Pros: The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. My wife broke her foot, so they took care of us very well.

Cons: The planes are old. The space is tight, especially if you have long legs.

Cons: my travel trip from Kuala Lumpur to Korea and return face critical situation during landing at both airport ( Incheon and KLIA). I WOULD LIKE TO SUGGEST KOREAN AIR HAS TO CHECK YOUR TYRES CONDITIONS BEFORE TAKE OFF. I WILL NOT FLY WITH KOREAN AIRLINE ANYMORE

Pros: Crew, Food, Boarding, Entertainment.

Cons: My husband and I sat in row 30 (center & aisle). I sat in the center. As soon as the plane took off, we all heard a dog bark nonstop. The lady directly in front of me had brought a dog!! We felt terrible for the person to the lady's left and right. And then in the middle of the flight her dog pooped all over the floor! And the poor Stewardess' (they were SO wonderful) had to clean up the mess. Then the lady had to clean up more pee and poop and left all that mess right in front of my feet and handbag (which I put under the seat)! I had to hold onto my handbag and shoes the entire trip bc it was touching the pile of dirty paper towels! I couldn't eat the meal due to the gross situation, and I was very upset about this situation all bc of this one lady who had no regard for the ppl around her and behind her! I don't know what your policies are concerning bringing a dog on a plane, but it ruined my flight. I love Korean Air, and love the service and the stewardess' professionalism and attentiveness, but this has made me think twice about flying anywhere on Korean Air!

Cons: When boarding we were suddenly told that we're not allowed to take any carry-on and all this without prior notice as far as we knew. They just told us bluntly, our tickets are not eligible for any carry-on which ticked us off and they wouldn't budge.

Cons: This flight was five hours late. there was an exchange of four planes before United could provide one that did not need maintenance. When it was time to board there was a last minute gate change to a different terminal. Surely United must have known of this hours in advance.

Pros: Excellent service and probably the most efficient boarding process I’ve ever been a part of. Food service went by without a hitch, and the stewardesses knew English very well so we felt comfortable and welcomed. I also really liked being able to get terminal/travel information from the infotainment system. Being that I’ve never been to ICN or NRT before, having access to terminal maps and basic instructions on how to find connecting flights and baggage claim areas was probably one of the most helpful features of the flight!

Cons: I am 5’11” and found my seat somewhat uncomfortable. It didn’t detract from being able to sleep at all, but it did seem like the seats on this airline might be at its most comfortable with shorter passengers.
