Pros: "Honolulu to San Fran left on time and arrived a little early. My hip had started to hurt so they gave me assistance and arranged for assistance to meet me at my final destination. I had roughly 1 1/2 hrs between my three flights and it all flowed like butter."
Cons: "No coffee when we woke up in San Fran, but once in the terminal I used one of the excellent concession stands. Perhaps a compromise could be serving the coffee that comes in 12oz cans. Ito- En? is the brand. Simple choice- comes with or without milk.Ice coffee is better than NO coffee."

The electric outlets at each of our first class seats were not functional, both the USB ports and the electric plugs did not work so we were not able to charge our phones during the flight. When I mentioned this to the flight attendant her response was that she had not received a report that the electric was not working. No other assistance was offered. There was very little legroom even though these were sold as first class seats. The plane was old and dirty, the armrests were sticky."
