A lot things happened in this trip.The fly should be less stress.
There should be a warning regarding the quality of the aircraft on the website as we reserve the tickets. There was no TV or any type of screen onboard. The wifi they offer is good for nothing. Traveling 9 hours straight with kids and no type of entetainment was horrible. I wish I had been informed prior so I could buy a ticket with another airline. The food was a joke too. A very tiny portion per passenger. They also charged $100 per checked bag. With United I used to pay $60. So, fair to say that I wont be flying Copa anymore. Their aircraft was super old, outdated, no entertainment, with nearly no onboard food.
Very strict carry on rules meant most of the plane had to gate check their luggage. As is often the case had things that were broken because of this, but I appreciated not being charged to gate check. Otherwise good flight and great crew once on the plane
Some of the Air hostesses are not that friendly. Need improvement
I liked the meatloaf the chicken was awful but the plane was on time and got there and the staff was nice.
They were super friendly bumped me up to exit row free of charge, All flight legs were on time
We had a great flight just wished they had a tv so we can see a movie that would of made my trip excellent.

The flighr attandants were very rude they ignored me didnt offer me anything to drink throughoit the 4 hour flight i feel i was targeted and ignored because i was a darkskin latino man.
The crew for the flight was A+ top notch. They were friendly and professional and made the flight a very relaxing and enjoable.
Rude crew member. She seemed annoyed at me without me saying a single word. Also loudly admonished me for having my bag next to my seat instead of tucked away before landing. Just telling me to put it away and guiding me without giving me a lecture would have been enough.
No included food for a 5 hour flight and the entertainment was only accessible if you had wired headphones (not provided). Otherwise though, great and smooth flying and customer service.
They initially informed us that the flight was delayed, but only after waiting an hour for updates. In any event, the flight was canceled, but the way it was handled was really poor and egregious. I feel they handled the situation of informing travelers very irresponsibly. I sat in a wheelchair at the airport for over four hours before finally being told that the flight was canceled.
Crew were fantastic and so catering and wonderful! Full score for the entire crew!
Because of weather and mechanical issues our flight was 4 hours late. The only compensation offered to us was a meal voucher to be used only at Boston Airport and only on the day issued. But by the time it was offered to us all the restaurants were closed, so there was no way to use that offer.

Terrible. They canceled our early morning flight after midnight on the day of and had no available flights to rebook my family on for the next 72 hours. Yet they still had other flights that were not cancelled from JFK so it couldn’t be based on the weather. It felt like they canceled the flight based on it not being profitable enough for them. I am not interested in traveling with the again. The absolute worse customer service and lack of accountability.
Our flight was delayed 5 hours, very disorganized, bad communication, confusion. Only good thing was the crew.
Plane was in bad shape. TV’s and WiFi didn’t work. Plane need a refresh. Not enough room for bags.
Horrible experience with Avianca, they delayed their flight and when we arrived to NYC, AVIANCA took 1 hr y 30 mins to park the airplane and all passenger get off the plane, it made me lost all my trains to get back home and I came back to my place at 3 am instead of 12 am. On the top of that their plane seat are so uncomfortable and is not enough space and killed my legs and knees, Avianca used to be good when it was a Colombian company, now after Brasilian company bought them, their service quality is bad and their flights are delayed and oversold.
It was delayed and I lost my connection flight to Cali and I missed my Mom's funeral
I upgraded to businesses class. Because of that the flight was comfortable.
Provide free food and drinks on an international flight. Add updated head rests
Pros: we leave and arrive on time Cons: the most uncomfortable seats ever. You cant recline at all your seats. No entertainment No TVs flight attendants didn't provide even a glass of water. You have to go to back of the airplane and ask for one. I am Colombian and I remember seeing the flight attendants very neat, elegants which is or was a staple of Avianca.it was one with tennis shoes, no male up, the hair was messy... that was really odd.
I handed in my suitcase in perfect condition at SAL Airport. And in MIA Airport I received it with one corner broken and the wheels bent.
I like the crew members they're very friendly. Clean plane. The flight was on time. I dont like the comfort my car seat its better that the plane seats. They charge for everything. This airline was very good. Now it's a low cost airline
This low cost airline looks and fells more like a local bus. In a 6 hour flight not being able to recline a seat is torture. The only thing available with no charge is a glass of water provided by, mostly, rude staff. Our luggage didn’t arrive
6 hour flight and have to pay for everything 100 dollars to add a carry-on bag is insane
The usb plugs for charging your phone didn’t work, the seats were coarse and hard. Not very comfortable. No inflight WiFi

You can’t beat Spirit’s prices on tickets, especially with the positive experience that comes with it! I appreciated the timeliness of Spirit airlines. The crew in the airport was very kind and wished you a good flight by name. The crew on the flight was attentive and friendly. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience with Spirit.
This was my best experience with spirit. I flew you guys 4 times and I must say this was the BEST
I didn't have a flight because of a ticking problem that was discovered at the airport at checkin for the initial flight of the round trip.
Flight was delayed would have liked it to have been on time. I didn't experience the food or entertainment but the boarding process was smooth and the flight crew worked well together and did a great job!

I know Spirit gets a lot of criticism, but I've taken three flights recently and all were very good, and tremendous value. On my most recent one, they randomly assigned me to a very comfortable exit row seat! The flight was on time and the boarding process was smooth, and the crew was friendly. No complaints!
My experience with spirit was horrible I had to spend a extra $100 to check in my bag when I already purchased my ticket even when I got to my gate to get my seat the attendant didnt say anything until I was boarding the plane..also to make matters worst I been flying from Florida to New york and Florida to Atlanta often this was my 4th trip to Atlanta with the same bag and never had this problem till yesterday so im extremely upset and I wasnt even giving a reason for the change the attendant just gave a attitude and wouldn't answer me at all
I've flown two Spirit flights recently - boarding for one was somewhat chaotic, with the board listing the wrong flight and causing much confusion; boarding for the other was very smooth and easy. My seat (for which I did not pay extra) was a bit narrow and without great legroom, but it was fine for a NY-Florida trip and was more than worth the low price I paid. The crew was friendly and one flight landed early and the other was only very slightly delayed. All in all a very good experience.
