Very strict carry on rules meant most of the plane had to gate check their luggage. As is often the case had things that were broken because of this, but I appreciated not being charged to gate check. Otherwise good flight and great crew once on the plane

Some of the Air hostesses are not that friendly. Need improvement
I liked the meatloaf the chicken was awful but the plane was on time and got there and the staff was nice.
They were super friendly bumped me up to exit row free of charge, All flight legs were on time
We had a great flight just wished they had a tv so we can see a movie that would of made my trip excellent.

The flighr attandants were very rude they ignored me didnt offer me anything to drink throughoit the 4 hour flight i feel i was targeted and ignored because i was a darkskin latino man.
Had to go through security at the gate again. Had to take off shoes and go through the whole thing again even though we have global entry. They asked us to check in items bought at duty free during our layover and since we checked our luggage at the original departure airport, they forced us to check in a small backpack. None of this ever happened with other airlines. In addition, no vegetarian food option and no snacks during a 7 hr flight. Luggage limits are unusually small. This is unacceptable. Will NEVER fly Copa again and will tell friends and family to avoid this airline.

Qatar Airways only had spicy meals on the menu in economy class. You might want to get food in the airport before boarding.
The ride share experience in JFK is terrible. After traveling on a flight, then you need to take a subway to the last stop to get an uber or lyft. Unacceptable. Bad job JetBlue for permitting JFK and Port Authority to do this to your passengers.
The flight was two hours late due to a computer fault and resulting maintenance. Nothing was offered as compensation beyond bottles of water during the time we were deplaned and waiting in the terminal.

Four plus hour flight delay in New York caused us to take off after 11:30pm. We didn’t arrive at our hotel until five hours after check in. Started the trip off feeling exhausted.

Plane was in bad shape. TV’s and WiFi didn’t work. Plane need a refresh. Not enough room for bags.

I don’t usually fly budget airlines or airlines in the United States. It was as good as any other airline. The seats are comfortable and the airline attendants are not rude & surly. Very nice flight (s).
I handed in my suitcase in perfect condition at SAL Airport. And in MIA Airport I received it with one corner broken and the wheels bent.
I like the crew members they're very friendly. Clean plane. The flight was on time. I dont like the comfort my car seat its better that the plane seats. They charge for everything. This airline was very good. Now it's a low cost airline
This low cost airline looks and fells more like a local bus. In a 6 hour flight not being able to recline a seat is torture. The only thing available with no charge is a glass of water provided by, mostly, rude staff. Our luggage didn’t arrive

Very uncomfortable planes , poor service on the plane , take your own water so you don’t dehydrate , in a 6 hs flight they sold one time food and beverage . 1 plane was delayed 6 hs , I lost a connecting flight . Then in the way back they announce a delay of 2 hs so I had to take a different flight to arrive on time for my connecting flight . Avoid this airline .
The check in is the only positive thing in Avianca. The seat is the most uncomfortable I have traveled, the distance is minimal.

It was horrible. My experience with Avianca. I didn’t know it was Pakistan international Airlines but anyway, whatever it is it is bad horrible you guys need to upgrade everything in those planes. And you guys charge $130 for a carry-on did they wanna let me in with my carry-on that I travel everywhere with the luggage you guys are such a dog thank you
Horrible. Arrived at my gate at 6:37 for a 6:50 flight and was denied by staff to board. Literally watched my flight leave from the window and it didn’t take off until after 7am. Tried to talk to staff and they were rude beyond compare. Will never fly with this airline again.
We had to sit and wait for almost an hour after landing and taxiing to the gate. The jet bridge was broken so we just waited and waited and waited and it was inconvenient, hot, and unnecessary.
Seats Are hard, Plane was very dirty, used gum stuck on my tray table, wet red liquid under my feet at me seat

The checkin in laguardia was a disaster, scrambling left and right, it was constantly a trying to sell you something, better seat, constantly selling
They didn't let me board with a proper boarding pass. I threw away my bags so that I can board and was defined boarding. Had to take the next flight after paying more.
They cancelled the flight 3 hours prior departure. Had to spend $400 for a ne way flight with Delta Airlines! Spirit Airlines are not serios!
Over SOLD flight. It does not matter that you were able to check in 24 Hours before and confirm your flight. At the airport, the company SPIRIT rep wanted to remove people who pay for lower fares.
