The customer service number I was given, was mo help at all. Flights were great, but the way they handled the unexpected was very poorly done."

For flying cattle class on a 15 hour flight, I arrived reasonably rested and content."

There was no additional room either length- or width-wise and no other advantages other than the window. The oldest male flight attendant was having a bad day and it affected my row's service. The trip started okay with all the other attendants. Toward the end of the flight, we were served a light breakfast but completely bypassed us regarding drinks. I waited until he came back to ask him because I was literally choking from the breakfast biscuit, but he rudely said, "No!" I had to wait until the aisle cleared so that I could go to the back and get a bottle of water myself. It NEGATIVELY impacted the rest of my trip.
Flight was delayed because it took a really long time to get the plane ready. Boarding was not well-organized. Sandwich with zucchini for breakfast is certainly cheap and has an interesting taste, but not a great combo.

They expected us at the airport, helped us through the entire checkin with a smile, helpful information and care. They brought us and our dog to TSA and after boarding confirmed that our dog had been loaded and safely taken care of. The cabin crew also checked on us and our in cabin dog. I don't know any other airline that makes traveling with a dog so easy and pleasant."

Service I have never gotten on an American airline!"

But she presented the two options to the fellow passenger behind us. We were extremely offended by the way we were treated. The airlines offers no entertainment for children as do other airlines. In fact, one air hostess went so far as to ask me to tell my Lil one to MUTE the volume of his ipad."

Lufthansa should have anticipated this mass of people and had appropriate passport checkers there from that company. "Not our fault" does not cut it. Two planes 600 people each landed at same time. I'd guess a quarter missed connection. The process of rescheduling was a comedy of lies and inefficiency and lack of concern. Worst air travel experience ever. Ruined first two days of my vacation. Oh yea forgot the worst. No air conditioner running on runway at Houston at three in afternoon. Passengers visibly sweating before a nine out overseas flight. Blamed it on a mistake."

Cons: "First of all, the boarding took an hour longer than it should have been so we all sat in the plane dripping with sweat, because it was 100 degrees in Houston and the plane didn't have A/C on until we took off. Food was not good, some mysterious meat they called beef stew and veggies with strange texture. We ended up drinking more since the food was bad. The entertainment choices were OK but the equipment was a bit ancient, my husband's screen ( we sat in the front where screen pulled out of the seat) was broken and was held by a duct tape(???!!!) The seats are small, I have flown with other companies on transatlantic flights and their seats are bigger and more comfortable in economy class."

Cons: "The flight was late in departing and then rerouted from Frankfurt to Manchester causing many passengers to loose connection. The reasongiven was a crew scheduling issue. Compensation upon arrival at Frankfurt was nil unless you asked and if you did you got an insulting 7 euros which barely even paid for coffee. No apology to people given just a "business as usual, it is your problem attitude". At arrival in Frankfurt there was a pass the buck attitude where any questions of connecting flights, and reroutes was forwarded to a Lufthansa counter that was NOT manned by anyone. Very frustrated."

Cons: "My email is not linked to my phone, so I got no warning notices of two gate changes waiting for my connecting flight home. I waited at the original gate (C39) from arrival time (2:30 pm) til boarding time (5:40 pm). When I saw no change to my destination, I checked the United App to find that the gate had been changed C33). Rushing to C33 I found another flight boarding at that location with one United Representative who could not stop to answer questions. Seeing two unoccupied Representatives at the next gate (C32), I asked if they could help me with the confusion, they said I should check with gate C33 - which I told them that she was too busy with other passengers. I searched for a Departure Board and discovered that gate C33 was still the gate, but "aircraft maintenance" had delayed the flight until after 8:20. After having to check my carry-on because of lack of space in the overheads, my departure from the airport was further delayed another 30 minutes. Upon returning home and checking my email, I found notifications of two different gate changes (C33 & C44). Announcements should have been made at both gate C39 about the changing of the gate and at C33 explaining the problem. The captain's lame excuse about air conditioning and Phoenix's hot weather was lame to say the least."

Cons: "The Smell on the flight was unacceptable, I was sitting about a couple rows across the middle bathroom, and it smelled horrible, I had never had an experience like this on any other flight, I fly United many times a year, and this had me really uncomfortable for almost 5 hours, since the flight was delayed almost 1.5 hours while we sat onboard the aircraft at the gate, that had me miss dinner plans too in San Francisco as well. I really hope they can fix that, For the good of the passengers, felt like I was going to be nauseous all the time, and I'm really not someone that complains or takes time to review badly."

The rebooked connection was 5 hours after we landed and still my luggage did not make it. The rescheduled flight was supposed to arrive just after midnight, but because of lost luggage, I didn't get out of the airport until 2 am and missed my ride."

Montgomery, M.D. phone: 713.599.1144 on June 9th and was treated for uncontrolled Blood Pressure. I was advised to reschedule my flight after a follow-up appointment on June 23rd. On June 10th I Called United to reschedule my June 11th flight and was referred to Lowestfare.com at 800.678.0998. I spoke to Albert and explained my situation and was told that I couldn't reschedule. I asked to speak to a manager and spoke to Jane who only confirmed that I couldn't reschedule and nothing could be done. Not allowing customers with verifiable medical excuses to reschedule their flight is a shameful business practice."

Cons: "Heh, it's 2017 and the halcyon days of travel are long gone . . . unless you're willing to shell out money . . . and more money. . . and more money. Flying is a demeaning experience where the airlines nickel and dime you for everything. Seats in economy are miniscule, your neighbors are in your laps, the food is objectionable and costly, entertainment non-existent or costly. Customers are cash cows who can be sucked dry for every amenity."

She was curt, unfriendly & really made me upset with her bad attitude. Maybe she was having a bad day but I paid good hard earned money for my trip. I at least deserved courteousy & mutual respect."

Cons: "Everything else. The only redeeming feature of the flight experience was the great flight attendant onboard and the fact that we actually landed at my destination. The coffee maker onboard had been broken for a long time and the airline couldn't be bothered to fix it. If I were the flight crew, I would have gone on strike. No leg (or arm) room on the express jet really punctuated a 34 hour itinerary with a sour note. I could barely walk off the plane in the end. Less comfortable than a cheap rental truck for the same amount of time. I likely won't fly again with United. I'd almost rather walk next time to be completely honest. At least it would be healthier!"

I had to leave it to pass through TSA to run and try to catch my flight from Houston to Chicago. When I arrived at my gate I got there just in time because they were starting to board the plane. I was uconfortable sitting between two men. I traveled alone. When we landed in Chicago, took forever to get to the gate so we can get off the plane. There was no entertainment, at least for me. My phone was way low in battery and ai couldn't watch anything."
Pros: "The only thing I have to say that is positive is that it was relatively easy to change my flight date and time in the United app once my original flight had been cancelled. The app was the only thing that helped me understand what was going on during the constant time and gait changes throughout the day."
Cons: "This airline is terrible. First we were told that the flight would be delayed 1 hour and 40 minutes. We were supposed to leave at 2139 from IAH to PHX. They changed the departure to 2309 due to "mechanical failure" of one of the aircrafts. We were told a plane was coming and that we were just waiting for another flight to Albuquerque that was delayed before us to leave the gait. Long after that first delayed flight left passengers for PHX were delayed 3 more times which ended in the final tenative departure time being 0145. We were told at 0115 to sit tight and wait because the plane was now here but the crew was still in route. Shortly after this promise, the crew showed up and everything seemed to be ready for us to board. Another 30 minutes went by and they announced that the flight was cancelled. United airlines had used up over 4 hours of changing gaits and times only to end up cancelling the entire flight. They did not offer any explanation for this nor were they the least sympathetic to the travelers who have all paid to be on that flight. The customer service was disgraceful and did not offer any type of help on reimbursement, hotel, cabs, or compensation for this."

We had to pay extra for our seats and when we got to our seats a family was already seated in them. The flight attendant just told us to sit somewhere else. What would make it better would be a refund for the seats we were not given.

Carrizo #21 badge. 31/12/2021. - The problem is not the amount that I paid, but the fact that customers before me were not asked to pay, even though I could clearly read the numbers on the scale as they weighed it. My bag weighed 10 kg exactly. i weighed it when I packed it. And the other bag was a bag used to carry around souvenirs from the airport. I think this was a bad way to do business and I’m simply not happy about it."

May have been due to the holidays, but Volaris just charged me MORE for a bag during the holidays. We boarded on time and landed early. Our baggage came fairly quickly as well. Those are important things to me (especially if I have to catch a bus or a connecting flight) I'll definitely use Viva Aerobus again!!"

I left for 20 minutes , when back 20 minutes before my departure time on my gate crew told me that my flight it’s gone. I didn’t hear any announcement about it. They didn’t change me for another flight , only the told me that they can change my ticket for the flight which is 18 hours later."

She weighed and re weighed our bags until we had the cheapest option. We ended up having to pay for 1bag upgrade (2-55lbs) that was 75$ Then the flight it’s self the flight attendants were every nice and tried to wander any questions I had. Chips were stale. Comfort of the flight was no worse than any other flight I’ve been on."

I originally wanted 3-55lb bags but bought 5-33lb bags when I enquirer about upgrading to 3-55lb bags they ended up miss understanding my wishes and took away 2bags and I still only had 33lbs per bag... by then it was to close to the date we were leaving so they couldn’t fix it and I was told I wasn’t going to get a refund... and that I would have to buy my baggage upgrade at the airport. I could try but it wasn’t likely."

There were children and infants on that flight with exhausted parents who had to take off at 2am instead of 8:50pm. It was awful. Plus you have to pay for a carry on? Ridiculous. I never want to fly Frontier again."

Loud crew with obnoxious lights on during a very delayed flight that became a red eye. Why pay more for seats near the loud crew who doesn't take in the fact that we're all tired. You want to sell food? Choose better items. My $3.99 coffee could at least have more than a powder non-dairy creamer. Flight price is so deceiving when you charge for everything on top of it, including where I sit. Lame, awful, corporate money grubbing mentality. I'll stick with southwest (I later learned they had had fewer options for once because they actually considered that a runway was closed)."

Having to avoid the pile of ice that was dumped by the flight crew into the bathroom sink when i washed my hands wasn't very pleasant. The chairs are still incredibly uncomfortable, even in my "stretch" seating assignment ($35 poorly spent on my part). This trip made me rethink the cost benefit of taking Frontier. Flying United or American may be worth the extra money. And that's coming from someone on a tight budget. I used to enjoy flying Frontier and love taking a plane in general. I surely didn't this time."

The flight crew was tired, bored and just doing a job. Frontier will not be at the top of the list for future flights."

If I had known that, I would have used a different airline, because the prices were relatively similar after all of the added costs. Secondly, the actual plane ride was incredibly uncomfortable. The seats on these airplanes do not recline (which is frustrating for a 3.5 - 4 hour flight), drinks or snacks are not free, and most of the other passengers were rude and difficult. I would not recommend this airline for any flights longer than 1.5 hours."
