Free WiFi was awesome. I hate the five hour delayed take off.. arrrgh!

Flight was on time departure & arrival. Staff was efficient & attentive. Food was better than normal. Wish they had some sort of entertainment screens loke Delta. I would fly Alaska again though.

Boarding much smoother than previous United flights! The flight attendant helped monitor putting bags in overhead bins. On united no help resulted in bins in first class being filled before I boarded for first class. I had to search further down into economy. Then got stuck unable to return to my seat. People were putting backpacks that needed to go under seats in bins. It was a mess. This flight was a refreshing improvement. United also had so many categories of preboarding that first class could not board early. The pilot talked to us directly instead of using the intercom before flight.

Impressed that Alaska Air(for our domestic flight) transferred our checked bags to EVA (for our international flights) so that we didn't have to handle them, & we just picked them up at our final destination.

It was ok. First time flying with them to Boise Won’t do again

The plane was old so the seats were very worn out. The seats were hard, uncomfortable, and caused me actual pain. The lights were too bright. The flight itself was fine.
