I like that the flight attendant was very attentive and helpful. The meal menu could have more of an variety of food choices.
The flight was fine, once we got underway. It was more than hour delayed
Arrived 40 min early which was great - sat in runway for 35 min so no gain. Then waited for luggage 45 min. They need to staff accordingly knowing its one of the busiest week in Phx
My flight got rerouted due to crew rest. I was sent to Dallas customer service was not very polite. Was given a $40 room voucher for Motel 6 and $12 to eat with. It delayed me by a day. Where if I would have just stuck with my original flight Arizona was delayed to Cleveland and I could have made it home. They put me on a 9:00 flight out of Dallas to Cleveland without my knowledge or consent. When originally I was told it would be 8:45 a.m. on February 1st. I told them I could not take the 9:00 flight because I did not have anybody to pick me up from the airport at that time. I'm extremely disappointed in how I was treated. And I will not fly American Airlines again.
It would be nice to have some low carb options in the snacks.
The plane was experiencing problems with the HVAC system, it was very cold in the front of the plane and very hot in the back.
I think we deserve more than 25% refund for losing first class seats when having to reschedule flight due to weather.

It’s a 2 1/2 hour flight so good and comfort was not my real concern. Safety, easy, fast was what I was looking for. The crews were great, plane was clean, boarding from CBX was fantastic! Definitely traveling this way again.

We had boarding passes for the next flight but we could not catch the flight in the small airport just because volaris closed the boarding at the counters an hour before for which we had to sepnd almost 3+ hours to catch next flight. There are hardly anyone who can speak english, but thank God, we have found an young man who could not only speak English but helped us book for the next flight. The air crafts are noisy and scary sometimes to hear that squeeking noises during the take off and during the flight. They do not even offer a cup of coffee for free in flight. The prices are super high and the services are zero. That’s pretty much for this airlines in summary.
Unfortunately it was not a good flight got canceled had to be at the airport all night long to get a different flight to another airport my first flight with Volaris was very bad. Poor services

The flight was delayed by two hours. I had paid for extended leg room. Due to the delay, the plane was different and I didn't end up having extended leg room. I finally was able to reach Volaris on Whats App and they gave me an airline credit. I wanted a refund to the credit card since I hardly ever fly Volaris. Other than that, it was a very comfortable flight.
In Mexico charges too much for my luggage and I ask for help and nothing one lady she just disappeared 😡😡😡😡😡never going to fly there
Flight was canceled. Most upsetting was message from Kayak, stating that the flight was canceled and click with Kayak for details regarding rebook, refund details. THERE'S NO INFORMATION PROVIDED BY KAYAK EXCEPT THAT FLIGHT IS CANCELED. AND NOW THIS SURVEY TO FIND OUT HOW WAS THE FLIGHT !!!!!!!

Frontier.. nickel and dime add-ons. Flight late, on time, late again, last minute gate change, arrival gate required a shuttle to the terminal. They sure keep you guessing.. if you like a little chaos and airport anxiety, this is the airline for you!
This is my second time flying with Frontier. My current experience was very favorable. The staff from the gate to the plane was friendly, warm and professional. The food options lacked in my opinion. This area needs some attention in my opinion.
Frontier line changes my flight schedule with out my authorization. They never ask me and with out my concern they cut off 4 hours of my vacation they force my to leave 4 hours early from Puerto Rico.
There was no food and no entertainment, so I'm not sure why these are even in the survey, as my understanding is frontier does not ever offer food without a few, not even a snack, and there are no screens so unless the flight safety talk is our entertainment why ask how we liked it?. One of the flight attendants say in the back of the plane as people filed in to their seats, yelling orders about where to put baggage and telling people to hurry up. It was the least professional experience I've ever had on a flight.
Very well recently! Frontier is improving and less harrassing customer on luggages! Positive!
Good for a budget airline! It was easy to get on, staff was really nice. Can’t say anything about the food or entertainment because it wasn’t available, which is fine.
