Counter personnel were friendly and professional. Assured me my bag would reach Bangkok without having to get it and recheck it for my international flight from Seattle. Also printed out all of my boarding passes for my trip.
Was not able to buy wifi on the plane given, not available for economy tickets. Was not clear when buying the ticket that this was the case.
The food was amazing good especially for evonoply. The seats were comfy more then usually..crew was very nice and helpful.
The overall experience with STARLUX was phenomenal. One of the best highlights for me was the smooth landing in LA(smoothest landing I’ve experienced ever) and the attentiveness of all your staff from check-in to boarding. Also, flight left and landed between airports on time. I highly recommend Starlux to my family and friends and I’m excited to fly with you again.
We are scare because almost missing the fligh from Seattle to San Diego ! Starlux not have enough members for servicing with wheel chairs? We almost left behind , so we must walking !?
We are on economy premium but they put us in economy seating? Asking why the fligh supports said : If you not happy you can claim for refund?
I liked everything but I flew business class and StarLux booked another passenger and a one year old , in business class The child cried 80 percent of the flight, the flight was a long 13 hour flight. I’m 75 and I have 10 grand children, I love kids But with that said it still made it not and enjoyable flight. Ask your great flight attendance what they think of the situation, they had to deal with. Let me know what they said Respectfully, Al Eaddy
Someon vomit during boarding. My seat was next to the vomit. I asked crew member to switch seat, but they said it was a full flight. I had my baby with me. My baby got sick after the flight. He was in the hospital for 2 days.
Seats are not table comfortable. Crew members are pretty good. Can be much better!!

Overall, my experience with EVA Air was mixed. The highlight was that the airline clearly tried to provide a premium dining experience by offering the Michelin-starred Kanpai Classic beef yakiniku rice. However, in the limited space of an economy-class cabin, this meal felt overly oily and not very practical to eat. The sauce and grease made it easy to get one’s hands or tray table dirty, and after the meal many passengers may need to go to the lavatory simply to wash their hands. While the food itself may be high quality, the presentation and practicality did not seem well suited to an in-flight environment. Another disappointing part was the paid Wi-Fi service. I paid for the internet package, but the service did not work properly. What made the experience more frustrating was that passengers then had to spend additional time requesting a refund, and the refund process itself was slow and inconvenient. For an international airline, I think a malfunctioning paid service should be handled more efficiently. As for the seat, I feel EVA Air’s economy-class seats may be more comfortable for Asian passengers or people with smaller body frames, but they may not be as comfortable for taller or larger Western passengers on long-haul flights. The overall cabin environment also varied during the flight. Some passengers were not very mindful of noise, cleanliness, or shared cabin etiquette, which affected the comfort of the journey. I believe clearer reminders from the airline regarding cabin manners and hygiene could help improve the overall passenger experience. In short, EVA Air has some strong points, especially in trying to offer a premium Taiwanese-style service, but there are also areas that need improvement: more practical in-flight meals, a more reliable paid Wi-Fi system, faster refund handling, and better cabin management during long-haul flights.

Crew was good. Sometimes food was eh. The spaghetti is gross for me. First time i got food, they didn’t provide utensils so i ate with my hands. I was hungry. They gave it to me 20 mins later when a crew member came by. I would fly with them again. Nobody is perfect
We travelled with a toddler and was allowed extra time to board first which was very helpful!
Everything is good staff is polite and helpful flights are on time sub sandwhich for a snack was good with a bottle of water only thing maybe more variety of food like breakfast or dinner depends on the time
The food is quite mediocre. I had spaghetti and the tomato based sauce was quite salty and there were no other flavors, no spices used in the sauce.
Great experience for a long 13-14 hours flight. Great pilot and crew, everyone is pleasant and attentive to the passengers.
The crew is so cold and indifferent but I have to appreciate their professionalism. The seat is too hard and not comfortable at all. Entertainment is very limited and not of many choices.

AAAAHHHH... It was shocking in a very positive way, the attention to detail, the courtesy, the manners of all personnel on board, the constant honest smiling. You can see and feel they take pride in all they do no matter how trivial. The plane in general was very comfortable. I can't wait to do it again

It’s great, long flight and arrive safe at destination
Everything was excellent as I expected. They also had a very caring crew. I had a headache and asked a Tylenol. The crew members kept checking with me how I was doing.
They were trying to get people to check luggage because the over head compartments were full but when we boarded there were lots of empty places that people could have put the luggage.
Overall, very uneventful and pleasant experience. Most importantly, no delays.
Going through security a second time to get on the next Korean Air flight was utterly ridiculous and unnecessary. We were in a International secure area.

Very bad. They don’t allow group people to sit together by blocking most of seats and opening only single seat during online checking in. . By doing so, they can rip off customers at the check-in counter by collecting extra money if we want to sit together in the same row.

I absolutely loved my flight from Taipei to LAX. I was originally assigned to a different seat, however one of the stewardess noticed I was uncomfortable in my seat. She offered to move me to a more comfortable setting. Although she didn’t have to do what she did, I am more than grateful and thankful for her doing so. My longer flight felt much more comfortable, just by her taking notice. I really appreciate her.
When I booked a premium economy ticket. I then had to pay $100+ to book my seat.

Excellent staff made the boarding process fast and easy. Friendly crews on both flights from Saigon to Taipei and Taipei to Los Angeles. Will fly China Airlines again.

The flights with ANA were great. The flights with United, not so much.
I enjoyed the flight, but a little too much turbulence on the flight. Thank you for the meal and entertainment. This kept my kids entertain during the flight. I have to admit comparing the crew from ANA vs United, there was a sense of more accomodation, friendliness and service compared to United crew. I felt for the United crew, it was just a job and it can be seen in there demeanor and delivery.
Attendants were very kind and frequently offered water and snacks. Food was excellent. For some reason, my IFE system would not play dialogue for any media despite my efforts to change to different language voiceovers, restart the system, etc. so I could not watch any videos.
Choice of movies dated as with the screens. Major room for improvement on the software to sort and select choices.
Although the crew was eventually very good, they complained loudly about EVERYTHING before the takeoff. Did not set the stage for a good trip in business class. The western meal choices were pretty mediocre as were the wine choices. We took an ANA flight to Tokyo and they were outstanding!
As usual the flight from AUS in Austin to SFO was late because they didn’t have adequate staffing to board the plane on time creating a 1 hour delay, which resulted in me missing my flight to Osaka due to a missed connection. When I got to the gate 10 minutes late after landing exactly the time the connecting flight was taking off, I saw my flight to Osaka sitting at the gate and that gates had closed. I attempted to contact United Via chat on the United App and was given the runaround and passed between 2 separate “agents” who after saying they could rebook me, told me I needed to go to ANA even though they’re partners and all of my ticketing was through United. After going to ANA’s gate at SFO to try and get help I was told I would need to leave and go to United’s ticket counter in order to get help. The ANA agents said that it was United’s issue. An hour after running to try to make my flight I got to the United counter. I showed the agent my itinerary and she helped as much as she could. I was booked on a flight that would occur 13 hours after my original flight to Osaka and given $45 in vouchers which doesn’t cover much at SFO. I had also spent 30000 miles with United to get an upgrade with more legroom. And that was not refunded to this point. Ultimately I lost 1 whole day of vacation in with my wife and kids and, the 30000 airline miles and I’m out the money and time I spent. In these situations United and their partners should go out of their way to communicate and accommodate but I was left to my own devices to find the right resources. The only option was to fly to Seoul 12 hours and take a connecting flight to Osaka: I am a United Skyniles member and would not recommend booking a flight with them unless you thoroughly understand the routes as it is likely you will be left to your own devices to resolve the situation.

The check-in started 3 minutes early; there were people lining up a half hour before. I was third, and I got checked in and passes in hand for my connection as well; I walked away from the desk one minute before it was even supposed to be open. Amazing. That said, the food on the first leg of my trip was not good, and I didn’t finish it. Second leg, it was tasty. You get a cup of Häagen-Dazs after dinner. The staff were polite and helpful. Will use again.
