This had nothing to do with Delta… The flights were on time and flawless. The service was excellent. We purchased seats in (aisle/middle) comfort plus since this was a cross country flight. Unfortunately, the woman seated at the window was 300+ pounds and, as might be expected, covered up about a third of the middle seat also. there was absolutely nothing that Delta could have done about that… I just don’t know what the answer should be. If you purchase a seat, you should should be able to use the entire seat and not just the portion that someone else is not sitting/oozing in. Disappointing…there should be something that could be done….I'm just not sure what solution could be.

Seats are much much more comfortable than United, which is what I usually fly

I loved having a most black flight crew during Black History Month; rather by design or accident I appreciated the representation. ❤️

If I pay extra for "comfort+" I expect leg room where I can stretch my legs. I was seated with an attendant's seat blocking my feet. Knee space was fine but my feet had less room than the non-"comfort+" seats. Also, don't go cheap on food when you have flights of 3+ hours. It's insulting.

Only one side of the heafphone jack work. Crew was friendly and helpful.

Great. Flight departed early and arrived early. Deplaning and baggage claim ww were quick.

They separated our seats and moved us to the back of the plane. Hundreds of dollars and thousands of miles used and this was my platinum member experience.

AC barely worked on a 50 minute flight. It was very warm the whole flight. Flight was very bumpy and hard landing.

Got on the plane and then needed to deboard the plane because they didn’t have any pilots?

The flight was canceled two hours before departure, it took over five hours to rebook us on another flight.

The flight was on time. The seats are very narrow.

Unclear pricing; ended up being charged an extra $52 just to get onboard

Seats are poor. They do not lean back. They do not even have pockets on the back, making it impossible to store a phone or a coke bottle. If you opt for basic economy cheap seats, they stick you always in the middle or window seat, even though there are unoccupied seats on the aisle. And then there is the nickel and diming. No carry-ons. And checking your carry-on is $70. At the end there is no price advantage but there is plenty of aggravation.

Worst Airplane ride I ever have taken... My purchased seat was changed without my consent

would be great to get basic water, soda at least and stop charging for carry ons

They changed our departure time 6 times before I even reached the airport. Delayed, Ontime, Delayed Back on time, Then Delayed. We finally boarded the plane and then we had to sit on the runway for over an hour only to be told they were taking us back to the gate for an additional 2 hour delay. Lack of communication and a complete waste of time! Never again!

Very difficult. Flew out on Dec 24th and it was a mess. They know it is going to be the busiest time of the year and they had no organization. Finally they called for people going on certiam flights so they could get them thru thw line then we had to rush to our gate to get in li e to board. We missed our flight do to being stuck at the border of Mexico. They would not work with us to make an affordable price so we had to wait a day with no where to go and pay 280 more for our flights. I would think that a complimentary drink would be nice. But we had to pay 4.49 for a coke. Not an overall good experience

The gate area was terrible at San Diego airport -way too crowded in a small space. Since my husband was driving to our destination, we did not have to take any luggage so my kids and I only had backpacks. Therefore everything was easy and smooth. And we didn’t have to pay up charges for everything and it was a short flight. I tried table was broken and it was a little cramped, but it was fine for what we needed. I probably would not fly spirit on a longer flight and if I had to take baggage.

Boarding attendant was rude. Crew on the plan were more interested in talking amongst themselves and did not ask parentage if they needed anything or even walk down the isles.

The gate employees and the flight crew were friendly and professional. Afterboarding we waited 20 minutes for another flight; a complimentary beverage would have ben appreciated for the inconvenience.
