If the flight from Seattle to Eugene hadn’t been delayed for mechanical reasons we never would have made it. 45 minutes is not enough time to deplane and get clear across a big airport like SeaTac.

I still in San Francisco😡the flight has delay and lm not sure l can back to Seattle or not😡lm here from 7.30pm and still waiting😡 l never will use of Kayak.

This was a smooth ride all the way with plenty of space in main cabin for my 6 foot frame over 5.5 hours. The stewards were pleasant and attentive. We bought the tapas box which proved to adequate for us on this flight. It was pretty hard to find restaurant food to go that is vegan for us in Kona Airport so buying this helped lots.

set room is an issue and I am not obese.

I only give it a bad rating because I missed my flight

Good. Night flight so tried to sleep most of the time. Very nice crew and smooth flight.

It was not clear the check in shd be at Hawaiian Terminal 1. I got dropped off at Alaska Terminal 2. I did the long walk from terminal 2 to 1. Fortunately I didn’t have a check in bag.

Flight attendant was awful, I felt second hand embarrassment with every one of her interactions with people onboard. She was so incredibly rude every chance she got

Great flight - efficient and cheerful team on board, at SFO gate. Also, PAE (Paine Field, Everett, WA) is a great little airport to fly out or in to!

Hawaiian Airlines, like most US-based ones, constantly provide sub-par service and pack their planes to the max with all kinds of last-minute-purchase schemes. As a result, it makes every flight so uncomfortable and generates high health risk for its passengers. In one word, GREED rules the day!
