Super impressed by staff courtesy, and assistance, Flight was one of the best I've had despite turbulence... Will definitely be flying Alaskan air as my preferred choice
Even though I booked two tickets at the same time, we were unable to sit together. No one cared. I was disappointed due to the amount of money the flights had been that there was no way to get it changed.
Loved this first class flight! Awesome food, snacks and drinks. Comfortable seat with foot rest. Good movie. Very friendly crew! Only thing I would suggest is having a screen on seat back in front of me so I didn’t have to watch the movie on my phone.

Website could be better with faster access to specific flight information and boarding pass once reservation is made. Not a fan of no seat selection on line. I had to consult gate agent each time to change seats on flights with lots of open seats. This cannot possibly be cost effective for airline. On plus side, Alaska seat legroom seemed larger than American. ns
I booked a round trip. I ordered a lunch going and a lunch for the return but got both lunches going. Could have been my error. Both lunches were good.
More leg room would be nice. Especially for older people

It was alright other than the changes in the Alaska Lounge. That and the migraine I had were disappointing. Other then that everything went well.
My flight was canceled and rebooked about 3 times. Original flight had a 50 minute layover. Flight was canceled and rebooked with a five plus hour layover. I demanded refund
SW can't get their wifi right. I upgrade to insure wifi service but the last two trips had intermittent service. Not worth the extra costs.
Southwest is kind of a slum airline. It’s gotten more expensive over the years for less and less service. I am a Southwest Chase Visa card holder and was forced to choose a seat in the 26th row in the middle seat. However my wife who is a rewards member but doesn’t hold a card or anything else, gets randomly assigned a normally paid seat in row 6! How does that work?
The seat was not comfortable. 1D. My back was sore all night and the next day.
The new seating arrangement is so over priced for what you get.
An entire day of delays. Cost lots of money. Meals and a hotel.
Only downside was the legroom and seat width, which is always a problem unless I spend more for a premium seat.

Boarding was quick. The flight itself was good. However, no charging ports for cell phones. Also, the food provided was just a few snacks. For a 5-hr flight, I would expect at least a sandwich.
The flight was very short, 45 mins, therefore no snacks/drinks were provided; there should be a NA option for food and entertainment survey questions. Also, there were no charging ports onboard for cell phones. My experience was overall positive.
I love the fact that Southwest airlines has a direct flight from Honolulu to Las Vegas and Las Vegas to Honolulu. The only downside was flying on Southwest is they do not provide meals even if they charged you they do not provide meals. They do provide a free snack that consists of chips pretzels cheese and a cookie. They do serve free drink and if you book the premium flight then you get your choice of an alcoholic beverage. The seats are small so if you are not traveling with three people plan on someone sitting next to you.
the crew cancel the morning service due to the weather. Then the flight got deverted to Nashville . we were on the ground for over two hours the only gave us water once... no food or any snacks.... the crew should have handled better and offered something to passengers.
Delta flights recently are always delayed AND at jfk tney get the gates further away (need To walk 20’ to get to them/all the way at the end of the terminal). Not sure whats happening but price doesnt match experience!
The entertainment screens were not working and there was no air condition the entire flight. Very uncomfortable.

Your crew could maybe answer the call bell at least one of the times I pressed it. I pressed it first time with 2.5 hours left in our flight bc my partner was hungry and wanted a sandwich. We finally got the sandwich with 40 mins left in the flight.
Standard economy seats on Deltas 767 were better than Alaska premium seats on their 737 MAX9; more legroom, wider seats. Entertainment was great, no ipad or phone required. Could have included a meal service.
Traveling with delta is always a pleasure from the take off to the landing 🛬 🥰

This planes staff was top tier. Everything went great and had a great flight home.
This was an overnight flight, and in the morning they did know coffee service. How you can throw passengers in a San Francisco airport at 5:40 a.m. in the morning and not giving them Coffee is a crime.
They told us yesterday APR21st that they were cleaning the plane and we got delayed. After that they said they didn't had any crew for the flight so they cancelled the flight till next day.
Packed in plane small uncomfortable seats elbow to elbow nobody wants to be in that situation for the money they paid
Armrest controller on my seat 35D and nextbooennseat 35E did not work right. Hard to press buttons to recognize and 35D had constantnpressure either upmost down somit was nearly impossible to make selections. .
Fantastic. Smooth boarding with an infant. Never experienced it with any other carriers.
Boarding was unorganized. They expected passengers to ask people to move their assigned seat they paid for in order to sit together. The seats even in comfort are smaller than other airlines and the flight attendants appeared not to be well prepared
Apparently the WiFi you buy on on one flight doesn't carry on with connecting flights.
This was for the LOS to FRA leg of the flight Checking in and boarding was not good The staff at the gate were not helpful and targeted the customer and delayed the customers boarding unnecessarily The flight was delayed for about two hours and later for a change of boarding gate The waiting area was overcrowded with no seats available for passengers and lots were left standing for a long period of time
Sitting in row 31, you could smell the bathroom during the entire flight. It was pretty disgusting.
The seat was not even cleaned. It has full of cookie crums probably from last flight's passenger. Its basic expectation that, seats are clean.
For some unknown reason, my checked bag didn't arrive at the same time. I got to my destination about 30 minutes late (5pm) and my bag was delivered to my hotel at 2:06am.... in the past 4 flights with AA, they been delayed and I've missed connections and my bags. Poor service.
2 hours delay on my flight causing me to miss my connecting flight. Cause was for maintenance. I understand maintenance is important but maintenance should be done before boarding people!
Better perks for corporate employees whom travel often and spend a lot of money with the airlines. Snacks were terrible chips crackers are ideas. Flight and crew were great comfort was fine entertainment not so great so so called status members means nothing

I think since I am an AA Advantage member, my checked bags should have been free, but I paid for all 4 of us.
Flight was delayed multiple times without giving any particular reason and the only thing that was communicated was that 'Aircraft is getting ready'. I was stuck at SFO airport for 15 hours and finally took Southwest Airlines flight back home to Dallas.
Flight was delayed three times and we had an international connecting flight which we would’ve missed but AA manage to find us a flight that allowed us to catch and we made our international flight. However, due to the flight change, I’m in Amman, Jordan missing all 4 bags. It’s been a nightmare. Been waiting since June 17 and today is June 20th. Still without luggage. Customer service wait times are two hours and I get disconnected while waiting. I’ll update when/if my luggage arrives. Every day is costing money in a hotel in Amman. I can’t continue my trip to Palestine until the luggage arrives. Then, I will be updating my review.

Plane, flight, crew, captain were all great. The first flight had a Chipotle box lunch...delicious. this return flight not as tasty, but filling.
