't free anymore). Not even water was free"

Cons: "Bag check is expensive at $40/per. Nickel and dime passengers for everything. Fare was cheap so I guess it was worth it. Online check-in was a big pain, since Frontier had incorrect/missing information (name-was that Kayak's fault or Frontier? I don't know.). When I attempted to correct it, they changed my fare to full price. Allowed check-in to timeout and eventually successfully completed without corrections so that fare was unchanged."

Cons: "frontier has become a "no bells and whistles" airline. None of the seats recline. You must pay extra for ANY carry-on besides a purse or one personal item. No free beverages or snacks of any kind. No in-flight music or tv monitor. If you want a specific seat, that also costs extra. It feels like a very basic no frills commuter bus, fine for short trips but don't expect any comfort."

Also, couldn't get Frontiers new mobile app to let me sign in for flight.. help desk said just go to the airport to sign in. So why bother with the app? AND when I bought tickets that seemed like a decent deal, found out AFTER buying tickets that baggage, carry-ones and most regular seats all have additional fees. I paid an extra $107.00JUST to sit down and bring my clothes in a bag."

Cost more to carry on than check in??? Also, on my flight to Ft Myers, there was a family with several young children (Twins under 4 yr, a 5 yr old and 7 yr old?). They were NOT seated together...not even the twins. Different rows for each member of the family...The flight attendants did NOT help, so as passengers, we moved around to accommodate the family's needs. One of the twins was quite upset and not feeling well, so the mother was holding her and the flight attendant stated that she was required to be seated in her own seat. On my flight back, the flight was sold out...I boarded the plane and realized someone was in my seat...I didn't not care, nor did I require any specialized seating. I informed the attendant and she did nothing until I asked her..."Where would you like me to sit" She shrugged her shoulders, so I asked the person in the seat to check her ticket and I would seat in her seat. The attendant verified that seat and said "Good" The gentleman in the seat beside me was traveling with a toddler, who during the trip needed a diaper change. Unfortunately, there were NO places to change her, NO suggestions from the attendants, so I got up so he could use my seat to lay her down and do what was necessary. After completing the task, NO attendant asked for his trash or came with a bag to dispose of the dirty diaper. Simple acts of kindness and using common sense would really be a benefit..."

Cons: "Airline charges for everything. Employees at the front desk didn't seem coordial or respectful to each other. It seemed very unprofessional. I booked the flight to arrive in Indiana at 7pm. They changed the flight to leave Denver at midnight without notifying. It is a remarkable difference of hours. They only have a flight in the morning or really late at night to Indiana. The staff on the airplane was nice. However the seat are uncomfortable and no complemtary treats or drinks are offered."
Pros: "The crew were never short or rude at least."
Cons: "Poor handling of delay. Announced a maintenance problem, due to bird strike, which itself is understandable and I certainly wouldn't want to have that rushed, but at one point they said it would only be another 10 min. Ended up being something like a 5hour delay. They wouldn't just tell us it was a significant delay, but instead kept announcing "any minute now." Offered food vouchers eventually, but many of the few places we could use it were closed by then. Stranded in the airport."
Pros: "Low fare but lay over too long I will only fly non-stop in the future. Service personnel were pleasant."
Cons: "Flying into Denver was delayed because of storm and lightning. I will avoid any lay-over next trip. Food selection wasn't good."
Pros: "The crew was very accommodating and pleasant."
Cons: "If I had known that Frontier charges for carry on baggage, I would have chosen another flight. I usually fly United or Air France and I shall do the same from now on. There was 0 leg room and the "tray" is only a few inches deep, which hardly fits a laptop. I was surprised they didn't charge for the use of the bathroom. I am sure that is next. I have to say the majority of people around me were expressing the same sentiments. I was also assigned the middle seat in the very last aisle. A flight attendant moved me to a better seat as soon as he could. I was very happy it was only a 2 hour flight."
Pros: "For a short trip that's not overnight or super early this might be an option, but I would NEVER travel Frontier again for a flight over two hours that wasn't during normal business hours. The only positive was that it was a direct flight which was nice."
Cons: "After the fees for checked AND carry on baggage both ways, seats (yes you have to pay for seats after you book for an extra cost if you want to be sat with your party) it really wasn't much cheaper than any other airline. It was super uncomfortable with almost plastic like seats that don't recline, half a tray table that you can't even rest your a cup on let alone your arms, no space between seats or leg room unless you "upgrade" which is a joke because it gives you an extra inch or two, and no drink service even on a a four hour flight. To top it off our return flight which was set for 9:45 pm was delayed over 5 hours with no explanation or accommodations. I've always flown Delta or US Air and WOW what a difference! Lesson learned... Pay the extra $50-$100 to not be miserable for hours on end."
Cons: "my mother in law was supposed to be on a flight Fri morning and was delayed until 2am Saturday in the middle of the night. awful service."
Pros: "The seats didn't recline. The flight was delayed. They lost my bag. I was going for a pool tournament, I was disqualified because I missed beginning of it. Then they lost my pool cue on the way home. They didn't even care about any of my loss. Never again."
Cons: "My flight was delayed and they lost my baggage. I normally wouldn't mind but I missed my pool tournament and they lost my pool cue. They didn't even compensate me for my loss. Never again"
