Cons: "We didn’t know that Alaska Airlines doesn’t have blankets for its passengers. We were not prepared, because this was our first time flying with Alaska Airlines. We were so cold during our flight from Honolulu to Washington DC."

Pros: "The crew was very kind and the in flight entertainment was perfect. I didn't have headphones so I was ready to purchase some, but Alaska gives them out for FREE. The seats were also one of the most comfortable (for coach standards) I've been in."
Cons: "Not a huge deal but I'm one of those people who are alwayscold and got cold on the flight. Unfortunately they don't have blankets but I had a hoodie that flight attend got down for me that worked just fine. Also, no complimentary food, so just make sure to stock up before boarding."

Cons: "The flight was good but when we landed at Sea-Tac airport, we had to wait 1 hour and 50 minutes to get to our gate!!! It was 2 hours before we got off the plane. We missed our Sea-Tac shuttle to take us to Oak Harbor and had to reschedule. We just made the next one and it cost us to reschedule. Thank goodness they had room for us on the next shuttle!!! Not very happy!!! It was no fault of the Alaska pilots or crew but the management of the airlines!!"

Cons: "I found the aisle seats to be more uncomfortable than the inner seats. There was less room under the seat for baggage and feet and I got my elbow banged pretty bad by a cart (I had fallen asleep). I also think it is lame to be charged for basically everything but a drink and a cracker on a 5+ hour flight. We get nickle and dimed for everything. $10 for each food item, $10 for a movie screen (what happened to the good old days with free in flight movies?). We have to pay to check luggage ($25 bucks). We normally avoid flying if humanly possible because it is in general too much stress and too expensive but we prefer Southwest airlines if they will go to our destination. Bags are included with their tickets!"

Pros: "The flight was OK except that they ran out of food to sell and apparently you could order ahead of time but at least for us in the back of the plane was nothing left."

Pros: "What did I like about my flight?...Not much! Was not allowed to pick seat assignment during reservations.Called two days before returning for seat assignment...Told must do at airport day of. Arrived at airport 6 hours early day of and was assigned 31F (only32rows) tried to change as I really wanted near front, isle seat... was turned down but guy and wife in line behind me changed thier's from back to row 6.... I endured 31F surrounded by sick coughing, sniffing, snotty nosed, sneezing people and crying children for next 6 hours...I've been back almost a week and just now feeling well enough to venture out...I will never travel Alaska airlines if they won't give me an acceptable seat assignment... Hawaiian Airlines trip there was wonderful!"

Cons: "First off the back flight attendants were rude. When I got up to use the restroom unfortunately it was while they were still serving drinks, I was in seat 6F and I said excuse me to see if I can pass them to use the restroom but I was ignored. So I patiently stand behind them until about row 20 and at this point the lady says oh just use first classes restrooms so I go. While in first class that attendant says I can't use this one and then another one tells me just go ahead by time I get back to my seat the cpatian comes on the intercom to tell everyone rows 6-30 something to only use the back 3 lavatories.. On top of that the hot plates made me and my husband sick!"

Cons: "Female flight attendant ( don't know her name but she was wearing little eyeglasses,) was not very nice. I asked her what kind of juice she had and she grabbed the card from the seat in front of me and without saying a word stuck it in my face. Very impatient. she seem to be in a hurry so I was irritated and asked her to just give me a water. When I asked for water, she replied by saying "After all of that, that's all you want? ". Very unpleasant experience."

Pros: "On time (or early). Very friendly service. Power outlets for each seat. Free Mai Tai on return to Honolulu. Chicken meal for purchase was tasty and appropriate value. Fast baggage service. Ticket fare was below other airlines."
Cons: "No included entertainment. I know it's the norm for the industry, but beverage service is infrequent and pretzels hardly do much to curb appetite. Offering drinks for purchase more frequently would be nice. Coach seats were not uncomfortable but they are rarely wide or have enough leg room to score a 5 on comfort."

Cons: "Delayed on boarding and than delayed on landing...if you have an Apple iPad or phone you would've to download an app on the ground so before take off in order to watch movies while flying so basically I wasn't able to view any of the entertainment inflight because I didn't have the gogo app on my phone/ipad and my flight was at least 5 to 6 hr HI to San Diego...plus internet was unavailable throughout entire flight...woke up and first thing I saw was a flight attendant picking of her food from her teeth using her fingers not just for a few seconds but minutes and it didn't even phase her loll smh"

Cons: "When the flight attendants came thru with dinner offers I was not offered a dinner. When they came thru with drinks I said yes but I also wanted a dinner but wss not offered one. The attendant was very hostile and said well there are a lot of you and only a few of us. We're gonna miss some people. What do you want I can get it. But it wasn't a friendly offer, it sounded more resentful. This was an almost 6 hour flight. Later when they went thru again to offer snacks they made a big production to ask me loudly if I wanted one. Even opening her eyes very widely and saying are you sure? I could tell it was because I had complained earlier. But I didn't even really complain. I just said I didn't get offered a meal, on an almost 6 hour flight, and I wanted one."

They were coughing and choking and looked miserable I feel sorry for the people that were sitting in front of them that were getting coughed on I feel when someone showing that much sickness the flight attendants should I have them wear masks because now me and who knows how many other people got sick because of them or at least offer the healthy people the masks Nothing bad on the airline part but for the sake of their passengers that would have been nice ."

Plane took off almost two hour later/delay due mechanical, paper works and refueling problems according to the captain. 2. During the over 5 hours flight, passengers had to suffer almost 3 hours of hard air turbulence. 3. A passenger with medical problem during the flight had to treated by another passenger (doctor) and our plane landed in emergency. The flight was one of the worst I have had so far. I will rethink before choose Alaska next time."

Pros: "The Alaska flight was on time and arrived in Bellingham on time. They was no delays or hitches. The flight was very full and one of the bathroom did not work. Some of the attendants was not very professional."

Flight attendants were right behind me and their family's were on the flight and they were loud the hole time talking and laughing in the back or the plane. Also in and out of overhead bumping into me over and over. Also had people bump into me so they could walk by. Totally disrespectful and rude to a lot of the people on board. Also had family in back of plane talking to them and takeing up room and being loud in the rest room in back of plane."

Pros: "Check-in at the Honolulu Airport was good and ground crew were very helpful. It was a red-eye flight, so did not eat or use any onboard entertainment. Overall a very good experience with Alaska Airlines."

Cons: "Older plane so the entertainment system was dated and the touch screen didn’t work for me in certain areas, but otherwise it was a great flight. Efficient customs in Minneapolis as well!"

Cons: "My sister’s checked in luggage was in poor shape when we got it in Albany. We noticed an outside compartment was unzipped. So we checked to see if anything was missing and a souvenir from Mexico was gone. Then we realized a zipper was missing from the luggage and then decided to check all the other compartments and realized her bag of jewelry was gone. The woman at baggage services in Albany told us Delta is not responsible for lost belongings. Also tried to tell us theft is not an issue because there are cameras everywhere. Well you are telling someone that is missing a bag of jewelry that theft is not a problem. Also, there may be cameras everywhere but I doubt anyone is going to review those cameras to see what happened. I will never fly Delta again."

Pros: "Everything was on time and ran smoothly. The seats have more room than most airlines. They were generous with drinks and snacks."

Pros: "I needed extra space because of my pregnancy, but didn't realize I couldn't upgrade my seat online or at check in. I was advised to tell the Boarding attendants I needed extra space and they promptly changed my seat and let me preboard. I'm so grateful and I had a wonderful flight back home. I was also very sick, so it was a relief knowing I could rest comfortably before arriving home to my children."

Didn't get the seats my wife and originally booked with China Southern/Delta, but the substitution was quite adequate! Problems with checking in on flights, as neither airline seemed to be able to deal with this split ticket! But they tried very hard to make thing up to us, which goes a long way to making us feel like we are valued customers!"

They were not keeping folks distanced from each other, they did not make sure that all the passengers had masks (I understand that people might take them off in flight briefly to drink etc but there were people that walked right on without masks on at all) The flight was FULL. They did a full drink/snack down the aisle thing ensuring that everyone packed into that small space would all be taking off their masks at the same time (if they still had it on in the first place). I did not feel safe at all."

Pros: "The trip started off poorly with a day delay and rebooking hotel and car at final destination. Not to mention our final destination is San Antonio not Phoenix. We were not rebooked for a flight from PHX to SAT. But after a few hours we were finally booked. We didn’t really appreciate the 7 hour layover at 0100 in the morning and nowhere to get a meal or even coffee. However, the flight had the same crew from the night prior and they were excellent. The flight was open so we were able to get more leg room, less waiting time for the bathroom, and pretty much one on one service from our flight attendants. With all the struggle in the beginning, this particular flight was actually the best flight I have been on."
Cons: "We were ok with the hotel and meal vouchers however, again, the only part of our itinerary looked at was the first flight, not the second into SAT. Had we not questioned the agent, we would have been stuck in PHX with no room, no car, and if we eventually would have gotten a flight, our reservations for car and hotel in SAT would have been cancelled and I would have been out $1700. I already lost money but it could have been worse. Basically, I am paying for a car and room that I am not currently in. Reimbursement for that would have been nice. Either way we will still travel using the travel service and this particular airline in the future."

What wasn't told to us was we would lose our seats and be put on the bottom of a waiting list. We were able to board bc other passengers did not show up, however we no longer had our seat preference, so I had a middle seat, although I'm a service member with a left knee issue so my seat needs to be an isle one. Also, there were no food choices that did not account for my allergy."

Cons: "My luggage was inexplicably placed on a later flight which arrived an hour after my flight arrived."

Cons: "I arrived at HNL nearly 2 hours before my flight. The check-in procedures at HNL were very poor. There were not enough operating machines to help passengers check-in. In fact, there appeared to be more non-functioning machines .than working ones which created a huge backlog of passengers. We then had to wait in another long line to have our bagged checked and boarded. This was one of the worse situations I've seen in a very long time."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Employees seemed like they didn’t like working for American. Flight was delayed and nobody informed us about it until it was past the past the boarding time. Missed connecting flight and booked on flight 5 hours past original departure time. Sat in an aisle seat and stewardess kept bumping my arms."

Cons: "Flight was overbooked"

Cons: "Agent at gate said overhead compartments were all full and no more room for any bag. So I had to check in my carry on luggage . To my surprise, there had many open space when I walked in the plane. The worst thing was my brand new suitcase was torn. I told the luggage agent the incident and she said they had no liability what so ever."

Pros: "Quiet, easy to sleep on"
Cons: "Running late, but only by 30 mins. Better than it could have been!"

Cons: "Flight was delayed 8hours"

Cons: "30 minutes late taking off. Therefore arrived late."

Cons: "My seat was broken and wouldn't recline very much at all."

Cons: "Baggage was damaged, which required a claim to be submitted. Company policy requires me to take the damaged baggage home, empty it, and return it to the airport. The airport is 1-1/2 hours from my house. They inconvenience me by handling my baggage like an ape and then continue to inconvenience me by requiring me to go way out of my way to get it repaired. American Airlines apparently does not understand what customer service means."

Pros: "The entertainment was a new release movie - liked that. The food was okay."
Cons: "Seats not comfortable, especially for a 7 hour trip! My tray table broke and would not close. I informed a stewardess and she apologized for the inconvenience and did her best to duct tape it shut (twice). It's an old plane, I would not recommend for a flight more than 2 hours. Wasn't greeted at boarding. Had to interrupt staff to ask which side of plane I should walk down to get to my seat. I paid extra for 12th row - waste of money!"

Pros: "Nonstop flight"
Cons: "Nothing special about American. Boarding process doesn't make sense. People crowd the gate during boarding. Aircraft cabin is outdated. Would love to see, at minimum, power outlets for each seat. Cabin was frigid, does it need to be that cold?!"

Cons: "They canceled my ticket for no reason"

Pros: "The crew was wonderful and movie selection was excellent. They did not provide headphones however. Boo."

Pros: "Nice crew,very efficient."

Cons: "No room, small seats and no food"

Cons: "The wifi did not work and we were not offered any food, and the beverage choice was only water or coffee. Very old plane with broken seats."

Pros: "Flight was on time with no problems. Had to check my carry on due to lack of space but my bag arrived quickly at my destination so this was not a big deal."
Cons: "Boarding is always a free for all. Even though passengers are called in groups no one listens and the boarding process never seems very efficient."

Pros: "TV and on time flight"

Pros: "Free Meal was a welcomed surprise. Very smooth flight."
Cons: "Except for one gentleman the rest were kind of surly flight attendants. No personal video system. Old plane."

Pros: "The food was ample and delicious. The stewardess was very pleasant and helpful."
Cons: "I had a very difficult time adjusting my reclining seat. It gave new meaning to physical comedy. Anothers' seat locked up all together and an attendant had to play with it for a long time to get it to an upright position. Another woman's phone slipped back under the cushion and she had a most difficult time retrieving it."

Pros: "Left on time. Deplaned into a tunnel, which was great because it was raining"

Pros: "Flight was delayed by 3 hours. Hostess was super loud repeated destination at least 100 times."
Cons: "Pilot was calm and understanding"

Cons: "Endless delays on top of delays."

Pros: "It was efficient."
Cons: "Crew wasn’t too friendly but not unpleasant either."

Cons: "We were 2 hour 40 minutes late due to no crew available. What happened to planning for contingencies? Just confirmed how horrible United Airlines has become! (They used to be one of my favorites!0"

Cons: "The flight on the way west was awful. It left Albany almost two hours late making me miss my connection to LA. At Newark airport the next two flights were overbooked so United put me up in a hotell The next morning the first two flights were overbooked but they put me on the third flight. That was supposed to come into LAX a half hour early but a passenger became very ill so they landed in Des Moines for the medical emergency. I realize that wasn't United's fault, but I don't think it should have taken so long to take off, and we were well over an hour late upon arrival."

Cons: "Flight was rescheduled because connection was missed due to United"

Cons: "We boarded the plane and due to "mechanical problem", we sat on the tarmac for ~3 hours before departing. This led to missing our connection at LAX and then missing our connection in ORD to State College tacking 6 extra hours to the trip. The late arrival and full work schedule the next day left me exhausted and got a nasty cold as a consequence. I find the frequency of mechanical problem delays to be high and increasing."

Cons: "Flight 1039 dec 16 was delayed due to late inbound arrival to Aruba. United gave the reason "delayed Maintenance" which United denied as mechanical failure. We missed connected flight to Albany. United gave us only option: morning flight to Washington and then To Albany which is inacceptable option. We took rental car. Also: Workers at Newark do not coordinate. Super Slow and give disinformation."

Pros: "Smooth easy flight."
Cons: "The only real downside was seat 22D headphone jack was broken so it made for a long flight but I played some games."

Pros: "Everything."

Cons: "2.5 hour delay!"

Cons: "The prior flight was delayed because after taxing, a crew wanted to remove an uncooperative passenger and went back to the gait. Subsequently, we arrived in Washington DC with only a few minutes before our next flight Albany was scheduled to leave. Because we had to do check our carry-on bags, we were 5 minutes later to the gait where the airline refused to wait for us to board although another passenger who did not have to wait for her bag was able to board the flight Albany. We therefore had to take a shuttle to Reagan international Airport, fly on a different airline to Hartford Connecticut, rent a car and drive 2 hours to finally reach our destination in Albany."

Cons: "The staff were very nice but should have told us about the delays which added up to over 5 hrs. And they lost our luggage. This Newark to Albany flight is known for beinh incredibly unreliable."

Cons: "2 hour delay due to not catching maintenance deficiencies prior to boarding passengers. No sense of urgency when locating and prepping new aircraft."

Cons: "It was freezing on the flight no blankets. A lot of turbulence and a very hard landing. Not pleasant at all."

Cons: "Flight delayed in Washington, then after we boarded sat on a hot plane for an hour while flight crew did "training". United never apologises for delaying flights, seems like they don't care for the customers at all."

Pros: "Boarding was as it should be. The flight crew were friendly and did their jobs well."
Cons: "Two of the movie screens in our row were broken. The seats are rediculously tight. Leg room is terrible."

Cons: "Flight got cancelled cause of issues with plane. Took over 5 hours in line to get to the counter to talk to someone. There were only 2 counter people for first 3 hours. Once at counter ther had to put us on flight for next day. (Just informed 5 min ago that flight has been delayed another day cause of plane issues.) they couldn't get us to sit together which I understand but also put me in a middle seat which I'm clostraphobic so that sucks. Told me that I can book a hotel to stay at and they would reimburse me.... eventually. Fought over that for an hour and they finally agreed to pay for Hotel. Overall the trip was great but the departure from Kauai has been real bad. Still waiting to leave the island."

Cons: "The plane was late and then overweight. Then the next day was delayed because baggage door would not shut."

Cons: "Plane change from lie down seats to regular. Intermittent sound on TV. Only movies & not very good. Attendant spilled water on me & iPad filling glass for window passenger. Seat reclinred but needed to be manually pulled upright. Not very good value for 1st class ticket price."

Cons: "My scooter should have been gate checked to BWI. instead it was only checked to LAX due to a error at the gate. It arrived 14choirs later."

Cons: "We had many delays with the system down. We ended up in lines at the airport for nearly 3 hours. Also, it would have been nice to be given food for that long of a flight."

Pros: "I really appreciate them getting us there safely the crew was fine and it was nice to have tvs on each seat complimentary it really helps having something else to take you away mentally when physically your crammed together and it's really not comfortable or pleasant. I think the staff and crew were just fine though it's just flying has gotten to be something I don't enjoy and want to avoid as much as possible it's that way with most airlines though I think her blue is a little better on seat space and usually always has the tvs but yeah they are limited where they fly and it I is just expensive and uncomfortable to fly I think."

Pros: "They put me on a flight for the next day and got me a hotel room when it was determined I missed this connection"
Cons: "I was supposed to go out the day before. My first flight landed 30 minutes before it was scheduled. I would have gotten to the gate with 10 minutes before departure. No one called ahead, checked if there were people connecting. With 15 minutes to go on the shuttle between terminals, they called ahead and the gate was already closed. It was the last flight out of the day."
