Not really a “Delta” problem but worth mentioning: Boarding was a difficult process. TSA seemed understaffed and Pre-Check took longer than regular TSA. The supervisor was frazzled and yelled at travelers. Once through TSA, we had to put our carry-ons through another x-ray machine. Then queue up to board with both boarding pass and ID. Then, when we got to the stairs on the tarmac, we had to show our boarding pass again. Maybe this is just normal for Kona since the terminal is outdoors (but still a “secured” area).

Staff at the check-in counter were friendly, happy and helpful. They tagged our bags and sent us to “bag drop off” but were not very clear about where that was. The airport was busy we headed off in what we thought was the right direction until a gentleman waved us down and actually came after us. He was the baggage handler for Delta and recognized our “deer in the headlights “ look-he brought us to the right area (which was marked as the Southwest Airlines Drop Off) and sent us on our way. Wonderful guy, low key and working with a big smile on his face. Loved it. Loved him.

the crew cancel the morning service due to the weather. Then the flight got deverted to Nashville . we were on the ground for over two hours the only gave us water once... no food or any snacks.... the crew should have handled better and offered something to passengers.

Lady Pilot was perfect in every way wheels up to wheels down communication, professionalism, excellent on time departure and on time arrival, excellent communication! Fantastic job with Superb attitude!!

Delay in SLC jammed us up in Chicago. Got caught up in rush hour traffic

My flight was extremely cold. I had a jacket and a cover was left in each seat. The cover was extremely thin and I have a disability, fibromyalgia and arthrithis and AC air is the worst. I closed my vent and my husbands vent and it still was frigid. I asked the attendant if I could get another cover and she quickly almost dismissively and totally unconcerned stating, (I quote) (one per chair) and walked off so quickly that I didn't get a chance to explain to her that I literally have adisability. I didnt want to make a seen so I set on that flight for over 5 hours in pain, joints locking up and extremely uncomfortable. When my fibromyalgia flares up my joints not only ache but they will lock up also and it takes me days to get back to my regular self even though I take medication for it. I felt like it would not have hurt anyone at all for her to just give me an extra cover because I'm sure they have all types of medical issues in people that fly every day.

Your crew could maybe answer the call bell at least one of the times I pressed it. I pressed it first time with 2.5 hours left in our flight bc my partner was hungry and wanted a sandwich. We finally got the sandwich with 40 mins left in the flight.

Standard economy seats on Deltas 767 were better than Alaska premium seats on their 737 MAX9; more legroom, wider seats. Entertainment was great, no ipad or phone required. Could have included a meal service.

This flight landed early, but deplaned late. We were stuck sitting and waiting for a gate for over an hour

Delta flights are great. Easy boarding, friendly crew, great entertainment system. The food/snack choices could be a little better, especially on 4+ hour flights, but still better than most other airlines.

This was an overnight flight, and in the morning they did know coffee service. How you can throw passengers in a San Francisco airport at 5:40 a.m. in the morning and not giving them Coffee is a crime.

They told us yesterday APR21st that they were cleaning the plane and we got delayed. After that they said they didn't had any crew for the flight so they cancelled the flight till next day.

Flight arrived 30 min early and bag was waiting at the baggage pickup. United Club HNL was one of the nicest in the system

The entertainment available didn’t work for anyone on the flight. Long 6 hr flight with no entertainment option and the staff didn’t know until an hour into the flight when we made sure they knew about it. They had no way to fix it.

Armrest controller on my seat 35D and nextbooennseat 35E did not work right. Hard to press buttons to recognize and 35D had constantnpressure either upmost down somit was nearly impossible to make selections. .

The gate got changed several times and the flight was delayed over an hour. Awful experience

It was an older plane. First Class was not especially roomy or comfortable. It was a short flight so there were no meal but they did offer mixed nuts which used to be normal but now is rare. Crew member was very polite and professional.

No Snacks or Entertainment. The flight was short, snacks should still be given.

The boarding process needs to be fixed. The zone don't work, especially when there is hardly anyone in zones 3, 4,and 5, leaving the majority of the passengers backed up in the aisle, especially because passengers seated near the front are blocking passengers who are seated in the rear of the plane. It would also help if the size of carry on bags was more strictly enforced.

My Internet did not work for Outlook email or basically anything. I paid for one hour of in-flight usage and it was terrible. I spent a lot of time on different sites and browsers with no luck and a lot of frustration. Other than that, the flight was on time, crew was nice, service was fine. Seat was OK even though I paid for the extra 6 inches. I cannot imagine how tight the seats in the back must be.

Everything was fine. Flight boarded and departed on time. Seating was spacious enough for my carryon to fit under the seat in front of me. No complaints at all. Flight even arrived early.

Boston ticket agent Cheryl Porter is WONDERFUL. Our Iberia flight to Barcelona was cancelled the morning we were scheduled to leave and Cheryl was our super hero - she found us seats on a flight to London and on to Barcelona. Truly a “can-do” attitude which we appreciated so much after the Iberia ticket agents told us there was “absolutely nothing they could do”. (As did the customer service agents at Iberia’s call center) Ms Porter is truly a wonderful person who genuinely cares about travelers!

I was not given the option to get on a different flight even though I was going to miss my connection due to weather delays (I did). When I called early in the morning, they said it wasn't delayed long enough; though I knew it would be by the time it was time for the flight ... it was and by that time it was too late. I wasn't given the option to pre-board with my toddler, and the food service was less than normal due to delays .... at least that's what the crew said.

American is a steady for me. I always get what I expect from them. Sincere effort to get me from one place to another.

Nothing wrong on this flight but nothing special. It was oversold and they had to bump people which is always bad.
