We usually enjoy flying Alaska Airlines. However this time we had multiple negative experiences. We were surprised that they rejected our bags because of a new “50 minute cutoff” but they did not tell us about it beforehand and also did not tell us that it was new. They also lost two of our car seats. The one car seat that was returned to us was half out of its bag and half of it was wet. It was not raining so they must have thrown it in a puddle?! I saw at least 4 other car seats on the carousel in the same condition. We purchased two travel car seats for this trip that were pretty expensive and they lost them. We have yet to receive any word or compensation from our “claim.”

The flight was canceled at the last minute and we got very upset as we had plans in which our schedule that affects a family reunion was in jeopardy.

Paying for first class and then they want $8:00 for wifi.

10 hour delay. Fuel spill. Crew had to drive to Indianapolis to a get a plane. The longest day of travel ever. Poor service.Little to no communication.

Wonderful staff who honored sleepy overnight travelers and still met needs quietly and quickly!

Flight was delayed which led to missed connection, but rebooked on a more direct flight at the last minute and arrived in Juneau on time with all our luggage. Little stressful and our family seating got split, but it all worked out in the end.

I was so cold. I am so glad I brought a short sleeve shirt and a long sleeve shirt and a jacket. Also knee high socks and slippers

Really good except my daughter's tv broke during the flight so she could watch tv

they didn't fix a plane and we were delayed travelling an extra 12 hours.

Horrible! Cancelled our flight after almost 3hr delay. 5 1/2hrs of our day wasted in an airport, only to have to figure out what hotel we need to stay in, transportation and contacting our jobs so they know we will miss work. Rebooked us for a next day flight and didn’t keep our premium seating from our original flight. The worse!!!
