Nobody informed us of anything what the delay was etc. it was handled horribly by Jet Blue staff. We were t offered vouchers nothing.

Cons: The fact that I was 3 minutes late to check my bag (due to a line and walking to the wrong counter the first time) and they would not allow me to go on my original flight and route my bag on another flight. This resulted in me and my bag getting pushed on two new flights and my overall travel time going from 4.5 hrs to 11 hrs which with a 15 month old is an eternity. Many other airlines will allow you to make exceptions when checking in late (I was still nearly 40 minutes prior to flight departure) and let me still check a bag OR allow me and my baby to stay on the same flight without the bag.

Cons: Our flight was delayed 2 hours because the crew was comprised of members from flights delayed by the snowstorm. Even though gate attendants knew they were on their way, attendants refused to let us board until the crew was all on board. Then we had to wait some more....... Also they were lax on pre-boarding announcements, not letting families with children on first. And waiting until each group was fully boarded before announcing the next. Plus the enunciation of various announcements was difficult to understand and/or way too fast. It wasn't funny.

Normally, I enjoy flying JetBlue however, this weekend's round trip was disappointing. My 1st flight was delayed about 5 hours and the return flight was delayed as well.

(After that long delay) The incident on the plane- the passengers had to take action and not the flight attends when a passenger threaten by another passenger. A good Samaritan came to the woman's aid and ensure she was safe by switching her seat. Prior to this, another passenger had to use her call button to try to notify the flight attends because the woman was unable to. (That was her second attempt to notify the attendants). I am unclear to why her first attempt to change seats was not taken under consideration by the flight attended. The alleged passenger was clearly intoxicated and had fallen on the women. The flight attends did intervened after the flight landed at FLL. The woman was detained on the plane along with the alleged passenger. Once again, I am not sure if that was wise. The woman could have been taken off the plane safely and quested at the gate at a safe distance. The alleged passenger was too intoxicated to comply with the flight attends requests to disembark the plan. I would have liked for the JetBlue flight attends to be more proactive or at the very least to keep an eye on the situation to ensure it did not escalate. This all could have been avoided if the woman's 1st request to change her seat to one of the many available seats was granted. Better ye,t for this alleged passenger to have never been able to board the plane in his condition. It was physically noticeable and the surrounding passengers stated they could smell the alcohol on him. Disappointed!
Pros: I loved that the pilot on my first flight introduced himself and staff to the customers prior to loading the plane. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The leg-room! The leg room was a great surprise. No hassle with bags. Great snacks, wi-fi and movies for FREE! I was so tickled. I've never flown JetBlue. I thought it was just another low-cost airline that makes you pay for everything , what a nice surprise! I immediately gave you a shout-out on my facebook account. Cons: 1. Forced to check carry on because of a pocket in the front when other passengers were allowed to bring actual suitcases which were taken right before boarding. Apparently JetBlue has a quota to meet as to how many people they charge for carry on luggage. 2. Refused to allow me to request my seat ahead of time to try and charge a $50 fee for an upgraded seat, even though by purchasing a ticket, I am guaranteed a seat on the plane. 3. Late once again. So far every flight taken by JetBlue this year has been late. My only on time flight this year has been with Delta. I do believe they are the new Spirit Airlines in disguise. This airline has been moved to the bottom of my list. I may take them once more but it depends on how many points I have with them, if it's enough to cover a free trip. If it doesn't, I will forfeit as the aggravation and nasty behaviour at the check in counter especially at LaGuardia is too much to take. They are also every discriminatory at that airport also, especially the people who work at JetBlue. I have to take responsibility for keep trying. It the same as beating a dead horse and expecting it to get up and run.

Cons: My in flight entertainment never worked. All I had available to look at was the JetBlue commercial channel showing me all of the entertainment I wasn’t able to watch. Not even the live view map worked. One of the attendants said something about resetting the system but I didn’t notice a change. I said something to one of the attendants a little later and she tried doing a reset again, but still no success. I could see other screens working fine and people were watching various programs while I just stared at a static map of the continental United States. Oh well, at least I was able to stream Netflix because of the free inflight WiFi.
Cons: I came to the airport 11:30am asked to rebook for earlier flight which wasn’t possible unless 75$ charged. I decided to wait till 4:16pm departure that ended being 3:50 am the next day. Meanwhile it took several hours to receive water and pretzels, pizza finally came after 9 hr wait(which gave me heartburn). Ground crew disorganized feeding us excuses of weather (wx) which initially was a landing gear problem for first 1.5 hr delay then again WX and ATC not assigning a route(while other airlines departing no problem) then crew timed out then no plane & again waiting for crew...Seriously? What a management!!! Reading comments below this keeps repeating however this was about 13 hours delay. This company should quit!

Cons: Booked this flight to get a ride home, and in time for dinner with family. Flight was delayed 50 min. because of a delay in the arrival of the plane (not weather). During boarding process they were allowing people to get up and move around before takeoff, delaying over another 10min. When we finally arrived at 9:10 to the gate, another plane was at the gate and we did not get into the gate until 9:25. Thus, by the time the flight arrived I needed to get other transportation, cost me $25 and additional 30min. waiting for ride. This resulted in getting me home almost 2 hours late. Additional feedback: I book an aisle seat because I like being able to lift the arm on the outside, not available on this flight. I don't recall the plug for the headphones being down so far in the arm rest, thus struggled to find the plug.

Cons: copa airlines changed the timeline of my ticket from 10 hours to 22 hours duration one month before my flight back. When I landed in Panama there were no United representatives to issue me my boarding pass. For the next 14 hours I went up and down the airport to find help. When I finally went to the designated gate the Hnited representative told me this miscommunication happens all the time between Copa and United and there is nothing she can do. This is bad business and the customers have to suffer the consequences. I won't use this flight route again.

I am from united states and I don't know speak in spanish, that was a totally lack of respect for the people who work in Copa. The flight attendant inside the plane didn't speak english, her treated was the worst! She asked me to change my seat, I was sitting in an emergency seat and she decided to put there an old woman who had 65 years old approximately instead of me that I am 35 years old and the only problem is that I don't speak spanish!!! Then she offered me something to eat talking to me in spanish and knowing that I don't understand that language. I felt humillate because at the end of the flight she said in english "Have a nice day Sir"???!!!!! It supposed that she didn't know english, so I felt that she was playing. It was my first time flying with Copa Airlines and I had the worst experience ever travelling with them!
Cons: Boarding gate/room was extremely small for the number of passengers taking flight 302 from PTY to LAX. The room is encased by glass walls, once you enter this room you are not able to leave and return to the room due to security. The only choice left was to stay in an air conditioning deprived room (88 degree aoutside) without chairs or a spot on the floor to sit, all the chairs and the floor were taken. It was very hard to patiently wait for the boarding call while standing up and drenching.

On May 10, flight 265 they provide me with one up to the boarding door and advice me that they did not have personnel to provide the service from there to the plane entrance. That also happen to other people that were handicap. After discussions and protest they provide one person to move one by one the persons that were handicap.

Staff was pleasant but for some reason desk agent told us that the flight was completely sold out and without telling us, put my wife and I in middle seats in different rows. We were at airport very early and didn't realize until boarding what she had done. In flight staff assisted on the flight and moved us to an exit row where we were able to sit together. Luckily I counted at least 6 open seats and in the end we were happy. I'm not sure why she did what she did. Ironically, she (gate agent) was incredibly nice. Maybe it was simply and honest mistake.

Even when the flight attendants picked up the trash. They were informed after the flight they did not comply with CDC, Department of health, and state policies. Their response was “ I made announcements overhead. Didn’t you hear?”. Appalling endangering customers and disregarding Federal, State, and local policies.

I was informed by anAA employee they the connection is frequently missed due to similar problems. 2. Flight attendants and gate agents will bankrupt the airline with their horrible attitude. - they should be fired.

Cons: I take this flight quite a lot. These comments are for this flight (MIA/MSP) - but not necessarily only for this exact flight that I took on 10/1. To be clear - the crew says "this is not AA", it is Republic Airlines". Well, they must think of themselves very poorly. Their food in first class is always changing - oh, I meant only the names for the same exact meal change. "Grilled Chicken with Couscous", "Grilled Chicken with Risotto", etc.. - all cold meals as they do not have an oven/microwave? on the plane. They are charging first class international prices for economy domestic service. For this amount of money, they should have better meals and a more modern airplane. The first class is always freezing (even in summer) while the rear cabin where the crew stays when not working, is hot. So if they make the first class happy with the correct temperature, they cook in the back. I have also observed more people than usual coughing and getting colds - both ways - than any of the other flights I take regularly (over 115,000 miles on AA this year). I would suggest that AA make it clear that Republic must offer better service to their customers - especially for the large airfares they are receiving.
Pros: The plane was not busy so services took about 5 minutes, everyone had 2 seats minimum and generally quiet. Had it been busy, it would have been different in that seats were not very wide, aisles very small, if the seat in front reclines and you don't, you can't see your screen and not a lot of space in general.

On their own with nothing else and it arrived 30 minutes before we landed so very rushed. On a 9.5hr flight the 2nd meal needed to be an actual meal and come sooner than it did.

It was of size to cram into my carry on so I did that, but American staff demonstrated concern, had a sense of humor and helped me get a comfortable seat to sort of take some of the sting away. All that was great of them I was aware of being in an upgraded seat. No complaints, but it stung a little because I was deeply aware of the reinforcement of class. The small, extra comforts were wonderful and I wish everyone had them while risking their lives together over the ocean - especially the extra room At times, on the way over I felt a claustrophobic panic. But to stay positive, they were kiind, sympathetic, funny, sweet. I appreciate them.
Cons: The original booked flight was about 12 hours before the rebooked flight. We got up at about 2:00 am to leave for the airport at 3:30 am for a 6:30 am flight. We were all packed and booked our ride and shuttinlpg down the computer at the last minute when we noticed an mail after midnight telling us the flight was cancelled. We called and were told there was nothing they could do, due to connections and this was entirely their fault. Approximately 12 hours later we took a “red eye” thus arriving a day late for our hotel and car reservations. We were charged baggage fees and not sure if our priority boarding will be refunded.
Cons: My flight from SFO to Miami was delayed so I missed my connection to Rio and now I’m NYC on my birthday instead of my final destination. The flight status was changed 7 times. And AA said they would get my bag off but they did not and now I have to wait at JFK and hope it got rerouted here. And if it didn’t to hope it can on another flight before I hopefully actually get on a flight for Rio. Nobody has comped me for losing a day in Rio and for my hotel room. And this has been the worst flight exeperience or my life which unfortunately landed on my birthday. One I’ll remember in a sad and bad way. American Airlines refused to compensate me because I got my tickets via Kayak and I haven’t been able to find a number to complain to a Kayak agent whom I sure would say I had to contact American Airlines and nobody would help or take responsilvitu for this disaster.
Pros: The planes were on time. On our way down to Cozumel. The pilot let me 4-year-old son see the cockpit. Which was AWESOME, they were great As well as the flight crew on the way down. The trip down was terrific, If AA had this level of service all the time I would fly with them all the time.
Cons: The trip home was more of what i expected from AA. The check-in process was slow and i was overcharged for my bike, On the way down it was $25 the same price as previous AA flights, On other airlines, it also just counts as a piece of luggage. On the way home i was charged $150 oversized luggage, yet it was <50 lbs and within the size limits. The flight crew was not overall friendly. Very business like and not warm at all. If they were a restaurant i would not be returning. The locks on my bike case were both broken off. the case was not locked. Nor was this done by TSA as they would have left a note as they have previously done.
Cons: No movies or other entertainment that I could find

Pros: Tiny airplane but single flght crew managed my and from what I could see fellow passengers needs commendably. Whilst I didn't like needing to hand in my carry on (without much warning so I didn't have time to pull out a magazine to read) on the plus side it was stored well as my suit carrier came out unscathed and you get your bags curb side as soon as the plane lands so you don't have to wait for the rest of the bags to unload.
Cons: Because the airplane is so small there is not much room to move in the aisle (thankfully most people just sat down for the short flight), also you have to hand in your carry on baggage so that it is stored with the main bags.

Cons: During boarding, we were pulled out of the line. The attendant that diverted us did not explain why he diverted us. Our boarding passes were printed by our hotel as were many others that we saw. We went to a desk where another individual started asking question about our life and where we were going. Still, no one thought it was necessary to explain what part of the process or what exactly is going on. The man that diverted us, I'll bet, does not have reasons or any idea why he diverted us. I hate to think that he did it because we were Black Americans.

Cons: The flight could have left on time instead the crew allowed passengers to continue to board 15mins after we were supposed to have taken off. The pilot was inexperienced and we had a hard landing. Lastly the flight attendants seemed like they wanted to be anywhere else but on the plane.
Cons: I had an issue with their policy on face masks. I came wearing one, but was told that my mask was not allowed because it had some sort of filter/valve on it. Now I do understand the theory behind not allowing masks with valves, because they are supposed to let moisture out. But there are two layers of material that stood between my face and the filter/valve of my mask. Besides for an N95, I have not seen a mask where there was no material blocking the inner side of the filter/valve. I could have simply ripped the filter/valve off the mask and there wouldn't have been an issue, because my mask would still have no holes, and would be a complete face covering. The implication I got from this experience was that material itself does nothing to keep particulates from passing through, which means that we are all wearing masks as a placebo to keep people from panicking.

Cons: couple of issues: #1.Spirit Website and Mobile apps keep crashing and several of us who booked your airlines were not able to utilize mobile boarding passes. In the age of mobility this User Experience (UX Design) should be a priority. #2. When we were trying to leave Costa Rica again we had issues with your Bar Code Scanners. We were able to download on our phone but when we go to customs after waiting in long lines we were told that they were not accepting Spirit airlines bar codes. You were the only airlines with long lines. Not even the kiosk was able to print boarding passes so we had to wait in long lines just to get a print out from the service desk.

Cons: After I spoke with another individual he understood what had happened with maintenance on the front end of MSP and that I would've made my FTL flight to SJO had the flight left at 6am like it should've not 3pm. He said nervously that he'd have to talk w/ the supervisor again, where she came back & tried to fight about weather issues from BOS to FTL..but she didn't take a second to understand that I was delayed from maintenance in MSP which didn't allow me to leave til 3pm vs 6 am. If i had made my MSP flight at 6am, I would've made my flight in BOS at 2:45 and therefore caught my FTL to SJO flight at 11pm. He then talked her through it once again, and she gave me a voucher very begrudgingly. Wrong person to have in this sort of position there. I didn't catch her name, but she was a very unprofessional supervisor working the late night shift at 11pm in FTL at spirit ticketing desk.
Cons: When we flew in from Montego Bay to Fort Lauderdale and we had to go through customs; no flight member told us that we had to get our bags from baggage to take through customs with us and then if you had a connecting flight, that you would need to re-check your baggage and go through TSA again. Also, we were not informed that if we had duty-free liquids to put them in your baggage that you would have to re-check. Needless to say, I had to find a box to put my duty-free liquids in to have checked at the ticket counter before I was able to go through TSA. It was a terrible flying experience and I will not be flying with Spirit airlines again.
Cons: Flight was at 6:30 I arrived at 5:00 and was waiting on line to check in and told me it was to late- even though I was on time ! I missed my cousins wedding and had to pay a fee of $100 just to jump on the next flight! I wasn't the only person either there was 7 more SPIRIT CUSTOMERS with the same issue- it seem like they were over booked and didn't care ! On top of that my small carryon bag was 100$ for round trip- that's insane! Spirit check in worker we're so rude and nasty and didn't care about their customers! Spirit airlines should be shut down- they steal and play with there customers! I DESERVE MY MONEY BACK OR THE FEE WAVED BECAUSE THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ! Cons: When we arrived to check in, we were immediately told we would not be making our connection, we would be staying in Florida for the night and there was absolutely no other solutions to be discussed and pushed to the side. When I tried to speak with the woman at the counter inside at the gate, she continued to talk on her cell phone, telling me "no, I do nothing for you." I finally said we need to figure out a way to negotiate something, can we please see if any other flights are available that would put us closer to South Carolina. After she reluctantly hung up her cell phone, she searched and said she had a flight to Atlanta but we would be "stuck" there on our own with no luggage and she couldn't do anything about that either. I said I would drive from Atlanta to South Carolina as I absolutely needed to be back the following morning. She said she would make the switch but whatever else happens is on us and not to call her again. She said we would have to retrieve our luggage in South Carolina the following afternoon as she couldn't get our luggage to the Atlanta plane so "don't even ask." I kindly asked her to put my luggage through to our first stop, Florida, we would handle it ourselves. We arrived in Florida, ran to baggage, collected our bags and had them transferred to the Atlanta plane, and ran back through security to make our flight. I can completely understand weather being an issue that calls for no reimbursement, however, the absolutely rudeness and lack of social skills and empathy of the spirit team was disheartening. We will not even attempt to spend money our money with spirit and see if we have a better outcome next time. I will not be recommending this airline and asked my friends to choose another airline for their trip so they would not be treated the same way.
Cons: I was in Haiti flying back to Ft Lauderdale, arrive at the airport early, check in, go through security, have a seat to then find out my flight was delayed. Annoying but not the end of the world. A few minutes go by and an airport staff (not even a Spirit staff) comes over and says an announcement is being made and we need to go to the ticket counter. Get to the ticket counter and find out our flight is cancelled and there won't be another Spirit flight out of Haiti for two days!!! No effort was made to get us on a different airline, to refund our money instantly, to offer comps, not even to be empathetic. We all had to rush to other airlines and buy different flights home which cost an exorbitant amount. But the only other option was to stay stranded and homeless in Haiti. When I called Spirit later on that day, during a long layover, they gave me a hard time about refunding my money. It's been a week later and I still have not received all my money back. Never ever ever again will I fly Spirit.
